Since we hadn't been here in five years, I mentioned to our waiter how much I was craving a bowl, and he went out of his way to make it happen. That level of service alone made the visit memorable. I also ordered the Velvet Smoke mezcal cocktail, and wow, it was exceptional. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too strong. The smoky notes were present but not overpowering, and the nixta slate liqueurs, or heat and bitters brought everything together beautifully. Great service, great drinks, and a team that's willing to go the extra mile. Definitely worth the stop.

I particularly enjoyed the restricted gates down by the washrooms. Our server was friendly and attentive but the restaurant seemed slightly short staffed. A great selection of beers. Our food was very good. I was surprised at how salty the bun was on my veggie burger sandwich but it was still salty in a good way. The food took longer than average to come out, and that's the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. We waited over 30 minutes for the food, and it didn't seem particularly busy, though the server seemed to be covering a lot of acreage with tables both inside and outside under her responsibility. She still did a great job, though. I look forward to stopping in again the next time we're passing through town.

The water pitcher was dry before food was served, and she never refilled it. Our end of the table of 13 people was served first, but the waitress never came back to our end to ask about our food. She also never asked if I wanted anything else to drink. When she finally came back to serve my granddaughter who came in later, I told her that the $20 baked potato was the driest one I've ever tried to eat. I asked if I could get some butter or sour cream to be able to eat it. Over 15 minutes after she brought the potato to the table, she brought me 3 little containers of rock hard cold butter. This was an insult since my potato was already cold. She then went over to my sister with the bill. I told her not to pay for my food because it was unedible. My sister stated I wasn't paying for it anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. It was to me. I paid more in gas to get there than my food bill was. The waitress told me she would check with the kitchen to see if they could get me another potato. The waitress did bring another lady over to talk to me about my food. I couldn't hear her very well because of the noise, but she told me that the server did bring me more butter. When I said it was rock hard and my potato was already cold, she stated that of course the butter was cold because it's refrigerated. I can tell that she didn't graduate at the top of her customer service class! She said she could give me a discount on my meal. Sure, after it had already been paid for and everyone at the table had already finished their meals. Everyone had been offered to go containers at this point which they never offered one to me so I could at least take it home to reheat it to make it edible. That's how you lose a customer for life! My granddaughter-in-law was one of the people at the table who is the brother of one of your higher ranking kitchen staff. Future family gathering will not be at this restaurant. Btw, I stopped at Wendy's when I went home, and was VERY SATISFIED with their $5 potato. Their potato was the same size as the one I was presented with at your restaurant.

I absolutely loved the scotch eggs! I skipped the Reuben bombs since I'm not a big Swiss cheese fan, but everyone else at the table really enjoyed them. I ordered the Jameson meatloaf with mashed potatoes and veggies, and it was amazing -- full of flavor and cooked perfectly. My husband and son both got the fish and chips and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. My daughter loved the kids hamburger, especially the potato chips/fries that came with it. The atmosphere was awesome, the service was top notch, and my husband and I both enjoyed a refreshing beer with lunch. We had such a hard time deciding what to order because so many things on the menu looked great, so we'll definitely be back to try more items. Highly recommend!

I don't think there was anything wrong with the cook of the food, but the seasonings were just way off base to me. The Corned Beef was slathered with a Mustard Crème sauce that should have been served on the side. Some may like it, others will hate it. I didn't care for it. Cabbage seemed to be braised in a heavy Cayenne Pepper broth. It was inedible. The Champs were so bland that you had to shake the hell put of the Salt and Pepper. The Corned Beef without the Mustard sauce was actually pretty good, but so much was slathered with the mustard sauce that it just isn't worth ordering. Bottom line, here is how it breaks down: Service: 5/5. The bartender tonight was exceptional! Food: 3/5 at best due to the second entree ordered (fish & chips) being REALLY GOOD. Overall: 4-5*. The Fish & Chips saved this entire meal. There are a number of things to order from the menu at the bar. Obviously I would stay away from the CB, but I would definitely recommend the fish and chips! When I come back to Pueblo, I would definitely consider coming back here.

The thai chili salmon plate was bright and fresh, with a nice balance of glaze, greens, and noodles. Overall, higher quality for lower price. We will be returning.
