Having already poured a large, the clerk "helpfully" suggested I pay for two mediums instead.... The next day, they had kids but the cups were, strangely, not waxed coated so I got a cup holder full of leaked coffee on my commute. Today, I stopped for a few pops on our way out of town. I guess there's a size even smaller than small because there's no 69¢ charge on my receipt (see photos). Lastly, a month or so back, a clerk made me wait for him to finish his cell phone game (30+ seconds) before allowing me to pay. Sound petty? Start a timer for 30 seconds right now and wait.... it's longer than it seems.

This is the pharmacy where I collect all my family's medication and where I go to get a lot of over…read morethe counter medications. The prescription side of the pharmacy goes on lunch break so I have to make sure I get there at a time that they are not on break. I don't understand why all have to go on break at the same time. The last time I visited there was just one pharmacy technician and one pharmacist (based on what I could see) and there was a line of about 4 people just waiting to be served. I do tend to get some helpful technicians to help me out however. Also at the regular check out I see they are trying to allow customers to use the kiosks more than a human cashier. I needed some help at one point because what I was scanning wasn't working and I pressed for help. I stood there for a couple minutes no help because no cashier or worker was in sight. I went to the back where I think is the storage and called no one answered I walked around for a while and no one came until 15 mins later. I told him my issue and he didn't come to the kiosk he walked away to the counter to do something and spoke to me from far away without even looking my way. I kept telling him it's not working and he only said if you follow my instructions it will work. Someone else came in and we were trying to sort it out together and that's when he motioned to come over, before he did however the issue was fixed and he didn't say anything just walked away. Before I could pack my stuff in the bag he went back to the storage room leaving customer's who had come in while he was there to just roam around and help themselves. So overall I feel they need more workers even if it's not a busy day at least two people so if one needs to go to the back there is someone available just incase. They keep the store clean and the shelves are always packed neatly. Better customer service is needed however.

Very clean, nicely organized new Exxon Timewise store with clean bathrooms and plenty of pumps…read more We were stopping late on the way back to Dallas Fort Worth from Houston just after a long stretch of highway with mostly old, run down gas stations. This Timewise was a welcome stop with a large parking lot, freshly stocked shelves, and a nice clean bathroom. We bought a few snacks at typical convenience store prices. We arrived at shift change (I guess) and they had just rebooted the pumps. So, the first one I tried would not accept my card. The second one gave me an error. But, the third worked just fine. After fueling up, I noticed that the next several gas stations I paid attention to had per gallon prices $0.10 higher than this Timewise. If I lived in this area, I'd go out of my way to come here. Will definitely prefer it should we come through this area again. Recommended!
