    I had the best experience here as a first time patient. The front desk team is kind, quick & efficient! The wait wasn't long at all (I was here on a Tuesday morning around 10am) the nurse quickly brought me to the triage room and got my info and vitals. The PA Kirk Robinson came into the exam room shortly after. He was awesome! Asked all the right questions to help figure out the issue, great bedside manner which I appreciated, he was so professional and so easy to talk to. Not judgmental at all. I wish he was my primary care doctor too, he was that great. He seemed very honest and transparent and wasn't trying to order tests or rx's that weren't needed. What a great place. This will be my preferred urgent cate location moving forward. Thank you UMC on blue diamond!

    Absolutely fabulous wrist brace.

    They genuinely care! They are all so nice and kind and charming. Thank Marianne(red) and jam for staying late and giving me this brace to my fracture you guys are amazing. Truly going above and beyond. The NP's were also really caring and did well and took caution with their work. Thank you guys. I definitely phone I won't, but I probably will be back.

    Here we go again. Another bill for UMCs billing errors and a refusal to fix the error. I told the registration nurse the day of the exam that my insurance was the Veteran's Administration and over the past year I have written no less than 6 letters explaining this to UMC. Hello!!! I am a 100% disabled vet - the VA is my insurance. No one is listening obviously and if anyone read a letter they did not act on it - so about a review? Will this work. If you want your money please bill the VA. Blair Smith

I never felt rushed or brushed off. She made sure I was comfortable and listened to what was going on. Dr. Lin was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I really appreciated how straightforward and thoughtful she was.     6/16/2026 Card reader is garbage, I ran my card once and then the front desk lady tells me that it…read morewas showing error on her end and to run my card again. I checked my account and my biggest fear happened it showed that it charged me twice. Then she gives me a number to call because she can't do anything about it umm okay? I call the number and they can't do anything until my insurance processes the claim and tells me it could take up to 45 days to get my money back and also they don't do it electronically and it has to be by "check" through mail. What a joke of an inconvenience that sounds. It charged me electronically so I expect my refund to be the same. I shouldn't have to wait for it by mail. I call my insurance and they say it has been processed, puts me in a conference call with a CareNow agent and still they say it's not showing on their end, huh? Now I have to continually call them and ask on the status of my refund. Beware if the front desk asks you to run your card twice, because it says "error" check your account first to see if it already charged you. Because the stress you'll have to go through to get your money back is crazy and who knows when you'll get it and if ever through "check" by mail smh.

Our experience here was awful. I'm a single mom with a new born at home, my 12 year old is sick and her throat was hurting so we rushed to the after hours urgent care because the one we normally go to was already closed. We checked in and let the front desk lady know that we would wait in the car after we registered because the lobby was full of sick patients and I have a newborn at home and I cannot risk getting the baby sick. She was very rude with us and said because we were a walk in appointment we were not to leave the lobby bc if we did we would lose our place in line. I said it usually lets us know what number we are in line in the txt message link they send to our phones and she said well I can't force you to stay here but if you leave and they call you then you will lose your place in line. I didn't want to risk getting sick so we waited in the car and kept refreshing the link until it was time for us to go back inside the lobby. It said there was 4 people ahead of us in line so we walked to the door and rang the door bell several times and she wouldn't open the door. It was freezing outside so I told my daughter we could go wait in the car and try again when there was one patient ahead of us. Once it alerted it us that we were next we walked up to the door again and rang the door bell over and over and she still did not answer the door for 6 min. Finally she buzzed us in and we took our seats waiting to be called. it said there was one person ahead of us in my txt message link. We sat in the waiting room for another 45 minutes watching everyone go back to be seen until I finally stood up to go ask why they haven't called us back yet? She replied the nurse called your name and you were not here. I told her that we were in the lobby and nobody called our name. Their front desk girl who was working at 9pm on May 18, 2026 was rude and had a bad attitude. She said we had to start our wait all the way over because we weren't there when they called our names and that there was an error on our registration paperwork. Mind you it is now 11pm and the lobby was still full. She didn't care my child was sick and didn't feel good, and that we had been waiting this whole time. It honestly could've been possible that the nurse called us back when we were stuck outside the front doors when she was taking forever to buzz us in the lobby. the owner should check the cameras and the time stamp. I paid a sitter to stay with my newborn so I could even bring my other daughter in. The whole thing was honestly a waste of time. She could've been nice about it and said I will get you back there immediately since you've been waiting but because she said we had to start the whole process over I was furious and left. We will not be coming back Get a new receptionist

    This review is long overdue and I can't believe I haven't written one about this practice until…read morenow. We've been seeing Dr. Mimi and her staff ever since she took over this clinic from Dr. Vu a few years ago. From the very beginning, her and the team have always been welcoming, friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. There have been several times where Dr. Mimi has gone above and beyond with how she genuinely cares towards our 3 year old son. But the one instance that really impressed us was when our son was about 1.5 years old where he contracted hand foot and mouth from daycare. It was around Christmas 2023 when we tried calling to see if she can see our son in clinic. We found out she was out of town but she then offered to do a telehealth appointment with us just so she can see our son and confirm it was HFM. It was so nice of her and reassuring that she was able to do that even with the holidays while spending time with her family. The clinic is separated into two areas- one for well child checks and the other side for acute/urgent care needs. We've never had a problem scheduling or calling the clinic to make an appointment with her in a timely matter. What's nice is that she now has expanded her practice to a second location in Summerlin with more available times with other providers to ensure our son is seen for any urgent needs. 10/10 with the friendly staff and great service. I definitely recommend Dr. Mimi and her practice!!

We came to this pediatric from recommendations from sunrise hospital due to other pediatrics not taken my son heart condition seriously. With LV pediatrics I get the opposite always friendly they all greet my son and remember us . Never makes us feel like we're dumb if we have questions. One thing really stand out to me ,recently I had another baby and Dr. Mimi notice she might have a heart murmur. After she left her staff came in to finish up and due to my son heart condition I was crying thinking the worst. The staff noticed and I think she let the doctor know . Doctor Mimi came back in to reassure me everything was okay and it was normal on babies . She acknowledged my feelings and reassured everything was okay . As a mother I need that and it made me realize my children are in good hands. Thank you Doctor Mimi and staff We truly appreciate you guys for all that you do -Zekiel and Olivia
