My husband and I have been working with them since 2020. Our first project was our 480 sq ft casita in our new home. The casita had not been touched since the house was built in the late 80's and it was very outdated. The first two estimates I receives were in the high 40's and 50's to remodel the 480 sq ft. CCD's estimate was in the low 30's and they stayed in budget and only went over schedule a few days which was not their fault. Every tradesman we have to go into the casita has postive comments on the workmanship. Tom and his team created a beautiful space that we could have my mother use while she is here in WA helping take care of our daughter.
