I stood in line at customer service to await my turn for assistance. Ron was the employee standing at the counter helping two ahead of me. When it was my turn for assistance, Ron told me to go to the aisle and wait on him. There were three males behind me, and he began helping them. I approached and confronted Ron, as I was the next to be helped. He again told me to go to the plumbing aisle and he would come. I did NOT, but instead confronted Ron as to why he was helping them when I was next in line. He continued to help the other three males behind me even as I stood there watching, and, in fact, they were all checking out when Ron came to help me. I don't spend my money in businesses that treat me like a second class citizen. I hope Home Depot and Lowe's puts them out of business. DISGUSTING!!!

For over 25 years Tri County has been owned by Veronica Nix. They have a warehouse that stocks over 14,000 items and they offer delivery service. Tri County sells hardware and care items and food for horses, dog, cats, and birds domesticated and wild. I was drawn in by their eclectic mix of statues and yard art signs outside. There is a giraffe, horse, and a motorcycle made out of tires. Inside the store is a little bit of everything. They have a wide variety of items to care for your animals friends. I think this is the first combination hardware/ animal care store I have ever come across. I love small businesses where you can easily get help and have your questions answered by knowledgeable people. Keep the mom and pop stores in business and shop the independent stores.

He checked everything , out system would cool then just stop and blow fan air on and off. he checked to rate of air the freon and such and couldnt really come up with anything, 3 weeks later it got worse of course it was holiday weekend so they did not get back to me so I called another company who did come and said there clearly is a significant freon leak. Long story short I called them back and asked to speak with the owner and her, assuming wife or something said he is not around. I explained what the situation was and that their tech totally missed it and that i would like a refund on the service charge. she claims that because another a/c company has touched it they cannot stand behind anything. I had called them twice since their tech was out and told them that it is still not cooling and she told me that i would have to pay another service charge. not they refuse to work with me on refunding my service charge that they clearly miss diagnosed the issue and gave me no choice but to go elsewhere. very dishonest company to use they like to push their yearly maintenance package and do not consider you a existing customer unless you pay it and charge you emergency fee . even though i have used them a couple of times before. and the girl who answers the phone is a bi t ch beyond belief .
