Italian Sausage Slopper, very spicy. Very good but more than I could eat. They serve all kinds of Sloppers

The food was good, real good! They have all kinds of sloppers. I think it's the only place I know that serves Sloppers is Pueblo. I ordered an Italian sausage slopper, the rest of the group ordered hamburger Sloppers. It's served in a bowl, with a bottom bun, meat patty smothered in chili and cheese and a spoon to eat your meal with. I also asked for lettuce and tomato.

Great neighborhood sports bar with solid bar food. The "GIANT burger" was in fact giant. Green chili sauce was excellent, fully stocked bar. Very friendly wait staff, and obviously the place to know for locals. Fun place, very casual, slightly loud, definitely a place to be on game day.

    Ice cold.. keep em coming

The Sunset Inn has the best slopper in the biz:) the best green Chile in Pueblo. No one even comes close. The owners and staff are the most down to earth and good hearted people you could ever want to know. Never a bad experience in 40 yrs of going there.

Homemade, deep fried, corn chips with tasty salsa

My husband and I came to this restaurant today on a recommendation from one of his coworkers. We found it had several patrons here when we arrived. Always a good sign. I enjoyed the food. It was very different from any Mexican food I have found in this area. Or really any place.Their green chili was very good. Although I only had a taste of it, I would definitely come back for the slopper. It's a pueblo thing. Cheeseburger served open face smothered with green chili. I have eaten green chili several places here now, and this one was delicious. Service was good. Very friendly place and clean. Chips and salsa great! Homemade chips with a spicy salsa :-) this is a neighborhood joint. Well worth a stop in :-) The next time I will definitely try one of their Michelada"s.

My favorite slopper in town. Lots of regulars and a great spot to meet up with friends.

Great food for a bar, the staff is very nice and service is usually good, but Coors definitely has a bigger and better tasting slopper.

I am not sure how you beat Gray's Coors. I tried your slopper and hands down Gray's is much, much better.

The food is good, but the staff is HORRIBLE. It is better to go somewhere else and avoid the aggravation.

I went to a bar this weekend that I used to practically live at a few years ago, and the difference…read morewas honestly shocking. What used to feel fun and welcoming now felt uncomfortable the second we walked up. The bouncers immediately gave off a creepy, unsettling vibe. They barely spoke, just made vague hand gestures while avoiding eye contact completely. When they did say something, it was mumbled so quietly you couldn't even understand them. Right from the entrance, the whole atmosphere felt off, but since it was my birthday and I'm newly single, my girlfriends and I decided to give it a chance and try to have a good night anyway. Inside, the place felt dead for a Saturday night. We went to the dance floor, and the only person dancing was an elderly woman who looked close to 80. The energy was nonexistent. The one bright spot of the night was the female bartender near the dance floor -- she was genuinely friendly and gave us the only positive interaction we had there. After that, we walked to the other side of the bar hoping maybe the vibe would improve, but it only got worse. There were barely any people there, almost all men, and the atmosphere became even more uncomfortable. The music was terrible, the crowd felt awkward, and the whole place had this strange, unfriendly energy that made us want to leave as quickly as possible. We finished our drinks and got out of there. Walking past those same creepy bouncers on the way out honestly felt like a relief. It's sad to see a place I used to love turn into somewhere that now feels so unwelcoming and uneasy.

We had a fantastic lunch today at Shamrock Brewing! We had a party of 4 and everything we ordered…read morewas delicious. We started with the scotch eggs and Reuben bombs for appetizers. I absolutely loved the scotch eggs! I skipped the Reuben bombs since I'm not a big Swiss cheese fan, but everyone else at the table really enjoyed them. I ordered the Jameson meatloaf with mashed potatoes and veggies, and it was amazing -- full of flavor and cooked perfectly. My husband and son both got the fish and chips and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. My daughter loved the kids hamburger, especially the potato chips/fries that came with it. The atmosphere was awesome, the service was top notch, and my husband and I both enjoyed a refreshing beer with lunch. We had such a hard time deciding what to order because so many things on the menu looked great, so we'll definitely be back to try more items. Highly recommend!

Bar Service was exceptional. We ordered two entrees, Fish & Chips and Corned Beef. Fish & Chips…read morewere outstanding. Corned beef entree was just weird to me. I don't think there was anything wrong with the cook of the food, but the seasonings were just way off base to me. The Corned Beef was slathered with a Mustard Crème sauce that should have been served on the side. Some may like it, others will hate it. I didn't care for it. Cabbage seemed to be braised in a heavy Cayenne Pepper broth. It was inedible. The Champs were so bland that you had to shake the hell put of the Salt and Pepper. The Corned Beef without the Mustard sauce was actually pretty good, but so much was slathered with the mustard sauce that it just isn't worth ordering. Bottom line, here is how it breaks down: Service: 5/5. The bartender tonight was exceptional! Food: 3/5 at best due to the second entree ordered (fish & chips) being REALLY GOOD. Overall: 4-5*. The Fish & Chips saved this entire meal. There are a number of things to order from the menu at the bar. Obviously I would stay away from the CB, but I would definitely recommend the fish and chips! When I come back to Pueblo, I would definitely consider coming back here.
