Highest rating! We stayed here June 24-28. The room was very spacious, clean and well furnished. Elliott is incredible! His breakfasts are the best. Frittatas, fresh baked muffins, hard boiled eggs (already peeled!), homemade yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice. All made by Elliott. The Inn is conveniently located just off Commercial Street but is very quiet. I wish I could give 10 stars! read more

This is an amazing place! The rooms are spacious and well appointed and so centrally located. The staff, especially Elliott, was incredible. Love.this.place. We had the biggest room which came with a parking spot on the property, room 12. It was beautifully decorated, comfy king size bed with lots of cozy pillows. The bathroom was huge and shower was refreshing. All the amenities are included, frig, hair dryer, iron etc. All of the staff was courteous and kind. They provide a very generous 24 hour coffee, or tea station loaded with lots of goodies. The property is stylish and well maintained. An outdoor patio with attractive seating is also available. It's also perfectly located to Commercial street where all the fun restaurants, shops and bars are. A 2 minute walk, you're in the middle of all the action, yet far enough away for relaxation as well. Thank you Spooky for the hospitality we hope to be able to visit again. That post fantastic vacation sadness is real especially after staying and this adorable, clean, modern and beach front vibe inn!! The breakfast spread especially those muffins and biscuits (homemade), smiles each morning and very personal service you cannot go wrong. For the day or two I needed to rest I caught some R&R on the back deck and lounged in my room. Near one of the busier roads but far enough that the nighttime buzz didn't bother me. I'll be booking my stay for next Memorial Day and maybe Women's Week in October very soon! read more

I wish my wife and I had found this place last year when we visited for the first time. The hosts, Curtis and Cory, were very welcoming and accommodating. We booked a room with a parking space and that turned out to be huge as street parking is really tough. The Inn has a few really nice common areas including complimentary coffee/tea & soft drinks. Delicious breakfast is also included. Their patio is private and quiet featuring several tables and a few lounge chairs. Knowing the going rates for Inns in P-town we thought the Inn was a steal. We will definitely return and book directly through their site. read more

Just at a lovely place to stay while down Provincetown. Cory and Curtiss have knocked it out of the park with their bed and breakfast! Great location ... can't get much better!! Extremely clean, bright and modern. A nice area with coffee, tea, soda and snacks. Very quiet place too; couldn't hear other guests. An awesome breakfast too. Great coffee. I'm sure there are plenty of other very nice B&Bs in P-town, but after our honeymoon, my wife and I don't need to look for anyplace else for our next visit. Cory and Curtis are amazing hosts, both were incredibly welcoming and friendly, with local suggestions on where to eat, drink, etc. The breakfast, as other reviewers have stated, is not your "normal" B&B fare. Every morning we were treated to delicious food and looked forward to whatever new baked treats they had for us. The large deck area is the perfect place to enjoy a glass (or bottle!) of wine after a long day shopping or wandering around Provincetown, and the room we stayed at was great. We had a private outside seating area/deck that we did not use because we loved the large central courtyard style deck so much. The Inn at 7 Central is located in the perfect spot, very close to the downtown area for shopping, eating, drinking, but off the main road so the evenings are very quiet and private. To sum up: if you are looking for a really amazing B&B experience in Provincetown, look no further than the Inn at 7 Central - you will love it too. read more

My fiancee and I stayed in room 8 from Wednesday to Saturday. I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this place! Cory and Curtis were great. The room was wonderful, quiet, and beautiful. Incredibly clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfasts were something to look forward to every morning. The price cannot be beat. So close to everything. It honestly felt like home. I have stayed at a number of establishments in Provincetown and The Inn at 7 Central is hands down the very best. Thank you so much for helping to make our small vacation the best we could have had. We've been going here once or twice a year for over five years. We've stayed at other places but once we stayed here we knew we were "home." The rooms are intimate, well appointed and the shared areas are fun, conducive to quick talks or hanging out and reading the paper. Breakfast each morning is always homemade, delicious and creative with endless fresh coffee. Cory and Curtis are instant friends and truly care about their guests enjoying the experience (and have a good read on people, respecting guests privacy while making sure to be inclusive and pay attention to everyone). We love them and 7 Central is a "central" part of our story, as we were staying there when we got engaged. The location is private, but walkable to everything. Also, Cory and Curtis give great recommendations! My parents and in-laws have stayed there and still talk about it. I highly recommend staying here and experiencing the hospitality, location and beauty. read more

We just returned from our first visit to Cape Cod and had the very good fortune of staying at the Inn at 7 Central in Provincetown. Innkeepers Cory & Curtis were incredible hosts and the inn was warm and inviting. Our accommodations were charming & comfortable and the property is impeccably maintained. We sincerely hope that they have room for us next year (yes, we are on a waiting list) and hope that we get to enjoy Cory & Curtis' hospitality once again. read more

