I'd like to start with I came in for a emergency visit, there was an issue with my insurance when I…read moregot there after waiting 45 minutes after the appointment time I was called back. I had made a comment to the girl with pink hair oh they must have figured out the insurance, she ignored the comment and tried to get the machine to work to take X-rays but was having a hard time and could tell she wasn't happy. I was then brought to a room and more x-rays were taken by Emily! Then Dr Perry came in and had said he recommended pulling a tooth due to a cavity and the tooth being chipped and discussed the cost of removal without insurance applied and that he recommended coming back in a few days after I had some meds to relieve the swelling! When scheduling the front desk person who made the appointment said we can diagnose and fix same day when I brought that up it became an issue. I then had 4 different people come in back to back all saying something different then the next. After finally talking with the office manager they said come back at 2 and we will get it handled (my appointment was at 8am) when I returned at 1:30 to give them more insurance info as I have triple coverage, the front desk was trying to get ahold of insurance and I wasn't brought back until 2:30 where the front desk said they got ahold of one insurance and they will cover 75% I said fine I'll pay the rest and get reimbursed later from insurance! When I was in the room and had been numbed the Dr said I'll let that sit for a few minutes and be back. Well that turned to over 30 minutes because he had a meeting and no one could find him. I was then brought a form to sign for the operation basically if something goes wrong I can't blame them I thought that was weird cause I was already back and had been in the chair numbed! Then the office lady that said insurance would pay 75% came in and asked for the remainder of the balance and was over $100 more then discussed so I asked to have the office manager come in cause the math didn't align after spending 20 minutes talking to the office manager and getting everything figured out because they didn't tell me they were charging me $378 dollars for X-rays from the morning that I never signed for I gave the office manager my card and then she quickly came back saying now insurance won't cover anything because we didn't have pre authorization but was told everything was fine in the morning when I left! We finally came to an agreement that I would pay 25% today and they will try to figure out the insurance and if not they will send me a bill. This office is so disorganized it's not even funny but is very normal when half the people working there are family! The work that was done was good but the service was horrible. I didn't leave until 4:30pm and all that was done was X-rays in the morning and a single tooth removed in the afternoon! They will tell you whatever you want to hear but not the truth, this goes for everyone even DR Perry who didn't tell me I had an infection in the tooth I found out from a pharmacist cause I had to go get meds when I left in the morning for them to even see me in the afternoon! Over all just avoid this place unless you want the most disorganized service of your life!

The first time I was there, Dr. Carroll told me she was grumpy and stressed out. The receptionist told me she was stressed out as well. I find it unprofessional for a doctor or employee to tell a patient she is grumpy. In every appointment I felt rushed and didn't get my questions answered. I asked for a treatment plan because there are alot of problems in my mouth. Dr. Carroll didn't have time to go over what needed to be done, and said she would call me. She never did. I had 3 teeth with cavities filled. One had to be extracted soon thereafter (by a new dentist). The new dentist told me I had a big cavity in one of the teeth Dr. Carroll said she had filled. Dr. Carroll also blatantly lied about me in her chart notes, stating that I had said something I never said. The 3 times i was there were very unpleasant and I did not feel taken care of regarding my dental issues. I do not trust Dr. Carroll and do not recommend her services.

Definitive treatment seemed the most appropriate and, although emergency dental work is never comfortable, the professional staff and ancillary staff did their utmost for my comfort. A particular shout out to Dr. Connor, his dental assistant, and also particularly Debbie at the front desk. After the procedure, I was relying on the shuttle from the Marina to come and pick me up to return back to my boat. I was hoping to break a large bill so that I could tip the driver. There wasn't much cash in the office among the staff, but Debbie volunteered up five dollars for me to use and simply said "please pay it forward". The work was performed for a reasonable price, promptly and with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend Laconner dental for not only local LaConner folks, but for anyone passing through the region who might suffer a dental emergency.

Dr. Lemme let me know at our first few appointments that I had options other than pulling it for an expensive implant or putting on a pricey veneer!! I had always been told those were my choices. Anyway, I did the treatment (internal bleaching) over several office visits this past summer and have been absolutely thrilled with the result!!! Plus it was so inexpensive I honestly felt like I got triple the value of what I paid. Appointments have been easy to schedule, and I appreciate the text reminders. Or as relaxed as you van feel at a dental surgeon. On top of that, Dr. Brar himself is a great dentist. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficien, and have a great "bedside manner". My toot extraction took about 15 minutes, and apart from the sounds you hear when a tooth is pulled out of your upper jaw, there was no pain, no discomfort. Nothing. If I ever need oral surgery again, this is where I'll go, and I would recommend Dr. Brar to anybody needing it.
