A great place for a spa day. First time at this place. We had an appointment for 2 hours of a hour massage and a hour for facial. The staff was a little confused with our appointment and they seem to speak limited English; though they were personable. The massage and facial were good and relaxing. Use to frequent this business a handful of times a year and always had a good experience up until this single (last) time I could not afford to tip the masseuse like usual. Haven't been there for quite a few months, but I was feeling quite sore after a few gym sessions, so I figured it would be a nice restoration session. I stopped by and requested an appointment for the day after, no problem scheduling it. The next day I was greeted by Victoria at the reception desk and was taken back to be worked on by Lucy. It was such a wonderful session; she found spots where I had no idea was so bad but contributing to the overall soreness. If this were my boyfriend's review, he'd give it 5 stars since this is his favorite place but this is MY REVIEW so let me tell you why I docked a star. I've been here twice and the massage has always been very OK. Everytime for some reason, the masseuse tends to dig deep and have a strange focus on my back dimples (maybe because I have deep back dimples?) but that is not a muscle or pain area, it just causes pain and I have bruising there after. ): Everything else is generally soothing and relaxing but I've had better. I booked 3 services : Facial + eye massage + scalp relaxation. Well ...... scalp relaxation total bogus !!! Waste of money and time !! Same with eye treatment. The lady barely wiggles her fingers or even glides over scalp / eyes . Just pour some gel and that's it .... !! Facial she scraped through with minimal movements and without steam tried to extract .... !! What kind of facial is without removing blackheads / steaming .... DISSATISFIED and DISSAPOINTED ... if you book full spa package .... Well good luck ... she sure will put you in bed for 2 hours with minimal finger movement. read more

Well I have to update my review, when I first went there I advised that person that I had neck back and shoulder issue. Everything else was worked on somewhat. I used to go to the European massage and a man did it and squeeze the heck out of the muscles and I did feel good at that time. My experience was horrible. My husband bought me a facial and massage on Groupon. The massage was ok. Nothing to write home about but at least it did not cause me trouble. The facial was entirely another matter. The lady who did the massage and the facial (same lady who also greeted me at the door) spoke very limited English. Her English was so bad that she did not understand at first a simple request asking her where the restroom was, nor could she tell me the flavor of the candy that she was offering me at the exit. I should have walked out. I feel like an idiot because instead I stayed telling myself that I was being biased because the lady spoke no English. I have no idea what products she used on me. She had none displayed on the counter in the room where she did the facial. She had me fill a form about the massage but no questions were asked about the facial. In fact, by the time the massage was done I had forgotten all about the facial. She asked me to go to another room. The place is big with a number of small rooms. It looked basic but clean. Within 2-3 days of my facial I started developing hard red bumps under my skin on my jaw line and my neck. It's been about two weeks and it looks a bit better, but it's been a horrible mess. I should say that I am 41 years old and I have never had acne, not even when I was a teenager. I certainly never had acne on my neck at all. As I write this review, it occurs to me that beauticians are required to be licensed and I am unsure how a person who speaks such limited English could even begin to be licensed. Beware. read more
