When the new electrical panels were installed by perfect pool and spa they were installed incorrectly resulting in shorted outlets in the panel. This is after we expanded to Chris we were refinishing our pool due to a traumatic fire. I had to stop contact between my wife and Chris because he was demeaning and told my wife "If you could understand basic concepts then you'd get what I'm explaining to you but you don't." For those of you that don't know, Chicken Fried Steak, isn't chicken, but it's beef, usually a Swiss steak cut that's been tenderized. They call it chicken, cause it's FRIED like a chicken with a batter. Usually deep fried. We both thought the breakfast was scrumptious, this was some of the best gravy I've had, not super gloppy but just thick enough. There was so much food I couldn't finish and took my leftovers back to go. It was a good meeting and breakfast was on the boss. I didn't ask if he won any money or not or if he lost ..... Oh, the inside of the casino is pretty typical mid sized casino decor. As long as the boss is happy, I'm happy!

Unethical business practices…read more Miranda came to look at our house and gave us a quote for a deep clean +blinds. We approved this written quote. The crew came as scheduled and did a great job. At the end of the day we were charged over 60% more than the original quote. At no point was there a conversation or authorization for this additional charge. When Miranda was questioned about this, she had some excuse about her business expenses and Workers Comp. And that she didn't charge us for the hours she personally worked. We don't understand how someone who has been in business for eight years could be so far off on her quote. Unless it was intentional. We would never have agreed to have our house cleaned for the amount that she ultimately charged us. On another note, when asked how much it would be to regularly clean our house, she wouldn't commit to a price, but stated that it depended on how many crew she sent and how many hours they spend. However, she couldn't give a reason as to why it would be different from time to time. Unfortunately, trust had been broken. We weren't going to continue with her cleaning service due to the exorbitant amount she charged without prior approval or authorization. After all of this, Miranda then asked if we wanted to give a tip to the cleaning crew. We did add a tip because they did a fantastic job. We wish we would have checked Yelp and Google reviews first.
