DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The most unorganized office I've ever seen !! You can't ever get in with the same doctor you're always seeing five different doctors. Never get to see your own primary Doctor. The wait time when you call is ridiculous. And they tell you that they have in walk-in services you are never guaranteed to be seen I went there for a simple look at my hand and the doctor told the receptionist to tell me to apply cream and take pictures of it and he will not see me and I've been a patient there with numerous times of mistakes in this office and I've had it!!!! I've actually recently gone to the extreme of having a urine sample not sent to the lab and thrown out in their office and never tested. That put the icing on the cake !!!! Don't go there !!!!! Don't use this provider- especially if you need reliable health care. They dropped the ball twice in my oncology care - something you would think they would take seriously. It takes forever to get ahold of someone on the phone. The only time I ever saw Dr. Ferdowsian was after I sat in the waiting room for an hour with my two year old and threatened to leave. Getting your prescriptions refilled is a struggle. They seem to make a game out of seeing who can do the least amount of required paperwork and still get away with it. read more

STAY AWAY. I came here to get an allergy test done I had to wait over an hour. I was seen by the nurse who asked me the questions she needed and proceeded to wait 30 mins. I came out and informed them I had to leave , they said I was next. I waited 10 more minutes, nothing. I came back out and informed them I was leaving and could no longer wait, still they said I was next but they would grab the doctor from her other patient...RED FLAG. I waited another 5mins in my room listening to all the girls in the back laughing, talking, and messing around the entire time I was there. The doctor finally came in and asked the same thing her nurse asked and then walked out and asked why none of her nurses came back to take my blood the whole time I was waiting. Finally 10 mins later a girl came in to get my blood work. WORST phlebotomist ever. I have had my blood taken a lot and my hand and arm has never turned purple the way it did with her, and it hurt worse than any other time I've had it done. Finally 70mins later i started walking out only to see they also messed up my FMLA paperwork and I had to wait another 5 minutes to find out they still messed it up. I had to leave and call back later to make sure it was fixed. The nurse did come in once and ask how much I paid last time for it to be filled which I found odd because she should just know how much it costs, not sure what I paid a year ago mattered unless they were trying to over charge me. I did pay $70 the first year and she only had me pay $50 this time. Now, the wait for my blood work to come back was about a month maybe a little longer. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so I called them myself. After a 10 minute hold on the phone I was told they haven't received anything yet. I waited another week and called back only to find out they still don't have the results, the lady on the phone said they would call me as soon as they heard from my results, go figure that didn't happen. Finally I call back and was told they are going to call them right away and see what's going on, I did receive a call that time that my results were in. I chose another Sunset clinic, the one on Durango and Sunset and with having such a horrible experience at this place I decided to call ahead and see if I could get in a little early because I had unexpected plans after my appointment at 5pm(my appointment was at 4) they didn't have any other appointments so I let them know I was just going to get my results and I had to leave by 4:30 at the latest. Signed in at 4pm and left by 4:30 pm with ZERO results. I will be finding a new primary I'm over this place read more

This is absolutely the worse experience I've had with a clinic ever, they treat you like gold when in the office but beware as soon as you leave that office it's a circus, lost test results, no return phone calls not 1 after 4 try's spread out over a month, the only person I do get on the phone offers excuse after excuse re blood results never being given lost us results etc, I was in healthcare for years and I understand being swamped with work however there's never an excuse for a patient to have to chase down their own results , this clinic won't last long here word of mouth is everything in Vegas. read more

Read the reviews and don't use this clinic. Like several others I waited for a long time in both the waiting room and then in the patient room by myself. I left work early for a 3pm appointment and was not seen until after 5pm. I was not seen by my primary care physician. I was seen by a physician assistant and a physician assistant in training. She was very nice but I was expecting to see a doctor especially since this was my first (and only) visit to this clinic. I was ordered for a blood test and even though I received some very alarming results I was never contacted by anyone at this clinic to discuss my results. Additionally, the main purpose of my visit was to get a referral because my last specialist was out of my network due to a change in health insurance. I never received a call about the referral. I had to call numerous times to get a referral. I don't recommend this clinic. There are other places who value their client's time and money. read more

