The fact that I value interaction and a cozy atmosphere and STILL give Sunright 5 stars is a testament to how good the drinks are. The menu is plentiful while being straightforward. Ordering is easy. A location I truly enjoy going to. Probably one of better boba places in Rancho Cucamonga, besides KFT. It's a bit difficult to park due to the Target right next to it. This Sunright is quite small and cute, located in the wall next to a lash place. There are young kids working in there, and they're always quick to take your order and make your drinks. I've ordered with them a few times, and nothing has gone wrong. I tend to order on the Toast app more so I could earn points and discounts on my drinks. If I plan on coming here, I order a head of time, grab my drink, then head to Target. The app is quick and easy and I'd recommend it. This is the only Sunright Tea that I know is in the Rancho Cucamonga area, so I'm really glad I found this place. I've been here a few times as well as other Sunright Tea locations. I really enjoy the variety of drinks they have and every time I order Boba it always had the same great taste and texture. There are two self order kiosk here. One is against the wall and the other is by the cashier area. Once you order, they are really quick and making your drink. I ordered a Matcha oolong milk tea with Boba and a four seasons tea. The thing I like about this barbershop is that you can adjust Your sweetness and ice level and they also have a variety of toppings other than Boba. The ambience is pretty chill. It's a small shop tucked away in the Terra Vista Plaza. So this boba shop is more for to go drinks because there isn't any seating area / seats for waiting. I walked right up to the kiosk and ordered a Sunright Fruit Tea with Lychee Jelly. They only accept card payment, so I completed my transaction completely at the kiosk. I opted to receive a receipt via text, just in case there were any issues or confusion. My wait time was minimal even with a couple people in front of me. I was out of there in no time. I just returned from Palm Springs area and was on my way home. Thought to pick up some dinner at Haven City Market and boba from Sunright in Rancho Cucamonga. As it was near their closing time at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night, I decided to order my boba drinks online. Chose Toast for the online ordering. It was easy to maneuver through the screens. No service charge fee. Yay! Got here at the chinny chin chin at the strike of 9:00 PM LOL. It was still open. My first time here actually. It's located in the Tierra Vista Town Center at Foothill Blvd and Haven Ave. No worries on parking cuz there are lots of spaces. At first, I thought it was to the left of Target so I turned left. It's not. It's to the right of Target so don't make the same mistake as I did and have to make a detour. It's a smaller Sunright compared to the Upland location. No interior seating. One kiosk self-ordering available for use or you could order at the counter. Staff was very nice and helpful. I asked the lady if I got my reward points via my Toast ordering. She says it's best to order directly via their website. However, she said I can contact their customer service dept for further assistance since they are the ones who handle that type of transactions. Thank you miss! My 3 drinks were ready upon arrival. Got the Oolong milk tea with agar boba for my youngest daughter, Strawberry Jasmine fruit tea with lychee jelly for my eldest daughter, and Jasmine milk tea with grass jelly for moi... all with no ice at 100% sweetness. My pet peeve is watery drinks. Wonderful that they don't charge extra for no ice. Thank you Sunright! Our 3 drinks were all very refreshing and delightful. Love their tasty toppings especially the grass jelly... so smooth! The only gripe is the Strawberry Jasmine fruit tea. For some reason, about 2 inches of liquids were taken off, hence, the 4 stars. Unfortunately, I didn't capture its photo before my daughter started drinking it. I'll have to ask them why next time. My daughter and I were bummed about it. Second time I've been to this location with the staff not greeting you when you walk in. Just zero acknowledgement from staff. If you're going to have a customer service job, it's part of the job to at least welcome the customer. I feel like ever since Sunright only having kiosk ordering has really made the overall experience a lot worse. Otherwise, the drinks are good and I have no complaints about the product itself. I would just rather have service from staff who actually look like they want to be there or care a little bit about their job. Please do better Sunright. read more

