Great sunset views and the staff are entertaining. The food was on the ok side but the staff really made up for a great experience.

We booked a 2.5 hr Sunset dinner cruise through our resort concierge. We paid $122/pp including RT transportation to/from resort to marina. The cruise was worth every dollar! We had a lovely time. From our first contact with our driver until the very end every single employee was extremely helpful, kind and professional. They really do an amazing job with all aspects of this cruise. The boat is beautiful, clean, ample and modern. I tend to get motion sick but I wasn't sick at all on this boat. Although, I still wore my motion sick preventative wristbands. The drinks were included and they had pretty much a fully stocked bar to choose from. I didn't see any off label liquor brands either. Drinks were delicious and NOT watered down. The staff were extremely accommodating in making sure everyone had whatever they needed at all times and were comfortable. They picked up empty cups/trash continually and took drink orders throughout the entire cruise and throughout the boat. The views are great from pretty much anywhere on the boat. They also had someone taking professional photos for an extra fee if you like. Dinner was rice, beans, chicken/carne asada tacos with guacamole, pico de gallo, chips and fresh fruit. You can also upgrade to include lobster for an additional fee. The food was good and the meat was BBQ'd fresh on the boat during the cruise. It's buffet style meaning you can get seconds, etc. The food was all kept very clean and was served by the staff. Guests line up. Towards the end of the cruise there was some interactive fun lead by the staff and dancing! I was nervous at first since I tend to not like activities on a boat since I get motion sick. However, I really enjoyed this! I highly recommend this cruise and I would definitely do it again.

The best in Cabo! Top notch crew and quality everything. This is the go-to company for our neighbors too. There are a lot of options in Cabo, but this is always our first choice.

This was such an amazing experience. The staff was sooo friendly, funny and attentive. Lots of music, jokes and friendship. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do. It is sooo worth doing and 10/10 would do again!!

Awesome experience!!! We took the sunset cruise which included whale watching, snorkeling, dinner and a stop by the famous arches. Boat was huge and fit our big group easily. I enjoyed mingling with the staff as they were very light hearted and ready to have fun with the group. I really appreciated that they took the time to stop and watch for whales. We did get to see them make an awesome display and the captain made sure to turn the boat so everyone could see. There were 2 BBQ grills on the boat. The chef grilled some kabobs and vegetables. There was also guac, chips, beans and rice. Food was ok. My least favorite part of the cruise. But I didn't book this for the food. I booked it for the experience which was perfect!!

Absolutely SO MUCH FUN! For families and couples, we had a blast! We did the sunset sail and snorkel. Cocktails kept coming, dinner was great, music was even better, and we snorkeled! If you're looking for something to do that knocks a few things off the bucket list; DO IT! It was $112 per person for a 4:30-8 boat time! My one complaint was that we were picked up in San Jose del Cabo and it took us 1+ hour to get to the marina because we had so many stops to pick people up. We were picked up at 2:20 and really could have been picked up at 3:30 easily. Just kind of a lot of extra time we could have spent at the resort, just so the company didn't have to waste time and gas. I think we would have preferred to Uber if we knew that was the case! Otherwise though, the closer to Cabo you are, the easier the bus travel. I'd still do it again!

These guys were the best! From the very start the bartender said "no te preocupes!" and they tended to my family constantly. The open bar was great. They took us to the arch and encouraged the couples to have a romantic moment. The cruise was relaxing with the music and scenery. We did the sunset snorkel and cruise and it was a very special and enjoyable time. I left them a great tip in appreciation. Highly recommend!!

Suveniors for our new home picture frames I say yes!

