There is almost nothing they don't seem to have, so don't hesitate to check here first when you need something! It's also really tidy. Plus, you can find some unique home-made gifts for sale that you really won't find anywhere else! Then, there's the staff. Duff, Julie, and Shannon work on the floor and are great to be around. Julie is so sweet and kind and ALWAYS helpful. Shannon brings her sense of humor and warmth, and then there's Duff, who always keeps it real and seems to make everyone smile. Lindsey is the owner (alone with her husband), and she is so awesome. She clearly works hard to run a great business, is full of integrity, and makes the atmosphere a welcoming place for everybody. In this store, you can find a small community among the regulars and the people who run it. Plus, the area is great. You're right by a Fred Meyer and array of restaurants. Great selection of mixers and an awesome selection of beer. No Foster's Blue but still a nice selection of everything from PBR to Buoy. The staff were all helpful and cheerful. A distillery shop located in a suburban shopping mall?!? Heck yes!…read more I was surprised to see this place while I was meandering through the Clackamas Mall. Since I had never seen a shop like this in a mall, I had to stop in. The store was empty when I walked in and there were two guys holding the fort down. They were both really friendly and were full of great information about all the Eastside Distilling products. If you are of the legal drinking age you can have them poor samples of all the tasty booze. When I went in they had a potato vodka, whiskey, bourbon, and rum. I ended up sampling the coffee flavored rum; darn tasty! I walked out with a bottle of whiskey for the hubby per the recommendation I got from the staff. If you are planning on doing some shopping at Clackamas Town Center make sure to swing by the Eastside Distilling shop to sample some tasty local spirits. We walked in and everyone was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We couldn't find the beer, so we asked an employee for help. He found it within seconds on his computer, and led us straight there. On a whim, my husband asked him if they stocked James Gin. He's been looking for it in the states since he started watching James May's YouTube channel. The guy was able to find that as well! I guess they just started stocking it recently. They have an overwhelming variety of booze here. You could spend hours looking at everything on the shelves. They also sell snacks to go with the beverages. They have novelty items and gifts available as well. Their prices do seem a bit steep compared to grocery stores, but they offer a rewards card that can potentially help you save money. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here! We'll definitely return and would highly recommend.