I've been to Sunright Tea Studio in Eastvale before and was excited to see a new location here in Rancho Cucamonga! It's conveniently located next to Target at Foothill and Haven Blvd. Although the store is smaller, it's just as clean and well-organized as I expected. I ordered through the kiosk the Sunright Boba Milk Tea this time, and while it was good, I still prefer the Creme Brulee Boba Milk from my previous visit. The employees were friendly and quick, and my order came out fast. The plaza has plenty of parking, so it's easy to stop by even on a busy day. I'll definitely be back to try more of their drinks! On the bookmarks for a while and finally stopped in after a target visit in the same shopping plaza. I wasn't familiar with their menu customizations so went with a Oreo brûlée frostie. Ordered ahead on the app for pick up. App was easy to use and customize any drink to you liking. You'll get an estimated wait time and notification when your order is ready. Walk in and pick up your order. The shop is a quaint little ball of sunshine. The bright interior colors widen the space. Kiosks are available to place your order. Card only no cash is accepted only for tips of course. Service was fast and efficient. The Oreo brûlée frostie had a unique texture, sort of like a frozen hot chocolate with a ball of brownie batter swirled in. A sort of fusion of shake and milk tea. Interestingly enjoyable. This is not a first time i had orange yakult from sunright . I have had more than 10 of it from diffirent locations of sunright already for me to know enough how orange yakult supposed to taste like... but this place drink was the worst .... the drink texture doesnt even look right from the pic i uploaded, the taste is totally weird. So i gave them a call to let them know the orange taste like rot or fermentation and i let them know i couldnt go back there due to work! The options of core drinks hasn't changed much over the years but the seasonal drinks and collaborations with different anime and games make a cool experience if you're part of the fan base. i go to sunright regularly and they're pretty inconsistent. some days they're perfect and most days not so much. these days i've been getting jasmine cheese + cheese so 2 portions total. they've been only giving me the regular portion. i can tell because ive ordered 2 jasmine cheeses, 1 with extra cheese and one without. when placed side by side, they're the same amount. today they under filled my cup... there is quite a bit of space between the top of the cup and the drink. it's pretty upsetting since i'm paying an extra dollar for each scoop of cheese i add. when i bring it up to the bobaristas attention, they say my drink is correct. i'm so sad read more

My typical boba order is either a brown sugar milk tea or something with cheese foam, so I've had my fair share from various boba shops on both the West and East coasts. I tried their creme brulee milk tea and can confirm that it is now one of my all time favorites! I've also had their pudding milk tea which is just as good and has tasty, custardy egg pudding. Their boba pearls were well made and had the right amount of chew and brown sugar taste. It's a small location within a shopping plaza. There's no seats inside, so they're more of a take out boba shop. The interior is really cute and kept very clean. The area it's in is relatively dead, so that's probably why it wasn't too busy. That being said I went with the popular four seasons tea that was a blend of freshly brewed with their special unique flavor that was light and smooth with a fragrance that was nose pleasing. And if you know me! This nose knows! My second drink was their jasmine tea with mango that was combined with real Yakult out of the bottle and into my drink. I didn't bother to try out any other drinks like their smoothies or boba because I was already satisfied. Recently stopped by the Sunright Tea Studio in Rancho Cucamonga. I came by on a weekday in the evening and they were slammed! At the time of my visit, they were only taking orders through their electronic kiosk (unsure if that's the norm for this spot or if it was because they were busy). There were two groups ahead of me, both of which were having trouble with placing their order. I guess with the busyness of the evening, they weren't able to have a staff member help to monitor the the kiosk. Though they indicated to the staff they needed help, I ultimately ended up walking through the ordering process for the couple before me because they were really having a difficult time entering their order into the system. The line was getting super long behind us and it was disappointing that none of the staff was readily willing to help. I ended up ordering a Strawberry Matcha Latte with brown sugar boba. I was surprised that the drink was made very quickly from the time I formally paid and submitted my order from the kiosk. I was let down when I went in for the first sip and it tasted like the drink was made in a rush. The drink was mostly ice and tasted primarily like milk with strawberry jelly from the grocery at the bottom. The matcha was barely present and the "strawberry" was overpowering, tasting like the jelly used on a pb&j sandwich. Big let down, especially for the price point. The only saving grace was the boba. It was a fantastic texture and perfect. Sunright Tea Studio in Rancho Cucamonga missed the mark for me as their product didn't seem to justify the price during my first visit. Though they didn't make a memorable impression, I would be willing to give them another try again in the future with another drink since others have had much more positive experiences than mine. read more

I had pretty high expectations but I don't think the pumpkin spice flavor paired as well with the tea as I would've liked.
