He recommended other repair stores but why have a support area if you won't even bother trying to diagnose an issue much less fix it? No pricing on any packaging was also weird but they do have a website that's mostly usable. Cashiers can also check prices and stock for you. I ended up buying a few games just so I didn't go out there for nothing but was pretty disappointed based on the services offered on the website. The selection of games is really solid but I don't recommend them for tech support.

We came here to get our Switch's charging port repaired. They were super friendly and much more affordable than other bigger franchises doing repairs in the area. There is a shortage of repair techs in the area, we were quoted a month for the repair which was the same as the other shops. Regardless, our repair was completed and at least 30% cheaper than the competitors. The shop is huge and had so much fun merch, my sons and husband were loving exploring their huge selection of games, while I was checking out their kawaii hello kitty plushies and caps. A little bit out of the way, but definitely worth the trip to support this local business!

I needed to get help with Apple care asap and the earliest appointment availability was with Geek Squad. I was able to easily make the appointment online and came in for the appointment. I came a little early but the representative was able to check me in early and started the troubleshooting process. It took over an hour for my phone to reboot but I felt like the staff were doing the best they could and constantly kept me informed on the status as well. Great customer service and I am happy to say my iphone is now back to working again. FYI: be sure to make an appointment ahead of time. They do not do drop ins without an appointment.

I had a TV I was looking for a this this awesome employee by the name of Aaron B. Went out of his way to find it, explained why I should buy the geek squad protection, and made my transaction smooth. This Best Buy has everything you're looking for and has a nice layout, with plenty of employees that are willing to help and are friendly at that. Best Buy deals are usually a steal or not. I was a big fan of their tech support plan, but it doesn't have the sweet deals it used too, but I do like how there are options. The warranties are worth just slow down to read what works for you and what doesn't. Also they currently have service fees which makes sense in case of an accident. Again cannot say enough great things about this Best Buy!

    I had an intermittent issue with the CUE display in my 2015 Cadillac SRX that had stumped multiple…read moremechanics, who believed the vehicle needed a new CUE system. The symptoms were very unusual--the screen would go black at certain vehicle speeds and when using the turn signals, while the radio and other functions continued to work. Michael and Jared took the time to listen carefully to the history of the problem and immediately recognized that it could be related to the aftermarket backup camera interface rather than the factory CUE system itself. Within minutes they identified that the camera interface settings had been changed, likely after a battery replacement, and corrected the configuration. The problem was resolved immediately. What impressed me most was that they didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts or repairs. They quickly diagnosed the actual cause, fixed it, and didn't even charge me for their time. That level of honesty, knowledge, and customer service is hard to find. I highly recommend Safe & Sound Mobile Electronics to anyone with automotive electronics, infotainment, or backup camera issues. I found an identical car to replace it, but it was missing the SiriusXM tuner. Jared and Michael at the Chantilly Safe and Sound Mobile Electronics made it right. I walked in without an appointment and I was told it would take an hour and a half. I believe I was out of there in less than an hour. After speaking with them, their expertise was obvious and their customer service was superlative. I am 71 and not easily impressed, however, I have now found my Go-To store. They had never met me before and did me VERY right. That is why they have my sincere thanks and highest personal recommendation!