I'm not usually one to share an experience with a doctor but this is a must! From entering the building the reception staff is super welcoming and helpful! They had explained when I made the appointment that I may have a wait but in fact they called me back early!(when does that happen at a Dr office) the nurse was very friendly and very attentive to my my concerns ! I was in for a wellness exam and to get established as a new patient! They were so thorough that I am almost lost for words! They left no stone unturned, doing bloodwork and chest X-rays ! The physician actually spent about twenty minutes just listening to my concerns and getting to know me! She is wonderful! It's a nice change from the everyday medical we have grown accustomed to!this is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone needing a PCP read more

I made an appointment, was told to come 15-30 minutes early to fill out paperwork work. My appointment was for 2:45. I arrived at 2:10. Typical stuff. I was put in a room. One person attempted to take my blood pressure but for the first time in all my life I was told my blood pressure was way too high. I told her before she took it to use the other arm because the right one was already in pain but no. Then another gal comes in ask simple questions like why you here etc etc. then I sit. I thought about walking out and asking for a refund because it was already 2 hours and no doctor. Finally 4:32 walks in the doctor, no apologies, I said I'm not used to waiting 2 hours for anyone Dr Ferdowsian says "it's Friday afternoon" - like that makes it ok to keep a person in a room that long waiting. 4:41 he walks out of the room. All he did was type on his laptop and listen to me breathe. I asked for a signed DMV disability form (had one from previous state I lived in). The doctor said he couldn't print the form and I'd have to come back. The nurse came in after he was gone and I explained that I needed the form, to which she left the room and brought me one that was signed. Then informed me they want $25 for it! After expressing my outrage (about my wait time, the cost for paper, the treatment) the doctor came storming in - yelling at me while towering over me. Should have known something like this was going to happen when the office manager told me I couldn't record when she came in about the disability tags. Longer story short Doctor is rude and don't care about you, don't even ask about you. He likes to had you scripts! I won't be back there!!!! read more

This place is awful. I went there 2 times and will not be back. There is no way I would trust my health care to them. Both times over a 2 hour wait even though I called before hand to make sure there wasn't a long wait. Then I didn't even see the doctor....I saw a PA. Then they didn't even request the correct test. Then....no follow up with my test results at all! Doctor Ha Lee manages the patients and time with them like the more appointments she covers the better. I get it is a business....but my time with a doctor should not be rushed. read more

We bring our parents to Sunset Clinic in Henderson and we're very happy with their service! All their staff is awesome but we especially appreciate Ivan at the Front Desk, Kevin of the Referral Department and Alejandra who rooms patients. They all have great personalities, highly efficient and very helpful staff. Above all, we love Dr Ha Le! She is very compassionate, approachable and extremely knowledgeable! She'll explain to you patiently, all your questions and concerns. You couldn't be in better hands! We're very thankful for taking extra care of our parents! Worst doctor's office I've been to. The office is dirty and the staff in the reception area are idiots. After my visit the receptionist said that he would call me back for a question I had. I called twice and he never called me back. Whenever I try and make an appointment when I'm sick, they say the next available appointment is 2 weeks out. Not gonna do me any good. I hate myself for not remembering how much I hate this clinic. Sure they take you back at your appointment but leave you in the exam room for 30 minutes at a time. Somehow they always have an excuse for why you need to come back again (think it's so they have a reason to bill the insurance for something else they could have done in one visit). I walked in with no appointment and the staff were extremely accommodating, Luke at front desk was compassionate and knowledgeable. I was seen by Dr. Eghterafi. I suspected that I had a kidney stone and was having a bit of discomfort. Dr. Eghterafi and the PA spent time asking me questions about my history and current symptoms and were both very compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Eghterafi not only called in an rX immediately, but ordered an ultrasound and X-ray "stat". Within an hour I had both tests completed and my rX was waiting for me at the pharmacy. Within 24 hours I was feeling much better than I had in over a week. My only regret was not going in sooner. I'm so impressed, I've decided to make Dr. Eghterafi my primary physician. He has a great bedside manner and even joked that his name rhymes with "eggs and coffee"! read more

