We recently bought a house in South Green Valley and we've started looking on Yelp for a reliable pool company that could take good care of our pool and regular maintenance of our pool and spa. I have reached out to Sunset Pool Cleaning Service and spoken to the guy name Yordan. We were able to set up an appointment today Wednesday, May 4th for in personal consultation at noon. At noon Yordan did not show up so I tested him and asked. He called me and said they were running late by 2 hours. He apologize and I said, "no worries we'll wait then". We've waited two hours and he was supposed to show up at our house today at 2 pm. I texted him at 310 pm and asked if he was still coming. He responded and said he got a flat tire. It would be nice if he had said that he is not going to make it. We had to text him to check if he was going to show up or not. It would be great if he could have told us. And would have been nice if he gave us a "courtesy call". Instead, we had to text him to check. We have picked this place to do the in-person consultation base on the Yelp reviews this place has. At first Jordan was on time & did a good job. But then after a while he would come late, stood us up twice, and came at whatever time he felt like it. It's a shame that he turned out to be so unprofessional, as he did a good job cleaning our pool. He was supposed to come this morning, but then after 5 PM he called and said it was too late to come. I'd had it with him. We waited all day just to have him not show up. That was enough. My husband had to fire him. We can't live by when our pool man decides to come.
