This place is a GEM!. Perfectly located off commercial street, quiet & comfortable. Some rooms come with your own private deck or you can sit in a community deck and talk to people (if that's your thing.!) OH there's more!, a ridiculously delicious breakfast every morning hosted by Cory. I've stayed at many inns in PTown and The Inn at 7 Central is by far one of the best

That post fantastic vacation sadness is real especially after staying and this adorable, clean, modern and beach front vibe inn!! The breakfast spread especially those muffins and biscuits (homemade), smiles each morning and very personal service you cannot go wrong. For the day or two I needed to rest I caught some R&R on the back deck and lounged in my room. Near one of the busier roads but far enough that the nighttime buzz didn't bother me. I'll be booking my stay for next Memorial Day and maybe Women's Week in October very soon!

I wish my wife and I had found this place last year when we visited for the first time. The hosts, Curtis and Cory, were very welcoming and accommodating. We booked a room with a parking space and that turned out to be huge as street parking is really tough. The Inn has a few really nice common areas including complimentary coffee/tea & soft drinks. Delicious breakfast is also included. Their patio is private and quiet featuring several tables and a few lounge chairs. Knowing the going rates for Inns in P-town we thought the Inn was a steal. We will definitely return and book directly through their site.

My favorite place to stay on the Cape! Everything from the rooms to the decks to breakfast was an 11! Definitely better than a 10!

From the moment we arrive, Spencer always makes us feel genuinely welcome. The inn strikes the perfect balance between historic New England charm and modern comfort, and everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfasts each morning are outstanding. They are beautifully prepared, delicious, and something we looked forward to every day. The location couldn't have been better. Tucked away in the East End, it was peaceful and quiet while still being an easy walk or bike ride to everything Provincetown has to offer. After a day exploring beaches, galleries, and shops on Commercial Street, it was wonderful to come back to such a relaxing place. What really sets this inn apart, though, is the hospitality. You can tell Spencer takes tremendous pride in creating an experience rather than simply providing a place to stay. That personal touch is what makes all the difference. This is easily the best bed-and-breakfast experiences we've ever had. We've met wonderful people during our stays and are so look forward to coming back! It feels like a little family reunion.

The location was perfection, basically in the center of town, but offset from the main street enough that nearly no noise reaches the Inn. We stayed in the Crow's Nest, which is a relatively small room but it was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The highlight of the room itself was the shower, surprisingly luxurious feeling. There were plenty of other amenities available. We took advantage of the breakfasts and parking spots, but I know they also had bikes available, as well as a little patio/garden that seems like it would be lovely in warmer weather. To top it off, Chip's pastries are *absolutely divine*, we were sneaking more of them all day long. There were also plenty of dogs around all weekend long. I would not recommend this spot, or the town in general, to someone not comfortable with dogs, but I had a ball :)
