Yikes, don't know if I came on a bad day but YIKES! Ordered milk tea and 2 orders of the bbq buns. The milk tea was decent - no complaints. The cashier was nice but the rest of the team was blah, unorganized, and kinda rude. The large group behind me got their drinks before me and did I mention I just had a milk tea.., okay! As I was waiting, an older employee asked me to sit down because I was standing at the wall adjacent to the pick up window. lol, never I was traveling for 3 hrs at this point. I enjoyed standing. Anywho, my bbq buns came out and they tasted old. Like from the pork to the bun itself... sadly I waited for such a long time for elderly ancient buns. The pork tasted sour and the bun tasted like old bread. Sadly, by the time I tasted it I was long gone and I live too far to return them. I definitely will not be returning..... Came here for the first time to get some boba. We ordered 1 smoothie, 1 honey green tea, and 1 Thai black tea with boba. The drinks were yummy. The service was quick. And the staff were helpful and patient. They share their location with a Pho restaurant fyi and both establishments use the same door. Came in this week with a couple of friends and we tried several items, both food and teas. The setting is casual and the staff is very kind. There's surprisingly a lot of space in here! It is a joint restaurant with R&B Tea and Pho 5 spice. First off the teas: My favorite was the brown sugar boba milk tea! It was so well balanced. A treat for sure! My second favorite was the Hawaiian iced tea. This was so REFRESHING !! It was served with a fork so you can snack on the fruit after. Food: The pho was WOW!!! My favorite was the filet mignon. The broth was absolutely perfect and the beef was high quality. So comforting! We also tried the dim sum (shrimp and BBQ pork were my favorite!). Made a quick stop for some of their avocados mix coffee late . Had lots of avocados pieces which is what an avocado drink should contain. Service was mediocre with one of the young lady at the register, she seems impatient & annoyed when I didn't realize there were more options to the avocado drink . the second young lady was much more friendlier and pleasant in explaining the drink options when I went up the second time to purchase an additional drink. read more

This review is solely based on the ambiance of the place today. I was just there & ordered my usual drink. Nothing wrong with the drink as they always make it how I like it. Even the service I received today was great as they were not busy. However while i was waiting for my drink, I noticed this funky, stinky smell. I thought nothing of it. As I was waiting, one of the workers was spraying Lysol. And then, as I got my drink, I went to throw my trash, which is located towards the back near the restrooms. I noticed that's where the smell was coming from. It was a very unpleasant smell. One of the restrooms was out of order & it looked like the men's restroom was available for use but had no door handle. I was just sitting there enjoying my drink, but I couldn't stand the smell so I left and now I enjoying my drink only car. read more

I was in the area and saw R&B had good reviews so I wanted to check it out. Staff are friendly and greeted myself and other guests as we walked in through the entrance. I noticed that they are expanding into pho, sandwiches, and dim sum but I didn't try any of those. I tried the Hawaiian Fruit green tea (70% sweet). It really is so delicious. I could probably make it less sweet the next time I come back. I love the decor. There is plenty of seating with comfy chairs and tables. As i was waiting for my drink, i was admiring the decorations!! It was very chill, relaxing, and calm during lunch hours. I think this would make a perfect place to study. My drink came out shortly after. I got the Hokkaido Milk Tea because I was craving the one from Boiling Point. I couldn't decide what sweetness i wanted, but the lady was kind enough to let me try it and adjust the sweetness level! The regular was just perfect though. Service was awesome as the line formed to the door. They took good care of us and we were served rather quickly after ordering. Extra large space to enjoy some food bites, boba, teas, Vietnamese coffee and bubble waffles! Visited with a few friends and we tried all the bubble waffle flavors. Luv'd the pandan! Cheese cream comes with it to dip but I would maybe prefer a custard. Booth seating, tables or lounge area. Parking is a breeze. Would definitely return to try something new. read more