So much fun!! My resort had coordinated for me to go on a cruise with Sun Rider. I was told that as a tourist I MUST go on the cruise and see the famous arch in the rocks. I was picked up from my resort and dropped off. I walked into the boat and found a seat on the outside of the boat. The staff is incredibly attentive from the moment i get on. I was greeted and offered a beverage. They had alcoholic and no alcoholic options. The cruise was relaxing I took pictures of the rocks, birds, seals. I observed the endless ocean and sailed past other boats and cruise ships. Towards the middle of the cruise we were offered food, they had a buffet going on. The food was really tasty just wished it was a little more vegetarian friendly. I couldn't eat the refried beans or skewers as they contained meat and lard. The bathrooms on this boat were small but very clean, I never had to wait too long to use it. Once the boat started sailing back to the marina music started playing and the crew started dancing. Passenger on the boat got up and started dancing, it turned into a party. The energy on the boat was fun and lively. The crew on the boat were awesome, I would gladly take a cruise again with Sun Raider! When the cruise ended I waited near the dock and my arranged transportation picked me up and took me back to my resort.

Searching…read morearound for a dive outfit that could provide Rescue Diver certification (also requires that you have a current CPR & Emergency First Responder certification) was challenging. Most could do the diver part, but not the CPR/EFR training. Luckily, these guys could do both of the trainings. I had a different instructor for the EFR training (Fabian) and the Rescue Diver training (Ariana). Both instructors were very knowledgeable, provided good training, and answered all my questions. They provided kind but constructive feedback to make sure I understood the task being performed. Although these training courses helped prepare me and certify me, and I did feel prepared, it was without a doubt, that continued practicing will be vital. I rented equipment from them for the training. The wetsuits I tried on were in good shape. The BCDs were also in pretty good shape, but they only had a limited amount of sizes to choose from. I ended up with a mask that was a little too big and leaked while under water. Regardless, those are easy fixes for this dive shop (although costly). Like most of the Cabo San Lucas dive shops, these guys do not own their own boats. Part of my training included a simulated use of first aid gear on the boat. Upon checking the rescue kit, it was found that some of the items were either expired, spent (previously used and not replenished/replaced), or missing. My dive instructor and I were very concerned with this and informed the boat captain who provides dive services to multiple dive shops. This of course, is not Ninja's responsibility. However, they do carry the PADI 5 Star rating...to me, that should mean that I can rely on them to ensure that all the necessary safety protocols, including those on the boat, are provided. I could tell that both my instructors took this lapse very serious.

The company Cabo Adventures is a total scam and preys on vulnerable families. I will NEVER use them again for any other activity despite us coming to Cabo every year. I encourage every one from Yelp not to use them as well. Each ticket cost over $200 per person to be part of a group dolphin experience. This is not even private. A child MUST be accompanied by an adult so that forces more people to join. You think after spending over $800 for 4 people they would treat us like royalty right? WRONG. They do not mention any photo pricing online because they don't want to scare you away before you purchase your tickets. But let me tell you, it's an all or nothing photo package (you cannot pick a few or buy per picture) and it was over $500!!!!!! The b*tch working at the photo center must get off on making kids cry because when you call her out on the ridiculous prices, she shuts off the computer, takes her booklet, and says "ok good bye, there's the door". They do not negotiate at all because they know you have no other option. It's truly heartless. How insulting after we just spent $800 just on the tickets for a 30 min SHARED experience. They allow observers who are not doing the dolphin experience but they conveniently put them far away from where the dolphins are so it's impossible for them to take any pictures or video. Note: females you are NOT allowed to have anything in your hair such as hair ties or clips which there is no mention online or even when you check in. They don't give a reason why and it really sucked because the day we went it was super windy and our hair went everywhere ruining a lot of the photos plus making it hard to see in the water with hair in your face. My poor daughter had to take out her cute braids :/ Many other great and reasonable experiences. Go elsewhere and do NOT support Cabo adventures. Shame on you guys. UPDATE: I'd like to respond to the manager Lorena who tries to justify these ridiculous prices instead of listening to her customers' feedbacks and making adjustments. No, it's not optional to get the photos because what's the point of doing this experience if you do not have pictures to keep as memories? Yes, I understand there's safety regulations about not having cameras with us in the pool but forcing bystanders not in the pool to be over 100 ft away to take pictures which will be blurring, you leave us no choice but to purchase the photos. Nobody is asking for free photos but charging $500 is a scam. Even Disneyland only charges $80 for unlimited photos for a whole week! And respect gets respect. After spending over $800, YOUR employee is the one who was disrespectful to me first with her attitude about the price and not even trying to talk to your supervisor or work something out with me. Clearly, you only care about profit, not about customers leaving happy or having a good experience.

