They kept a fantastic inn! Fast forward to November 2025, my wife and visited once again for our anniversary. This time, we met the new owner, Courtney. She is amazing. She's friendly, a phenomenal cook, and she even helped with our bags! I have already begun planning my return to Somerset House Inn. I had a great time and walking down Commercial Street when its worry is frigid cold but really peaceful.

The inn strikes the perfect balance between historic New England charm and modern comfort, and everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfasts each morning are outstanding. They are beautifully prepared, delicious, and something we looked forward to every day. The location couldn't have been better. Tucked away in the East End, it was peaceful and quiet while still being an easy walk or bike ride to everything Provincetown has to offer. After a day exploring beaches, galleries, and shops on Commercial Street, it was wonderful to come back to such a relaxing place. What really sets this inn apart, though, is the hospitality. You can tell Spencer takes tremendous pride in creating an experience rather than simply providing a place to stay. That personal touch is what makes all the difference. The location was perfection, basically in the center of town, but offset from the main street enough that nearly no noise reaches the Inn. We stayed in the Crow's Nest, which is a relatively small room but it was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The highlight of the room itself was the shower, surprisingly luxurious feeling. There were plenty of other amenities available. We took advantage of the breakfasts and parking spots, but I know they also had bikes available, as well as a little patio/garden that seems like it would be lovely in warmer weather. To top it off, Chip's pastries are *absolutely divine*, we were sneaking more of them all day long. There were also plenty of dogs around all weekend long. I would not recommend this spot, or the town in general, to someone not comfortable with dogs, but I had a ball :)

The faucets, shower, and amenities are top-notch and have a luxury feel to them. The breakfast was tasty and saved us a bundle (P-Town is not known for inexpensive dining). The hosts were helpful with offering suggestions and recommendations. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests from around the world. What's not to love about this place? We can't wait to come back and we will DEFINITELY stay here!

We rent a car and they have a small parking lot, but also have access to a nearby parking area. The Inn is made up of multiple buildings that are nestled together with easy access to the pool, spa and dining area. We always visit in the middle of June to enjoy the great weather, and the best part is sitting out by the pool to get sun and fresh air. Our rooms were always large king size rooms, each with a big bed, and decent bath. Rooms have a balcony with chairs to also sit and enjoy. It was nice to have breakfast daily, and that was one of my favorite amenities. I usually enjoyed an omelet, and usually coffee and a muffin. The Inn staff was friendly, but the housekeeping staff was kind of loud in the mornings yelling towards each other across to each other. With it's cental location, the Crowne Point Inn is perfectly located in Provincetown.
