What an incredible place! Check-in was extremely easy and smooth. We were provided with great detail about the house and how to navigate without any issues. Our bedroom was absolutely amazing and comfortable. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and had many wonderful details to make our stay even more special. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning was such a wonderful touch. The home itself is in a perfect location, right downtown, across from the boat slip, on commercial street... in the heart of everything! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future! Located in the heart of Commercial St, this Bed and Beverage Inn is the perfect location to stay. Incredibly Hospitable and Caring Host. Thank you to Josh and Stan for making our first of many trips and stay the most memorable experience. The kindest people and I am exceptionally overjoyed meeting you. Before our arrival, Stan communicated with me well to make sure I was notified about check-in, parking, unloading, and restaurant recommendations. If you are driving into town, there's a 20-minute loading and unloading in front of the Inn. Mostly, I parked at Grace Hall Municipal for $25 per day. It is located about 3 blocks near the inn and commercial street. The room was comfy, cozy, and cleaned daily. The sheets felt like silk. So soft and smooth. Thank you to Sheenrah (I think I spelled her name right). She kept the room well maintained and cleaned daily. If you need anything, just leave a note and make sure you tip properly. The kindest gesture of thanks from you for making sure you are comfortable every time you return to your room fresh and clean. There is also a coffee shop next to the Inn; Joe Coffee if you want your morning caffeine rush and pastries. However, the Inn offers breakfast delivered to your room. Fill out the paper menu and drop it off in the bowl next to the bar area by 8:00 pm. Josh's specials are pretty tasty. Amenities include: There's is a Jacuzzi in the backyard The front patio has a fire pit where you can people-watch at night while having a nice glass of wine, champagne, or cocktail if you wish. Wow! Where to start is truly the question. EVERYTHING was perfect! We got in late which was arranged and our room keys taped to the front door. In the normal world this is just not done because of safety. But Provincetown is amazingly safe. The accommodations were first class! Meals delivered to your room (home cooked and delicious!), cocktail hour with other guests, beach chairs & umbrellas provided, and friendly people. The rooms & common areas are beautifully decorated and the art was a delightful combination of classy & whimsical. For the rest of PTown...Our time in PTown coincided with Bear Week which was pretty fun. We met the nicest people. So many men in one area with no fighting, aggression or bad behavior. If the world would replicate the vibe we'd be a happier society. The public beach bathroom was the cleanest and smelled like cologne. All the restaurants were fantastic! Had the best grilled cheese of my life. Great coffee shop on the corner and fun/funky stores on the main drag. We wish we could have stayed longer. We're looking forward to our next visit. read more

We stayed here in June (2021) to celebrate our engagement. Stan communicated everything we needed to know before our arrival. He was so warm and welcoming! He truly made our engagement celebration wonderful. We absolutely loved the location, the room, and the outside seating (which is right on Commercial Street) where you are able to get a drink and sit outside! We loved our room, which was super clean, the added touches, the bed (which was very comfortable), and the yummy breakfast served right to our room each day (and we were able to add mimosas and Bloody Mary's every day)! We had a great 1 year anniversary at The Queen Vic thanks to Stan and Josh's hospitality. Our third floor room with private balcony was luxe, clean and had high quality touches, albeit a smaller space, but perfect for my wife and I. Breakfast was served to our room to get us started for a day in P-Town. This is a magical and warm-filled home turned B&B that is perfectly located on Commercial Street so walk to anything you like. We highly recommend and will be back next time we're in P-Town. read more

First of all, let's start with the location, location, location! Right on Commercial Street in the heart of the action. The Queen Vic is 50 feet from Tea Dance and with the awesome front patio, you can watch the men saunter (or sashay) down to the party. You have Spiritus Pizza and coffee at JOE very close by and if you want to rent a bike just head up Central and take a left for PTown Bikes. Next, Stan and Josh are great hosts and will try to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. Communication was great and Stan kept me in the loop via text messages for anything I needed to know. The breakfasts were light and delicious - just the right way to start the day. My favorite was taking mine to the second floor back deck and enjoying the cool morning while sipping my coffee. My room was cleaned up each day making it feel new every afternoon. Pros: Location, all the outdoor spaces, great hosts, and they are a "bed and beverage" so there is a bar available on premise. Cons: I had to come home and I'm not still there!!! read more

