Was really hoping to find a great dry cleaner nearby but unfortunately this is not the one. My husband's shirts still had wrinkles on them and I had to iron them out along with some of his pants. I had to pay twice I left a sweater, shirt, and mask on a Monday and paid $13 and asked for a receipt. When I came back on Thursday I showed the receipt saying I had already paid but he tried to tell me since that it wasn't stamped it wasn't vailed so I just paid again to I can avoid drama and get my clothes. read more

I normally do not write yelp reviews, but I felt that I must to inform my community about my terrible experience here. I am a person who is easy going and very understanding of others, but this experience really caused me to be upset and angry. For the first time, I dropped off 4 of my mother's coats that were undamaged on 11/25/2020 - the day before Thanksgiving. These coats had never been cleaned before. The Asian man, who I presumed is the owner, took my coats telling me that it will be ready on Monday on 12/01/2020, which I completely understood since it was towards the end of Thanksgivings. This morning, I went to pick them up and took them home. Once I was home, I started to put them in the closet, but noticed that they looked severely burnt in different sections of the coat. One coat had a cut on the sleeve, and it seemed that they tried to sew it back. I was deeply appalled, upset, and enraged since these coats were not cheap to buy. I placed my complete trust in this company thinking that they will do a superb job based on the reviews, but was left with burned marks across all 4 coats and one coat that was cut. I decided to return to the dry cleaner to inform them the burned sections they caused and asked for either a refund or to compensated me for the coats. The Asian man asked me to show him the "damaged" and had the audacity to tell me that the coats were not in proper care and the "damage" was already there. He proceed to tell me that it was "some in my closet," after he googled translated it on his phone. By this time, I had FaceTime my mother and explained the situation to her. Once the Asian man heard me speak Spanish, he called over one of his Spanish-speaking female worker to help translate the "some in the closet." She asked me to show the burnt sections. The female worker told the Asian man that he should have inspected the coats prior to taking them, which is completely obvious all over the coats. He told her that "they were too many customers when she came," and I told him that was a lie because I was the only customer in the store when I dropped them off. I told him that he did not have the discussion with me about the "damaged" parts of the coats, otherwise I would have known my expectations, but this was not the case. These coats had never been cleaned in the dryer/washer or in the dry cleaners, and there is no way that the material was like that prior. He repeatedly kept saying that they were already damaged while laughing and kept walking away behind the second counter. By the time, I was furious and enraged and told him that he was being so unprofessional and he should care about his customers who are providing him an income. He stated that there was nothing he can do about it and walked away. I was completely in shock since I have NEVER had this type of treatment of a service. I told him that he either needs to refund me or compensate the coats. Without speaking to me, he looked over the receipt and left the money [of the service] on the counter and walked away, but I am DEEPLY and COMPLETELY upset and furious because these expensive coats are now burned with one sleeve cut. read more

I had a suede jacket that needed to be cleaned. I called them and asked if that was something they could do. He said yes and that it would be $20. A couple days later, I went to drop the jacket off and he said he didn't feel comfortable cleaning it and it may come out different colors..... as I walked out of the store I passed by the windows which clearly said they do leather and suede... whatever. All he can do is give me excuses not to mention when I went to pick up my things they charged me for alterations that they didn't even do. I was recommended to Palms by a good friend who always looked FRESH lol I switched from Towngate drycleaners paying about $100 and would still have dog drool on my blazers from my dog which was very disappointing and unacceptable. I have so many pets so picking up my dry cleaning and noticing there was not one dog hair mad me so happy not just that but my pants suits look amazing! I was able to drop it off Monday and have it ready by Wednesday night. I also took a second suit, just in case. It was badly stained with coffee, months old. "no problem, we'll try". The WORST dry cleaning customer service EVER!!!!!. I brought my clothes to them last year and gave me a date for pick-up, NOT READY. That's fine, maybe they're busy. Then I came back this year, dropped off my wool jacket. I never did need my ticket before. I even told him not to be in a hurry I can pick it up in 2 weeks just in case they become busy again. Came by and he said I DID NOT drop my jacket off. I asked how did he spell my name and he can't give me an answer except for that smug smile in his face that he kept on giving me. I gave my phone number ... nothing! (BECAUSE HE NEVER PUT IT IN). Did NOT even offer to try & locate my jacket. Eventually I found my ticket. The !@#, he spelled my name wrong, didn't put MY phone number in so naturally he couldn't find my account. ACCUSED me of LYING. Raised his voice at me then laughed at my face like I was some STUPID individual who does not have anything to do with my life but to drive to the cleaners and give my name and say my clothes are here. EMBARRASSED me in front of another customer making me look like a fool. When I showed him my ticket, he even responded that it was MY fault because I left. Why shouldn't I? He said he didn't have my jacket. I'm not a crazy lunatic who will stay and argue with someone who clearly does not know how to deal with their own mistake.
