Jada has a very sweet disposition and really knowledgeable of the tanning salon services. I have now tanned 3 times, and every time I come in, Jada is there to warmly greet me- if I lived here in Troutdale, I would have a full membership just based off the amazing service Jada provides. Also their tanning beds are pretty decent for the price. The salon is clean, organized and well maintained. The girl helping me was not helpful and very shady, lying saying she was giving me a discount when really she was using my tan dollars towards the total. She also didn't give me the special they had going on that my friend got at the HD location. These salons have really gone down hill and their standard for a clean salon went with it. I will upload pictures of how gross the spray booth was. I payed over $40 for a spray tan in a booth that looks like it hasn't been cleaned or updated jam years. I've always kept going here because of the convenience of putting my package on hold but I will be looking for a new place with better service and a clean atmosphere.

I let the associate know that I was moved to a different promotion and was told I didn't have to pay to the following month. Well I was charged anyway (I let them know on the day (Feb 28th) when I signed up for new promotion that my debt card was being replaced and it would take 5-7 business days before I could update it) Didn't think much cause my understanding was my payment wouldn't be due till April 1st. Well I was wrong. I called to let them know the situation and explained myself just to be told it was a misunderstanding and they could only waive $10. I called back and spoke with Layna, explained the situation again, she totally understood and tried everything in her power to see if they would waive the cost. She was so sweet and polite and mostly professional and because of her they are implementing that the associate explain the new promotions correctly so this doesn't happen again. I truly wanted to cancel my membership but after speaking with Layna I have decided to give them another chance. Thank you so much Layna for all your help!
