We checked this place out over the summer and had a blast!!!! First of all, the price for admission…read moreis so affordable. They maintain a safe swimming environment for children of all ages, and the facility was overall very clean. They don't seem to have enough of the life jacket vests for the super littles, which is the age that these are most commonly worn. A lot of older kids were using the super small vests which should be regulated a little better by the staff. Staff tried to make it fun when the pool had to be cleared during the safety check. No one really wanted to participate in their games but it was still a great effort by the young staff to make the time pass quicker. I appreciated the thought! We brought our own snacks and beverages to enjoy, which I highly recommend. I also recommend arriving somewhat early or there will be a wait to snag some lounge chairs.

We normally come here all the time we just left because they were playing snoop doggy version and…read moreit was uncut. I complained to . The sing was like this and like that and the oart that the manager Casey about it and uet they still allowed to play 2 more songs of illicit music. I wasnt the only 1 complaining I was the ine who spoke up while other parents were leaving. This happened around 150pm. We left and asked for our money back. Nothing like this has happened before at least to my knowledge but it was enough to not want to go back at all.

When paying with card, you need ID and then a print out that you sign which is unnecessary. Extra activities all the time - inflatables, parents night out, themed evenings etc. Really commend the staff here. They make it!

REVIEW FOR LAP SWIM ONLY…read more I had no idea this pool existed until my pal told me he's been swimming laps here for a while. Located right next to Cowabunga Bay off of Fort Apache Rd., I arrived right before 6am when the pool opened on a Tuesday morning. There were already about six people there waiting for the doors to open, including my pal. Once inside, all of those people scanned themselves in since they were all in possession of passes (you can purchase a 90-day pass or an annual pass at discounted rates). Since this was my first time, I paid the $3 fee for adults 18-54 years old (it's $2 for 3-17 year-olds, and $1 for those 55 and up). If I had read the rates at the desk, I would have realized that it would have only been $1 for me since I qualify for the senior rate now--ugh! Oh well, next time. The current hours for SUMMER LAP swim are: Mon-Thurs : 6am-12pm / 3pm-7pm Friday: 6am-12pm / 1pm-7pm Saturday: 11am-3pm Sunday: Closed FALL LAP swim hours begin on August 7th: Mon-Friday: 6am-12pm / 3pm-7pm Saturday: 11am-3pm Sunday: Closed The facility is very clean and the staff is great. There are several lifeguards on duty. I didn't have to share a lane while I was there, probably because it was so early. The water was just the right temp, too; not too cold. The women's locker room has two showers as well as numerous lockers for you to use (bring your own lock). All in all, this is a great facility to get a workout done.

An ad popped up on my social media two weeks before July 4 advertising daybed and cabana rentals…read morefor July 4. I just assumed it would be very expensive, but I looked anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable the prices were for the daybeds. We booked a daybed on the lower level for July 4 from 5 PM to 11 PM. It was only a $50 deposit with a $250 minimum food and beverage spend. We arrived about 45 minutes early. There was a separate line for VIP check-in. Our daybed was available so we were escorted to it and allowed to have it a little bit early. Our waitress immediately came over and introduced herself. She was very friendly and attentative. We started with drinks. Beer buckets are about $75 for six beers. I was happy to see they had nonalcoholic options for me. My spouse opted for mixed drinks which came in a huge stadium swim branded sip cup. We did enjoy watching the hot dog eating contest. The twist was it was girls in bikinis. It was fun to watch. Throughout the rest of the evening they had live DJs and at 9 o'clock we had the best view for the fireworks. The only problem we ran into was that our food was delivered to another party. The staff did make it right and comped our food. We were having trouble meeting the minimum spend since it was just the two of us so the staff filled up a bag to go with Red Bulls and waters so we could hit the minimum spend. The people watching definitely got better as the night went on, but we finally called it at 10 PM. Overall, it was a great day and I would definitely rent a daybed again. It is worth it.

We did the all in exclusive deal for two nights which included a free daybed. A week prior to that…read moreI did call and make a reservation to make sure that there was one that was available for us when we were there there. then when we got there we had to wait in a VIP line that took about twenty minutes to twenty five minutes and then once we got to the Front John checked us in and didn't give us specific details on what to do after security so we walked into stadium swim and we were kind of lost already apparently we were supposed to wait for John and he was supposed to bring us out. The people who are just walk-ins were walking into stadium swim before the VIP line if it's VIP they're really shouldn't be a line so we are very surprised at that. It felt a little unorganized (and it was only a Monday morning ) we didn't get an actual daybed we got the big C shaped couch which is fine whatever I'm not gonna complain but it wasn't exactly what we expected and John had to wait for the server to handover the card and it just seemed like they didn't quite know what they were doing even though they worked there. Everybody was nice it was just not a smooth process when we expected a smooth process. I guess we also forgot that in using a daybed ment that the prices would reflect that so we couldn't buy one bottle of water we had to buy six which I passed on and the 32 ounce slushy drinks were $39 and they could've put a little bit more alcohol in there because we didn't even get a buzz and we drink three of them. The other thing which I find very strange and I understand why but there is no umbrellas or coverings from the sun I understand that it would block and obstruct the view of the TVs but I really think that they should consider trying to figure out some kind of way to have umbrellas out there because it would be more comfortable of a experience also we are local to Las Vegas and the pool was very cold for us usually our pools were like 80° at pool was very chilly and difficult to get used to. Like I said everybody was nice but I suggest that you just walk in and not do a VIP experience unless you can afford that because it is very expensive and you had to wait in line to get that very expensive experience which is confusing but thank you circa for hosting us anyway.
