Today I went for a Cardiac echo because a sibling of mine had one done a month ago and had a huge dilated aortic arch that was missed by others. First let me say this place saved by brothers life with a correct diagnosis. Second I waited as much time as in any other doctor's office. The staff was very professional and delivered outstanding service and has an excellent highly qualified staff. I had an echo over 20 years ago and knew back then I had a small leak in one of my heart valves that I did not disclose to the technician. The exam was excellent and picked up what I had already knew and then some. It was better than the first I had in a top Miami Hospital. People in the lobby may complain of the waiting time but their expertise is worth the wait and them some. The Ultrasound professional took the time and was very through and not rushing to get the next patient in that gave me a very comprehensive test. If people want it to be done fast and not good and through they should go to a hospital. This place is a cut above the rest where it counts on Quality. I should know as a Nurse. I made an app for a Breast Mri for 10.00, i thought that once i got there it was going to take a long time since that particular study is avery long and delicate study.... Once i was at the facility i was so pleased with the professionalism that the entire staff treated me, the place was so clean and organized and everything was moving so smoothe, everyone seem to be happy with the service. I arrived at 9:45 am ,giving some extra time to fill any paper needed from me. A very nice gentleman gave me the inicial papers and then withing the next 20:00 min i was doing my study. The tech could not be better , guiding me every step of the way, making sure that i was confortable and ok inside the Mri machine which for some people can be some what scary, but i was fine i knew i was in good hands... Once i was all done ,they explained how it was going to get to my doctor withing two hours and gave me a CD with all the images in the spot. Overall the whole experience was so good i would recommend everybody to go and have any test you need performed here.... for me i will never change facilities ever again i found a place that really cares about their patients. read more

I had an amazing experience at Sunset Radiology & Women Center. This radiology center has state of the art equipment and machines with the latest sophisticated technology. The center is extremely clean, modern and with plenty of parking. The entire staff takes the necessary measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 by wearing masks, antibiotic hand sanitizer, and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned after every patient. For the other reviews that complained about the appointment time, I will say I prefer for any medical center to take their time since this is your health at stake. They take their time to obtain perfect images and provide an overall better care and patient experience. They provide quality versus quantity medical services. Worry about your health and not an appointment time. There's a reason why they are so busy, and that's because they are the best in the area. What an amazing experience I had at Sunset Radiology today!! There is nothing more comforting than being helped by wonderful and understanding staff as you walk in anxious and nervous because your 10 year old daughter is about to experience an MRI of the brain. I felt comfortable that the facility catered to adults and children as well. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Tatiana and Daliana, they made me feel at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Not only were they very compassionate, considerate but most important understanding toward a mothers feelings. I didn't have an issue with their services per se, but their staff are beyond unprofessional; in particular Trudy. It appears that I was left with a $10 balance, after insurance coverage. I was more than willing to pay, however was refused a copy of the statement so that I can see the charges. As a patient, I had all the right to request a copy of the statement to pay accordingly. Trudy, who I can only assume is their office manager, is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I work in healthcare and I know my rights and this person flat out refused to provide me with a bill and threatened to send me to collections. No reputable place does this. I would never go back to that place, because I pay big bucks through my insurance to receive quality services across all levels. read more

Sunset Radiology is a very professionally run enterprise. The experience starts with an employee greeting each patient and guiding them to the right person. Once the forms are filled by the patient the entire staff assist in getting the patients ready for their specific procedure. Once ready the technician comes to the patient and escorts them to the appropriate room. At the room the technician are very friendly and explain step by step the procedure. This results in patients being relaxed. The entire visit is well coordinated, efficient and thorough. As a reference.. I have attended several different radiology centers. Great job!!! read more

I work in a Medical office and I have heard good things about Sunset Radiology. I send them all my patient and yet I have not heard any thing bad about. Everywhere you go you are going to wait no matter what, even if you have an appointment you are going to wait. Each patient needs there time necessary. There are some patient that they don't understand the Dr's writing and once the make an appointment they say what they think the script says but really half of the time they don't know and that's why it takes longer on the day of the appointment. I had made an appointment for 7am I prepare myself the night before to get up extremely early to arrive to this unethical place for my appointment at 7am and it's was 9am and still haven't called me they had other people going first when I had made the appointment days before it's incredibly sad. Extremely rude, can't even make eye contact when they speak to you. Complete waste of.time do not go to that place especially when it's something so important which is our health. Staff is rude, impolite. Billing won't answer the phone for days, and once you reach them (after complaining to first answering person) they patronize you, even when you are just trying to help then get their owed money! She will then get offended if you don't accept been patronized and will hang on you! Poor owners, won't be getting my money! Wait time is considerably the same as any other place, the staff is friendly and they did the impossible to treat everyone as soon as they could. Front desk is very friendly and the gentleman that moves patients around is very funny and makes the wait more enjoyable. Technicians are very professionals and caring. I would give this place 0 starts if I could they make you get appointments just to have you sit there and wait for 3 hours it's a caos inside I never make reviews but I felt very strong about this place how they have so many people in the siting area waiting to be seen and they say they are short staff I don't understand this.