I have been been to this clinic 3 times and have gotten (3) different doctors. The staff then proceed to ask the same questions without even bothering to look at my notes. I have called repeatedly and ask to speak to the last attending physician I saw (she was actually a PA and NOT a doctor and did not bother to tell me this). I left 3 messages over a period of a week and not one returned phone call. And I just needed a quick yes or no a medical question. When I called back over a week later and complained I was very rudely told "you need to go see a doctor to get that answer". That's it....no apology for not responding....no referral, no caring....NADA. This office is worst doctor's office I have EVER been to, and I normally would never speak poorly of a medical staff - as I know the demands of the job. However, I ALWAYS spend 2 hours in the office, and spend about 5 minutes with an actual "doctor." I have never been seen by someone with a PHD, they are all nurse practitioners. I don't mind seeing a nurse practitioner, but the nurse practitioners at this place have little to no experience dealing with patients. They do NOT listen to the patient's concerns about their own health. I worked in the medical health field for over 10 years, and have a very good understanding of my own health issues. This office would not call my pharmacy back for a refill of a blood pressure medication. I called to make an appointment, and have them call in a refill of this medication to hold me over until my appointment. They STILL did not call in my medication, so I was off my much needed blood pressure medication for 2 weeks. Then, when I do FINALLY see a their nurse practitioner, she begins to argue with me about another medication without even asking me why I am asking for a change in the dosage. After a couple minutes of her arguing with me, I said, "OK, let's get some lab work done." Why she NEVER mentioned getting lab work done in the first place is beyond me - especially after I detailed point by point what my symptoms are. This is VERY unprofessional, and do not recommend anyone going to this place for any medical issue. I will be making a formal complaint to my insurance, and I will be speaking to their administration to ensure this will NEVER happen to anyone. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 on Monday morning and came in the week before to fill out the paperwork to make the wait shorter. Morning of my appointment I came in and was told my paperwork wasn't on file and I had to fill it out again. I then had to wait 3 hours to see the physician when I only needed a referral. The whole time I was being told "just a second" or "she'll be here in 5 minutes" when that clearly wasn't the case. I advise visiting a faster clinic if you have places to be. read more

This was my first ever appointment and I have mixed feelings. I was seen very close to the time I was scheduled, and the employees were very friendly. But I felt very rushed once I finally saw the doctor. I needed a lot of medications refilled, as I am in low supply of many of them, and I recently moved to the area so this is who my new insurance told me to see. But when I asked they said they couldn't do all of them today because they're only allowed to address a few conditions per appointment? I asked why and they said they didn't want the patient or doctor to rush through things, but I was only back there for a half hour if that, so I was already kind of rushed. I am concerned I'll have to make a ton of appointments just to get the medicines I need and I think that's ridiculous, because I don't have time to make multiple appointments for simple prescription refills, especially since I have a bunch of documentation of my medical history (that I shared with them), which includes my prescription history and reasons for all the medicines. I wish I could leave a more positive review because the people were so nice, but please don't rush patients or be so stingy with prescriptions especially when they're not even controlled substances or anything, because to expect a patient to make a bunch of appointments just because they have multiple medications or different conditions is kind of ridiculous. read more

First they lost my appointment and treated me as it was my fault they lost it do to their system update, I set another appointment waited 45mins after my appointment time before I was ever called back there, I was treated as they didn't give 2 shits about what I was telling that was going on I ended up having to fast for 2 days from where they lost my appointment the doctor laughed at me when she asked if I did fast and I told her yeah for 2 days now she didn't even care, here it is over a week later they still haven't called me with my results so I call and asked why I haven't gotten them yet I was told they were in but the nurse was with a patient and would call me later I asked if I could talk to someone else because I have had problems since day 1 I was told the manager/head nurse would call me right back well here it is 5 days later and still haven't heard anything from anyone there, This place don't care 1 bit about there patients if you want a doctor that will actually care about you and your medical needs please do yourself and your wallet a favor go elsewhere read more
