I had heard good things about them, and due to some stupid scheduling/decision-making on my part, my old Mercedes needed maintenance but I couldn't get an appointment booked with Keeler within the timeframe I needed. I took the car to Marc's and they took care of it. It wasn't an overly-complicated job or anything, but still, they weren't afraid of the car and they knew what they were doing with it. This place is an absolute scam that preys on customers' wallets and time. I had a 9 AM appointment…read morefor a simple oil change and inspection that somehow turned into a three-hour ordeal. Halfway through, they called claiming I "needed" $800 in new rear brakes, even though I've never had a single issue with them. When I said I wanted a second opinion, they suddenly "found" a piece of glass in my tire so bad it supposedly required a full replacement -- funny, since I've never had any tire issues before this visit. The same thing happened the last time I came here, when they admitted they ran over a nail and convinced me to buy a new set under their warranty. An hour later, I get another call -- they're "waiting on a part to redo my brakes." The same brakes I specifically told them not to touch. When I told the guy again not to replace them, he got rude and said if I refused the brake work, he'd fail my inspection. When I finally picked up my car, the bill was $301.67. They charged me for a failed inspection, a "tire repair" (how do you repair a tire you supposedly replaced?), the tire itself, tire service, and a random "fluids top-off" charge. The kicker? My wiper fluid was completely empty when I left. So now I have: - A failed inspection for brakes that are perfectly fine - A "new" tire I didn't want or need - No wiper fluid despite being charged for it - And a massive waste of my morning This shop is nothing but dishonest crooks trying to pressure and intimidate customers into unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far away from Monro -- they'll scam you every chance they get.

Not to be unexpected due to liability concerns while on their property, absolute limited access to your property aside from retrieving personal belongings. That aside, they were agreeable to towing vehicle to a bay to retrieve recently-installed tires for a fee. Would certainly consider them for towing services and/or basic repair services, but suggest considering where your vehicle is towed to in the event of an accident - home or your preferred service provider. This is in no means to meant as a ding against the merchant, just something to consider. $600+ Retrieval/towing from accident scene, $186 relocation and tire swap.

For something as simple as a…read morevehicle inspection they sure know how to demonstrate that they don't value a customer's time, money, or property. First visit they broke and lost a bunch of clips under the hood that hold the engine plastics in place. They only replaced the clips because I caught it and checked before I left. The second visit I was there for an inspection and they failed it for tint (legal tint btw 30%) that they passed the previous year with no problem. Apparently as soon as these idiots find 1 reason to fail your vehicle they STOP the inspection completely and you waste your time by expecting you to do multiple trips by addressing the problems they find. What kind of shop does that? Then the service advisor lied to me by saying they would put the inspection sticker on that day if I removed the tint in the parking lot because it passed otherwise. What actually happened is that same advisor hid in the back after making me pay for the inspection while the other dummy advisor said the car has to go through a complete re-inspection to pass so I'd have to come back again. I suggest you think twice about coming to this neanderthal filled shop and seek service elsewhere. There's a lot of good and honest shops that won't waste your time like these guys.
