My bestie surprised me with this super cool bestie gift of a a forever bracelet. When we arrived the owner was finishing up with a customer so we had time to look around and select our forever bracelet. I love the concept of getting a custom piece of jewelry made, that doesn't come off. I have a copper bracelet that I never take off so this was right up my alley! I'm a huge fan of rose gold and copper and my one complaint was that there wasn't much of a selection of charms. The owner was super sweet and nice and explained how hard it is to get rose gold charms. I just wish there were more charms in general, they didn't even have to be rose gold. The supply was just kind of low in general. I ended up selecting a rose gold bracelet and two cute pearl charms. I love my bracelet so much and my bestie and I had a great time picking out our custom jewelry. It was also really cool to watch her literally weld the jewelry together on your arm. The only high pressure level 5 they have is the matress version of the Matrix High Pressure, which is a 24 minutes bed due to turning over halfway in between which means whatever side you laid on first will have half the lotion left behind on the mattress rather than your skin.. It just is an old ghetto bed and they have a few others that could use serious upgrading. And that High Pressure is offered at one instead of both locations. Other than that the prices are affordable, the staff is welcoming and patient, and the environment overall is 95% awesome!

Also she had 3 whole days to figure that out! And let me know!! This was also her appointment to "make it up to me". THEN SHE BLOCKED ME!! My texts were coming back green and when I called it went to voicemail so I had my boyfriend text her and it came back blue... I knew she blocked me. I have been nothing but understanding, kind and a loyal customer up until this point even though she's canceled on me multiple times leading up to this. She was also asked to leave her last salon so I think I might know why. I wouldn't go near her ever again. I've had more respectful interactions with the worst people.
