Moving Home! Two little words. Easy to say BUT so difficult to achieve and keep your sanity. So... what is the most important part of your move? It is finding a company that will help. Again simple to say but you have a pretty important checklist. They have to be efficient. They have to be trustworthy with a huge T. They have to be affordable and prompt. You want someone who is friendly, offers good advice and has your best interests at heart. Needless to say we were stressed and worried to pick a company who would have all those qualities wrapped up in a package that we could actually afford. Our daughter recommended Sunrise Moving LLC (https://www.sunrisemovingllc.com). I contacted them and received an almost immediate response. We discussed our needs and expectations and subsequently agreed to engage their services for our move. I can say absolutely and without any hesitation that they were beyond excellent. Diego was wonderful. They were like moving ninjas.Everything wrapped in blankets and carried out as if it were their own beloved items. They did not stop. My husband asked them to take a break but they replied that their break would be during the drive to the new home. They arrived before us and Diego called to ask to clarify if they should park in the driveway as it was newly paved. We had not even considered this and quickly called the site manager to be told that it would negate our warranty so they should park on the road. Additionally they did not charge us for going 17 minutes over time unlike some companies who nickle and dime you byt stretching out the time. In conclusion: If you are moving then this is the ONLY company to contact. If we were moving again and they were booked I would reschedule the closing around their availability. AMAZING!!! Diego and Christine run flawless operation!! I have moved three times in the last few years due to work. They were referred by my apartment complex. They COMPLETELY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. Brian showed up with Stevenson and Max. These fellas are amazing!!! They handled everything with care and were diligent and concerned with customer satisfaction, without ever compromising their speed and incredible work ethic! Wow - We enjoyed excellent communication through the entire process. Sunrise called me on the day of unloading and arrived to my home - on time! The movers were friendly, COVID sensitive, energetic and engaged. They unloaded a 15 foot truck with various light and heavy household items. When the unload was complete, I got a call from the owner just checking to see that everything was done to my satisfaction. I was happy to report, YES.