The Queen Vic was a wonderful Bed and Breakfast experience, we visit pTown multiple times a year and this was our first visit to the Queen Vic. Overall the stay was relaxing, engaging, entertaining and very VERY nice. The hosts were gracious and enticing, they know how to create a wonderful guest experience. The room was beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean. I think my personal favorite part were the cocktails drank fireside on the front patio, it was a great space to relax and people watch while enjoying a perfectly strong Manhattan (on the rocks). Great place to stay on the cape. We were in town for a function at another inn but wanted a nicer place than was offered as part of the function. The room was super comfortable. The bed was very cozy with plenty of room. I can't do double beds and the queen offered was right up my alley. The TV in the bedroom and the living room made it easy if we wanted to watch something different. We didn't have any issues with noise. read more

Cannot fault this place. We stayed for 3 nights in an beautifully presented bedroom at the front of the house (no.13). It was impeccably clean and offered great views over Commercial Street. This was our first visit to P-Town and Stan and Josh were very helpful and extremely generous throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. Stan will make fantastic waffles for you! The B&B couldn't be placed in a better location for people watching. Highly recommended grabbing a few drinks around 6.30pm whilst sitting out in the front garden and watch the masses of people walk by. The Queen Vic is one of those rare places that you never want to leave. The owners have made staying here more of an experience than a place to sleep. I would consider staying there even if it were not in the center of beautiful Provincetown. There is a full bar and patio out front to watch the crowds walk by on commercial street, and because it so centrally located, your cozy bed, and the privacy of your room is always just a short walk away. My cousin & I happened upon the Queen Vic after a last minute change of plans from a different B&B in the area wouldn't allow us to change our reservation to the following weekend. Needless to say we were cautiously optimistic when we selected the Queen Vic (at first), but we knew from the moment we checked in that this was going to be a fabulous weekend!! Josh & Stan know the true definition of hospitality and made us feel authentically welcomed. Breakfast was every morning from 8-10, and even though we didn't make it out of bed and into the dining room until 9:45 each day, there was never a rush for us to finish eating (much appreciated). They were also friendly enough to offer us bottled water each morning when we were leaving to bike/hike, and even lent us beach towels & umbrella for our beach day. So nice!! The room was cozy but very comfortable, and we had the added benefit of facing Commercial street which offered great people watching and ease of access. The back patio is also well landscaped and offers a pleasant scenery for eating breakfast or reading in the afternoon. In our case, we ended up having a few friends over for drinks before Tea Dance on Saturday, which Josh and Stan were perfectly ok with as well :) Long story short - excellent, convenient place to stay and get the "full" ptown experience. We were in Ptown for CabaretFest the first weekend in June 2017 with me on crutches. The entire weekend was made fabulous due to the great location and professional care and kindness of Josh and Stan at their lovely Queen Vic Guest House. Our room was beautifully appointed, the Continental breakfast delish, and the big treat was to take coffee to the front garden patio and sit in the lovely comfy Sunbrella cushions and watch Ptown begin it's endless stroll. Amazing location right along Commercial street; close by stores and restaurants and beaches but also quiet. The rooms are gorgeous: bright, clean, large beds with soft white bedding and Flowers cut from owners' garden. Lovely front and back gardens with hot tub. The owners are lovely - warm, friendly, detail-oriented, very accommodating. For example, the owners inspect every room each day after staff cleans. Also they provided us with a large, clean white sheet and bright beach towels and a large umbrella for a day on the beach. For the 4th they threw a wine and cheese party in the front yard with guests and a great mix of their local fiends. We no longer felt like tourists but As part of the town, the family. We are so happy with our experience we booked our next trip on our 3rd day. read more

If you are reading endless reviews of the Queen Vic - look no further - just read this one & book it. I am an over-researcher/over-planner who needs to know everything about a place before I stay there. Let me save you some time and just trust me on this one. You won't find a more welcoming, more loving couple than Stan & Josh. These guys have set the standard that many other places should aspire to. From the moment you walk in the door you will experience what is truly a home away from home. The house is so tastefully decorated and updated with Victorian/Cape Cod/Worldly decor. We were privy to see quite a few rooms because we were traveling with a few other couples. All of the rooms are gorgeously decorated and clean as a whistle, along with extremely comfortable beds & linens. The rooms come with small refrigerators, wine glasses & a wine bottle opener (boom!), blow dryers, books, flat screen TV's ... the list goes on. You will have everything you need at your fingertips. And if you don't, I swear Josh will either buy it or build it for you. :) The complimentary breakfast is delicious - coffee/tea, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, breakfast breads, hard-boiled eggs, etc. ... and Stan will cook-to-order a yummy Belgian waffle for you. The grounds are beautiful with a front patio, back patio & a hot tub! We did have drinks in the hot tub one evening which was so relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing & shopping. As you can tell, I can't say enough about this place. We have stayed at quite a few places in PTOWN, but we have finally found our home.
