Went in to get yellow fever vaccine for travel. Had to pay $129 for consultation with PA. Only able to get one vaccine today because they did not have the other in stock. Placed too to get vaccine. MA came in and told me the yellow fever vaccine was going to cost $379. Asked why they prices aren't listed and the MA told me it's because vaccine prices vary. Totally felt trapped. I was told to go here by my school to get tests done to prove I was immunized. Only to find out this place doesn't take insurance. So after $400 I was told that the test showed I wasn't immunized even though I was. Then later found out that the same tests can be done through your primary care physician for free! You can file a claim with your insurance company but it's gonna be out of network so you'll be lucky to get anything back. Everyone was really nice but I don't understand the point of this place. And I wish I would not have been told to go here. It makes zero sense to go here instead of going to your primary or CVS or anywhere. You can even get free immunizations through the state. This place is an absolute rip off! They take advantage of having a civil surgeon designation by USCIS to scam people. On arrival, you will be charged $320. They will then insist you get the required vaccines from them for an additional $1000+. We asked if we could get the vaccines at CVS/Walgreens. The little girl at the front desk insisted it would delay our process by 29 days!!! They will refuse to refund you beyond $170 and claim you signed paperwork. I told them to their faces they are a scam and they will get what is coming to them. Their whole process is designed around locking you in with that initial charge knowing most people would not want to lose their money and be coerced into moving forward with being scammed even more. This business should be investigated and they should lose their license. Word of caution: if you have insurance, go to CVS/Walgreens for all your vaccines, then find another civil surgeon. We paid less than $300 for the whole process at another civil surgeon. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, I wish more people would. This office is in a good area, easy parking and easy to make an appointment. They offer flu shots, TB testing and plenty of other things. I had to get a quantiferon blood test for school to be able to do my clinicals in the hospital. The office made it very easy and comfortable. I made an appointment time and did not need to wait long. DO NOT GO TO e7 FOR TRAVEL VACCINES. They charged my wife and I $149.00 each for the consult and tried to sell us the required vaccines. THEY DO NOT TAKE HEALTH INSURANCE. You are expected to pay cash up front for greatly overpriced vaccines and then you try to get the money back from your insurance provider. Not all travel vaccines are covered by insurance and they were 50% less expensive at Costco pharmacy, but Costco required a prescription for 2 of the vaccines, but then e7 would not write us a prescription to take elsewhere. After all of this , we discovered that you can go to the Southern Nevada Health Department for FREE and get the same service. The Health Department takes your insurance and bills your insurance for you so that any covered vaccines are given at no cost. Also any uncovered travel vaccines do have to be paid for, but at much lower prices than at e7. GO TO THE SOUTHERN NEVADA HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR TRAVEL VACCINES !!!! read more

Checked in, made payment, and was even called back quickly yet the wait time for a basic 1 lab draw order took FOREVER! We're talking waiting in the room over 20 mins for a 2 second lab draw. It wasn't even like it was the busiest part of the day or there were a lot of people being seen or in the waiting room. A one stop shop for the immigration medical exam. The price for the exam and consult with the USCIS approved Civil Surgeon was in the middle of the pack. The Civil Surgeon only comes there one day per week, so not the most convenient. I guess they don't do a lot of immigration medical exams. When it comes to the vaccines, we learned when we arrived for the appointment that they are a la carte and pricy. We asked if we could have an order to SNHD for the vaccines (like some other clinics allow), but were told that they only allow in-house. So, we declined going in for the services. I do like the one stop shop arrangement, no hassles of learning for yourself how to coordinate the pieces. But if you know that you're going to need more than 2-3 vaccines, you might decide to go elsewhere. read more

SCAM. I called because I found a blister on my genitals. I asked them for their prices and they said around $80, but that there were other prices as well. When I asked for their other prices she refused to tell me and said I would be told when I came in. They took me back to a room and handed me an à la carte menu. Prices started at $280 and that was just for a blood draw and certain tests.