Stay here. We had a wonderful visit to Provincetown, and part of the reason was staying at this wonderful guesthouse. The hosts welcomed us when we arrived and were very gracious. Even though we arrived well before typical check-in time, Corey and Kurt let us into our room. The guesthouse is large and easy to navigate. A main entrance allows you to approach your room without disturbing the main lobby area. We chose Deluxe Room 3. We were not disappointed. Roomy, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The bed was plush and the linens and bath products generous. We had our own private terrace area with table and chairs. Each morning, we were served a hot breakfast that was ample and delicious. Special mention to the French Toast bread pudding and the Croissant Ham and Cheese Breakfast sandwiches. The hosts also made sure snacks, beverages and ice were always available, regardless of the time of day. The location was perfect. A block from Commercial Street, and easy walks to both the east and west ends of Provincetown. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back! read more

I hate to pay for hotel rooms period. I travel for work and usually cash in reward points for personal travel destinations. However, there are no major chain hotels in PTown so had to pick from B&B options. Could not be more satisfied with the Inn at 7 Central. The rooms are clean and welcoming, the bathroom is spotless and fully stocked with excellent toiletries and the bed was very comfortable. The location is tough to beat as it is an easy walk to the ferry and all that PTown has to offer. Finally, Kurt and Corey are phenomenal hosts/owners. Corey was extremely gracious and had a thorough list of recommendations that were spot on. The complimentary breakfast that was home cooked rivaled the breakfast I've had a 5 Star hotel in Paris. Mix in complimentary coffee, pretzels, sodas, water, M&Ms and beach towels and this was a perfect destination. Whenever I return or know anyone is headed to PTown, the Inn at 7 Central will be the first choice to stay. read more

You MUST stay here. Period. Cory and Kurt (not sure if it is a "K" or a "C")... are the most pleasant and friendly hosts you will find. The Inn is very well maintained, so tasteful and well appointed. The rooms all have private entrances... with a lovely common deck area and breakfast room where you can meet and chat with your house/Inn mates. Our room was lovely... and we had a private deck all to ourselves.. fantastic! The room was clean and Cory was happy to provide anything we needed. The daily breakfast is NOT your average B&B offering. It is a full morning extravaganza of tasty food... all with a really good cup o' joe. It was like all the comforts of home traveled with us to Provincetown! Breakfasts were delicious, snacks were yummy, bath products were high quality and location was central to everything in town. The two large deck areas provide a great alternative to relaxing inside your room during nice weather. Free convenient parking was also a huge bonus. What a wonderful place. It's small but offers far more than any upscale hotel ever would. Including free M&Ms and pretzels! Corey makes delicious breakfasts--including homemade bread--there is a hot tub and the rooms are lovely. Price is pretty good too. And Corey and Kurt could not have been more welcoming hosts. It was a real surprise package to us--we'd chosen the inn as it was so close to the centre of town, and the price was right--but both myself and my wife agree that it was easily one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. read more

What do you look for in a vacation rental? Location, cost, comfort, amenities? If so look no further than The Inn at 7 Central. As we looked into Ptown locations we found a beautiful rent-by-the room website for The Inn at 7 Central. We decided on room 3 - main floor level with private entrance (all rooms have a private entrance) as well as a private back patio. When we arrived we were greeted by Cory who gave us the tour of our room as well as the facility amenities - we could seriously stay here the entire trip and have the space to relax in the sun! There's a sitting porch off Central where you can relax all day. There's also an enclosed patio where you can enjoy the fabulous complementary breakfast ( I need to clarify - this is NOT a 'continental' breakfast! (Day 1 included cranberry oatmeal, ham and cheese croissants & asparagus, Day 2 included bacon cooked to perfection, goat cheese and tomato pastry and blueberry square pancakes!) read more

Stayed at this Inn last year for a birthday weekend getaway. Was a last minute trip and of course trying to find a vacancy in Provincetown is virtually impossible but I was lucky enough to find one room available here. The owners were extremely pleasant and made sure each guest were enjoying their stay. The tastefully decorated Room were large, comfortable and clean. We took a road trip through the New England area, ending in Conn. for a wedding. We had one free day and settled on visiting Provincetown in the Cape Cod area. The Inn at 7 already had great reviews so we selected it. Due to bad Boston traffic we didn't end up getting to the Inn until 9pm at night! Luckily our gracious host Corey called to make sure everything was okay and that he would leave the keys in a secure location. When we arrived the light was on for us , we had homemade cookies waiting, an open parking spot. The next morning we got to meet Corey who made a delicious breakfast and gave us an introduction to PTown; where to go, what to see, etc. Our only regret is that we only got to stay 1 night at the Inn. Definitely sets the bar high for places in the future, and the comfort level here was better than most hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend the Inn at 7 Central. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Cory and Curt, and their beautiful inn and friends. I hadn't been to P-town in probably 25 years, and found it much different (and even better) than I'd remembered it. I stumbled upon the Inn at 7 Central purely by chance on the internet, and thought it looked nice so I contacted them to discuss the feasibility of staying with them (one of us is disabled, so a lot of things that wouldn't be an issue for other people are for us). Cory went out of his way to look into things for me, and he was just so incredibly nice and helpful I decided to take a chance and book a room there. Both he and Curt are born hosts, and my most fervent hope is that their inn is successful beyond all their wildest dreams -- they truly deserve it. It is a wonderful, charming, and centrally located location, but the best part of the whole experience was, in the end, the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. I wish it were the beginning of the summer, instead of the end, because it would be wonderful to know we could go back up there a few more times before the beastly winter sets in.
