I needed a steam clean of my engine bay and undercarrage due to an oil leak. So much was caked on that my mechanic couldn't find the source(s). Luckily I gave Abe a call, and boy was I impressed! Very professional, prompt, amazing service, and his skills are top notch! I called him on a Saturday, he was just finishing up with another client and jumped on helping me out! I asked if he would be willing to meet me at the Mechanic since I would need to take it back immediately after the steam clean so they can fix the leaks. He was extremely accommodating! While he was there, I also got a exterior wash/wax and a headlight restore, and boy my car has NEVER looked this good! Overall, I was so impressed by Abe that I asked for 3 business cards, 1 for my sister who is interested in some paint touch-ups. 1 for my mechanic who is excited to have someone to refer her clients that need this type of service. Got an interior detailing for my GF's 2016 Toyota Corolla that had seat stains and carpet stains. Abe took great care of those stains and improved the overall look of the inside of the car. I was looking for a reasonably priced auto detail shop as we wanted to clean out the interior of our car for our newborn. My car was really filthy inside. I rarely clean it and it was filled with old food stains and dog hair. I found Sunshine auto through Yelp and they quoted me at such a reasonable price and they were so accommodating. I can't remember all that was done but it was vacuuming, steam cleaning and other stuff. I was able to get in that same week and the car was done (inside and basic outside wash) in about 2 hours. Although it wasn't spotless, it was pretty damn good for all the crap it had (inside and out). I was really impressed at the overall cleanliness and hard work that was put into it. I get my car was in bad shape as I rarely clean it lol. I wish I had a before and after picture to show how much better it looked. Dog hair was gone, food stain/ gunk in cup holders were cleaned out, dust wasn't visible on dashboards. And the customer service was great! I can tell they appreciated my business. A great experience from Abe at Sunshine, who was able to de-grease and steam-clean my car's engine block, after an inept tech at the "authorized GM service" company performed and oil change. I didn't realize until many miles driven later, that the tech failed to replace the oil cap, resulting in oil everywhere! (separate review for that dealership!) We called him last minute on a Friday evening and he was over within 30 minutes while other companies said their next availability was next week (which is understandable lol but Abe just goes above and beyond). He did such an outstanding job removing caked on make up and nasty gunk that's been the cup holders since I bought the car THEEE YRS ago. I can't believe he got rid of it. He also offered to get rid of a huge nasty dent and paint transfer from when I scraped against a brown pole in a narrow parking spot for FREE! I didn't do it for completely free but that offer just showed how much he cares about his customers. I don't think you'll find better customer service than Abe offers. I scraped the rear end of my Lexus RC and received quotes ranging from $200-400 to repaint the damaged area. Abram replied back quoting me $50 to touch it up and guaranteed it would come out looking new. He even offered to do it for free if I wasn't satisfied. We set up a time and he came to my garage to work on my car. Once completed, he gave my car a wash also for free! Abe was very responsive on yelp and answered all my questions. I had some swirl marks and some contaminants due to it coming straight off the struck and being sent through the dealer's wash bay that I was hoping to get off via a detail from Abe. He was able to get some of the swirl marks off and most of the contaminants but there were still quite a bit of swirl marks left. I did point it out to him and he tried getting it off by spraying it with some ceramic wax but it is still there. The ceramic spray was at least able to make the paint smooth to the touch but I ended up taking the car home to notice some of the polishing compound still on the paint. Luckily I was able to get it off and perform some of the buffing off myself. All in all, I would recommend for a quick clean but not for a full detail. read more
