The only reason I even tried them was because Northern Tool referred me. Unfortunately, after more than a week of wasted time, I learned the hard way that this business values profit over people. I stood in line at customer service to await my turn for assistance. Ron was the employee standing at the counter helping two ahead of me. When it was my turn for assistance, Ron told me to go to the aisle and wait on him. There were three males behind me, and he began helping them. I approached and confronted Ron, as I was the next to be helped. He again told me to go to the plumbing aisle and he would come. I did NOT, but instead confronted Ron as to why he was helping them when I was next in line. He continued to help the other three males behind me even as I stood there watching, and, in fact, they were all checking out when Ron came to help me. I don't spend my money in businesses that treat me like a second class citizen. I hope Home Depot and Lowe's puts them out of business. DISGUSTING!!!

Today (September 26, 2025), when my husband pointed out the same deficiencies yet again, the owner, Adrian, told us "you get what you get" and insulted our home, saying that our $400K property was "cheap" and that only million-dollar homes deserve quality paint. When my husband asked him to leave our property, Adrian refused to leave, saying he "wasn't going anywhere." It escalated to the point that my husband had to call the police before Adrian finally left. This is not just poor workmanship -- it's hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable conduct from the owner himself. No homeowner should be treated this way, and no builder should continue using this company.
