Took in a custom made wedding dress that had a lot of salt water stains from the Aegean Sea. The employee who took in the dress seemed confident that they could clean it. So, we dropped it off about a month ago and waited. We called on Thursday to check the status and were told it was done and that it came out amazingly clean. Went and picked it up today and sure enough, the dress looked as good as it did when it was brand new in July. Master Cleaners did an outstanding job on this wedding dress cleaning. If you have a wedding dress that needs a cleaning, I highly recommend Master Cleaners to do the job for you. We were ecstatic with their results.

They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. So one sleeve had 4 buttons and two button holes but none aligned. The other also had the 4 original buttons and 3 button holes, also not aligned. Plus, the 4th button was absolutely flush with the bottom of my sleeve. I cut off that button so that I could wear the suit that weekend, still I felt uncomfortable that someone might notice botched up sleeves. Was this total incompetence or was she screwing me over? Buyer be warned. I will never go back here for any service.

Dropped the dress of to be cleaned after the fitting from the amazing #1 tailor Europin Tailor Alteration & Bridal Sewing & Alteration * The Lakes, Las Vegas. This dress was the last one in my daughter's size and the color. The dress is for a wedding that is on 3/30/2024. So there is no time to even replace nor repair anything. The owner greeted me when I came to pick up my daughter's dress. As I said I have been coming for years. He even asked me to leave another review because his stars are higher than the other Mom and Pops location. My daughter and I returned back to the cleaners after seeing this burn mark. We are told there is nothing that they will do except a store credit for the dress amount. Which is NOT what we expected to hear. We asked for the owner to come in and discuss this with us. Unfortunately he refused. He had the manager on duty to relay all his messages. Keep in mind him and I were just having a nice conversation when I picked up the dress. They have you sign a store policy about removing stains and marks on items. Saying they are not responsible for any damage connected to the removal of them. They removed the oil stains that got on the silk fabric during the fitting of the dress. However, they created a burn mark in a whole different area of the dress. Only offering to give a store cleaning credit for the dress cost. All this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. To have the owner stand in my face and NOT say one word about the new damage of the dress that they caused. Neither have their manager on duty either say anything. Then to have his laugh and talk with me and ask me to leave a review as I always do for him. Is crazy !!! They have received thousands of dollars from me from repeated visits and I have sent people to this location. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews on behalf of the owner and this business location. Just to have him treat me/us like nobody's and NOT refund the cost of the dress that they COMPLETELY RUINED !! I have sent this review to BBB and made a complaint with them as well. For this is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend coming to this Mom and Pop location for your next cleaning. There is another cleaners up the road that is your best option.