The store decor is quite impressive. White, clean, and photogenic. We ordered siu mai(4), it's large, juicy and meaty. Lotus leave rice dumplings (2) are good in size and use many ingredients. my best friend and i stopped by r&b tea because it was near the ontario international airport! there was plenty of parking as it's a big/empty plaza. as we walked in, we were greeted by two girls who were willing to provide assistance if we need any. there was a lot of seating and the decoration were so cute and bright! i opted for the banh mi dac biet combo with taro milk tea. our drinks came out quick and the sandwich came out a couple of minutes afterwards. without the sweetness being adjusted, the taro milk tea was on the mild side in term of sweetness and flavor. i do wish it was more sweet although i don't have much of a sweet tooth. the banh mi was super delicious and definitely made the combo a great deal! the bread was crunchy, but not too rigid. the soy sauce that was in it was my favorite! the cashier was also thoughtful to ask if we would like our banh mi's cut in half :) read more

My favorite drink when I'm craving milk tea is either strawberry milk tea or candy milk tea. My fave fruity tea is the kumquat lemon fruit tea. I get everything half sugar because their drinks are quite sweet. Pretty crazy how they continually expand their menu. I tried the new pho and I got to say it was quite good, flavorful and full soup, chewy noodles, and many meat toppings. They also currently have a deal for a discount for the pho during soft opening. They also have a fantastic chili oil you can ask for to add even more flavor to the pho outside of the typical sriracha and hoisin. 030/24 The very brightly lit up elegant tree decor was so inviting just to hang out here. The velvet covered chairs were all also comfy, and you feel like royalty sitting on them! We were greeted warmly by the order taker staff. I was looking forward to having the Pork Belly Bánh Mì in this location, was greatly disappointed because she said the cook went home and they are not selling any of the sandwiches. My four stars review did not affect that they did not have the sandwich cause I considered the staff and the ambience of the place. I ordered the tea with honey and just hang out for a few minutes. The restroom is so immaculately clean and decorated with 3-D scenery wall stickers. I will return another day to feel like royalty in this place while munching on a sandwich! read more

First... You can't customize anything here so if you like to mix and infuse things, don't get your hopes up. 2nd the girl at the register isn't always very nice. We've been here a few times because we like getting drinks and eating at the Ramen place next door. Would have given 4 stars but service and lack of being able to customize is reflected as we've never had this issue at other places we regularly go to. Lastly.... Got here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. We got the taro stormy and avocado stormy since they look like they are the specials! I loved my taro stormy with 30% sweetness - it's a taro slushie with salted cream mixed in it. The taro flavor is strong and the drink is very creamy! The 30% sweetness was perfect for me - if you don't like drinks that are too sweet, go with 30% or 50% sweetness. My friend got the avocado smoothie and confirmed with the bobarista that they use real avocados instead of avocado syrup. She said it was good but it has a cashew flavor toward the end of it. Ontario doesn't have much boba spots in the area that are good, but it's nice to have a go to when you're in a bind! The staff is the sweetest and very helpful, I even got a little charm gift after I received my order! The interior is luxurious and seats were super comfy! I ordered the oolong milk tea and can't complain the oolong pulls through and was refreshing! I didn't get to take photos of the food but we ordered the salted egg bun 7/10, tasty little treat! The real deal. On a hot summer day this place came through!! We ordered the Hawaiian green tea with 50% sweetness and the kumquat lemon with 75% sweetness both with extra ice.... So good! My family and I been coming here for a few years now but in the last 3 visits we've had issues with our orders and yesterday was the 3rd strike. We ordered 3 combos (2 Banh mi and 1 waffle) but waited 30 minutes. In short, they forgot to make one of the sandwiches. We had a feeling when we only got 1 of the 2 sandwiches with our drinks but we're told it's coming. Then when the waffle came out I asked again and was told it's coming. 5 mins later one person asked another and I assume they finally figured out they forgot. No apologies just continuous "it's coming". And apparently they changed the stamp program and we were told one stamp per visit even though we ordered 3 combos with drinks. Stamps were nice perk but if that is reduced along with long wait and missing items, that's a no for us....prior visit we waited 45mins for the shrimp dumplings that ended up with a refund.
