If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely manner, at a very fair price then Mark is your guy! His quotes for labor only and labor/materials/moving furniture beat the other 5 companies I brought out and the experience was night and day in comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Mark is easy easy to get on the phone, his team is amazing, and despite me delaying the start by several months they were still ready to going as soon as I pulled the trigger. As with any other project price is always a consideration and without going into specific numbers I can say that by having Flooring Friend handle everything from ordering materials, moving a couple heavier pieces of furniture, and installing my LVP my savings was considerable for the quality of work and product they put in. The 20 mil panels I was considering from Floor and Decor would have cost me just under double what Mark quoted me for the same, if not lower, quality product. The price was not the only factor in my decision to contract his company but now that it is completed I've got a nice chunk of extra change to put towards bringing them back to renovate the first floor. Initially we had expected somewhere in the 3-4 day range for completion of the install but knowing that me and my large dog were staying elsewhere the team put in the extra hours and I was able to get back in the house the evening of the second day. During the actual project I interacted with his team on a few occasion and they were great, making sure to show me their updated progress to make sure that I was satisfied before they moved on to the next area. When we did our final walkthrough they went above and beyond by helping my move a couple pieces of furniture back into place so I didn't have throw them on a dolly and struggle with them myself. All of the cutting and prep was done in my garage and on my driveway so I was expecting to come home with a ton of dust to clean out of my pavers and garage but instead it had all been taken care of before the final walkthrough. Even inside the house I was hard pressed to find anything that wasn't tidy enough to be cleaned with a wipe of a towel or a quick sweep, I even cancelled my maid because there was virtually no dust anywhere in the house. I highly recommend that you call Mark if you are looking to have some work done on your home and don't want to deal with the headaches that come with so many other companies out there. They were such a pleasure to deal with that I already have Mark coming back out to check out the next project in the townhouse! He's a stand up guy, does not skimp when it comes to sending the right team for the job, and makes sure to stop by the site each day to update you on the progress.

There was a nominal $350 materials removal fee, and the rest of the job cost about $3200. From the first measuring visit to installation took about 2 weeks. The installers spent around 3 hours on site, doing a fine job of caulking every crevice and drilling the faucet ports exactly to our specification. My biggest concern was affixing the undermount sinks securely, as I've read the undermount brackets cannot support much weight. The installers solved the problem with robust and elegantly installed 2x4 braces. The sinks could support the weight of an elephant. I very much appreciate getting this installed before the holidays, and not getting screwed. Thank you.

I was in two minds between epoxy and ceramic and I expressed my interest for both to Julio but unfortunately they don't do ceramic. After considerable thought I called him the next day to move forward because he made me feel very comfortable about this decision to take on this project sooner than later . Terra Pavers Where to start? We contracted for pavers in…read morethe middle of the COVID crisis. May 2021 to be exact. I did my due diligence and researched as much as I could find and took 4 quotes from a select group of contractors. I had my personal favorite on who I hoped would win the bid. I got my way! While Terra Pavers was not the lowest bid they also were not the most expensive. I went back to my research and mirrored the pros and cons of several bids; ultimately, Terra Pavers won the job. We went down to their vendor to look at samples and placed our order. Little did we know that there would be a supply issue that would set all paver companies back months. No one's fault, just is what it is. Damn COVID to Hades and back, better yet just stay in Hades and don't come back! Through the waiting process, Terra Pavers got permits approved (no small feat in my little community) and we waited on pavers. During the wait, the Customer Service Manager Janette maintained contact periodically and occasionally Javier (engineer) would check in to let me know they are trying to press but they too are waiting for pavers on ALL jobs. Fast forward... Finally, they arrived. Let the fun begin! Day 1 all old pavers picked up and moved to the side. They brought in sand and leveled the area tamped it down and then rechecked level. Day 2 crew arrives with pavers in tow. Over the course of the day these guys worked like mad and literally were ~90% done at days end. Day 3 smaller crew arrives and they finish up all detail work. They took away all debris and there was NOTHING to clean up when they left. The job they did literally surpassed my highest expectations... as well as when the city comes out to do the final inspection in the permit... they were commenting on the extra touches and attention to detail the company took. They literally cut the pavers on a curve going around the pool with a 15 inch wide blade. I didn't even know that was possible! Can't beat that in my book! Oh, and did I say how incredibly fabulous the pavers look and the top tier workmanship? My backyard is now beautiful! I would highly recommend Terra Pavers and and would like to thank them for their professionalism and incredible work!
