We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Now I will have to find somewhere else and wait all over again to get this done! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I got an appointment at Parc Village Dental the same week I called them. They did a stellar job and had enough time for me, no last minute excuses either. I'm glad I went here instead since they know how to schedule enough time for an appointment and keep it. She never did. No one called me today either and they close at 1 pm on Fridays. Must be nice. I felt invisible, forgotten, unimportant and it really hurt me. I had to try and get all my questions answered from online information. I go back next week for a recheck and then that's it. I will never go back. They don't seem to care about their patients.

I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. Ugh, long story. Had a frustrating day at the dentist appointment yesterday. I got mad and tired of…read morewaiting but when I was at my appointment and after the dentist numbed my mouth and jaw with the needle I sat there waiting for an hour and a half waiting for her to come in and pull my two teeth. I sat there waiting and her assistants came in twice to check on me to see how I was doing and I let them know that my mouth and everything was really, really numb and that I was ready for her to pull my tooth. They said okay and that she'll be in soon in about a few minutes to see me. An hour and a half later she still hadn't pulled my teeth. I got up and walked away to talk to the front desk to complain and told them I waited for an hour and a half and that she still hadn't gone in to pull my teeth and that my whole mouth and right side of my face is really numb. Someone at the front desk went to find out what was going on and why was I still waiting. Then they came back and said she'll be ready to see me in a few minutes but she's gunna have to numb my mouth a little more so she can pull my teeth. I told them that my whole mouth was already really numb and that no I'm not getting it more numbed. I ended up canceling the appointment and walking out. I'm gunna look for a new dentist. I shouldn't have had to wait that long, especially when I was there early and on time for my appointment. I understand she may have been busy with other patients but then Idk why they scheduled me to come in for 2pm if I'm just gunna sit there almost two hours with a numb ass mouth. It took 7 hours just for my mouth to unfreeze and get feeling back and be able to eat and drink again. I will never go back to Familia Dental again. Rude dentist, inexperienced workers, and highly unknowledgeable. They are all newbies there. They owe me an explanation for why I sat there waiting that long and they owe me an apology. I definitely DO NOT recommend going to either of the Familia Dental locations.
