THIS PLACE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF INSURANCE. You will not be told about that until the day you arrive for your appointment. At that point you might already be short on time to get another appointment at any other location. Plus if you do decide to step away bcs they do not accept insurance, they will still charge you $129.99 for making the appointment & not going through. I had booked it for my USCIS medical test & vaccines. I still went ahead with the appointment bcs I was left with no choice.

Service available. Same day appointment - easy in and out - about an hour for three vaccinations

I've been here a few times before. One of my experiences was absolutely awful with getting my blood…read moredrawn, but that was a couple years ago. I needed to get my glucose test done, so I booked it here anyway. I was able to book it online and book it for an appointment first thing in the morning which was nice because I didn't want to have to fast for too long. For the glucose test, I had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours. I thought it was a bit odd they had me sit in the lobby for it and not in a back room, but it was fine cuz I ended up being okay. The guy that took my blood each time was so nice and friendly. He was great! And did a great job finding my veins. Sometimes that can be hard cuz apparently I have small ones and when I'm fasting it's even harder haha. But he was really nice and encouraging. Probably one of the best experiences I had here which was nice since I had to sit out in the lobby for a couple hours.

LabCorp at this location is definitely one of the ones that make it painless and simple. Fair warning, this place fills up pretty quickly, when I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30, there was already four or five people standing in line. I went in at 6:45 and the line was nine people deep. They're very prompt, and the doors opened right away at 7:00 a.m., and everybody lined up in front of the check-in kiosk. Process went pretty quickly and names were called right away to head back. I think I was seated for no more than 5 minutes before my name was called, they asked for driver's license and insurance card and then gave me a piece of paper and told me to head back. The ladies in the back were very nice and professional. Honestly? This was one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had. She was very skilled and made the process very simple. I had to give a urine sample, as they only have one restroom in the blood draw room. I had to go across the hallway, not a big deal, although I don't like wandering around with a cup of urine in my hand. But I went back in and dropped it into the little white basket and how it was on my way. Bottom line? I don't know about the other LabCorps in the area but this one is at the top of my list. Bonus points. It's in the same medical building as my doctor, so I can kill two birds with one stone when I need to. Need to get blood drawn and are a patient of that facility. You are in luck!

And this quest was definitely one of them. I had an appointment for 12:30. I got there about 15 after and about 12:35 they were able to take me. The whole thing went less than 6 minutes. The lady that took my blood was fun, talkative and enjoyable. I find it amazing how nice people are if you're nice to them first. Anyway, this was a great quest to go to. If I ever need to go to quest again, I absolutely will consider this place to be my stop. Bottom line? Nobody likes to have their their blood drawn, but if you have to have it drawn at a quest laboratories, this would be the one.

Having said that, I've now gone to this Quest twice and had the best experiences I'm capable of having because my phlebotomist Colton is THE best! I have to ask for a reclining chair to avoid passing out and I'm often judged or belittled by nurses etc., but Colton was so warm both times and took me seriously. He is so gentle and quick that I barely feel the poke and he talked with me to keep my mind off of it. He was also very patient and made sure I was feeling ok before he had me stand up. Most folks don't understand how life-changing it can be to find a good phlebotomist - but now I'm able to do blood work so I can stay healthy and take care of myself. The rest of the staff are fast, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend this location and am eternally grateful to my dude Colton for making important bloodwork doable for me. Thank you!

Once checked in, you sit in the waiting room and follow your progress on a large screen showing checked in appointments and anyone waiting as a walk in. I was taken right at my booked time. Once in one of the back rooms the staff process your insurance and confirm which tests you need. The staff member was very friendly, and the blood draw was basically painless. I believe a lot of my earlier experiences may have been caused by cultural differences. Coming from Hawaii, our ways of relating to others are quite different. I am very outgoing and friendly, but I needed to understand that some people are more introverted or reserved. It doesn't mean they are cold or standoffish. Just different. That said, I want to share my experience with Dr. Justin Striblen. In all the years that I have dealt with different doctors, Dr. Striblen is by far the most caring, conscientious, empathetic, thorough, and knowledgeable doctor. I have liked him from day 1 and find him to be easy to talk to and friendly. He has a way of making me feel comfortable while still maintaining a professional attitude. He never lets me leave without making sure all of my concerns and questions are answered. He also asks that I keep him or his very efficient assistant, Arielle, abreast of all new developments that occur with my ongoing health care. Arielle also makes sure I have any questions answered before she leaves the examination room. Recently, possible developments in my health have come to my attention. Dr. Striblen is 100% involved with every single step of my labwork, past and future tests/procedures that have been or will be conducted by his referrals to specialists. I have received calls from Arielle for updates on tests and lab results between my appointments with Dr. Striblen. No other doctor has ever cared enough to keep track beyond waiting for my next appointment. I've never had a doctor so caring and involved with my health, and I find Dr. Striblen a huge step above other doctors. He even changed my medication when I first saw him, as he noticed my former doctor had prescribed two medications that were basically the same thing for diabetes. By changing the medication, my A1C has begun to decrease, even when I stopped Ozempic. That tells me Dr. Striblen knows his medications and makes me feel more secure and confident in trusting his recommendations and opinions. If you are looking for a good primary care doctor who genuinely cares for his patients, do give Dr. Justin Striblen a chance.