She arranged a two day trip for us to see the grey whales with their babies in the "Santuario de la Ballena Gris", and planned another day for us to swim with the whale sharks. She planned every detail. Communication was perfect and she is organized and prepared. A true professional, she was also so flexible about allowing us to decide how to spend our time, giving us plenty of ideas, and switching things around when we wanted to. She took care of all the transportation, permits, snacks and meals, boats and wonderful captains, wetsuits, equipment, Spanish translation, and lodging near the grey whale sanctuary. We learned so much from her and always felt safe and cared for. We were fortunate enough to observe caracaras, countless grey whales feeding and training their babies to prepare for their long migration, and herons and seabirds on our trip to the reserve. She had a long drive, but the experience was phenomenal. Then we had planned to see the whale sharks, planning the entire trip around the peak time for whale shark viewing -- but on the day of our trip, the whale shark refuge was closed (I believe because the previous winds had encouraged them to move 60 miles away to feed, something that was unprecedented). Although we expect they'll be back soon, we had to decide what to do with our last day with Karen. She had so many fantastic ideas and was able to pivot her plans, preparation, boat and captain to a custom-designed trip for us. She drove us to La Paz with a plan to take us out to swim with the sea lions at Espiritu Santo, part of a UNESCO world heritage site. But before we got to the snorkeling site, we were astonished to have two juvenile humpbacks repeatedly breaching out of the water in front of us. We were the only boat around and paused to peacefully observe their playful antics so close to us. We also got to see blue footed boobies and frigatebirds with their red breasts on our way to the site. Then to the sea lions. The pups were around 4 months old and many of their mothers were off fishing, so the pups hopped in the water with us to play as we snorkeled over the beautiful reef. Karen pointed out so much while we snorkeled together. It was an experience of a lifetime and we felt like we had so much time enjoying the pups; other boats were there but Karen guided us to an area where we felt like we could really enjoy the pups in solitude. They tugged on my fins and jumped on my back more than once. Back on the boat and on our way to our next stop, we paused to enjoy the playful dolphins checking us out. Peaceful and touching experience. Our final stop that day was Balandra Beach. We walked from the boat in the shallow clear turquoise water all the way to the sandy beach and enjoyed solitude at the beach, listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. When we returned to the boat, they had prepared a delicious fresh ceviche lunch that the captain had prepared. It was a perfect three days and we plan to return again to see the whale sharks! I cannot see any reason to enjoy this area with anyone else and highly recommend it. Definitely take some time from your Cabo or La Paz vacation to explore with Karen.

My wife and I took part in a baby turtle release, and a few whale watch trips with the deal on multiple whale watch trips. They are easy to book activities online or by phone. Our 1st activity the baby sea turtle release. We took a bus ride up the Pacific Ocean coast to the beach for release. The marine biologist in charge of project gave a presentation on the various turtle species, how they lay the eggs. Maria, a marine biologist with Cabo Trek, was our host with the company for the trip. She also helped with any questions, and assist the slowest turtles with a lift into the water after a while before the birds showed up. We went on a few whale watch trips the next 2 days. CaboTrek uses small boats with cover that can carry up to about 12 passengers. There is a marine biologist to answer any questions and take pictures. The 1st day was a very unique experience in that we had 2 whales decide to have curiosity fun with our boat and 2 others in putting on a show. These 2 whales spy hopped, fin slapped the water, tail slapped the water, full breach jumps, and swim under the boats several times. The 2nd day we saw momma and a baby humpback whale. The marine biologist estimated the baby to be about 2 or 3 weeks old. The baby decided to showoff for mom in jumping part way out of the water. This was a wonderful unusual experience to see.
