That does take a bit of time, so plan a few extra minutes to wait in line, and treat yourself to one of their delicious bowls. There is no seating inside, but there's communal seating outside. When an employee finally came over, the first thing she said was, "What are you getting?" with no greeting or apology for the wait. I asked which protein juices were available because I didn't see any in the fridge, and instead of helping, she just handed me a menu and said, "They're right there." The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service and basic friendliness go a long way, especially in a place that promotes a positive wellness experience. I walked out . I won't be going back to that location.

However, one super cool thing is that when they make their ice cubes, they're made out of coffee so that when it melts, it melts down correctly. That's probably the only thing that's bad ass about this place.
