It only took a couple days to turn 36 bottles of wine into individual themed baskets with 4 - 6 bottles each. They were the hit of the event and attendees bought plenty of raffle tickets to get their hands on them. Mind you that you may have to pony up a couple bucks as they are not cheap baskets. I know it is the holidays and everyone is busy but I was completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and specifically requested purple flowers to be put in the arrangement. I called to confirm that the basket was going to be delivered on Christmas Eve and double checked that there were still purple flowers available. After confirming these two things I asked if she had received my email with what I had requested to be written on the card. The flowers were delivered on the 23nd with no purple flowers in it, the handwriting looked sloppy and rushed, and my name was misspelled. I called her the next day to express my dissatisfaction in what I thought to be a very calm manner and Kathleen responded to my criticism with very short and snappy responses. She denied having the conversation about the purple flowers and acted like I was an imbecile for thinking flowers that color even grew at this time of year. As I proceeded to tell her I was also unhappy that she misspelled my name on the greeting card, she denied it and said she specifically remembered spelling it correctly and then hung up on me. I wrote her an email telling her I was sorry if I offended her but that I was just trying to address what I saw as a problem, attached with a picture of the childlike handwritten greeting card. I placed an order on Monday for Tuesday delivery for my friends birthday. My credit card was charged. They had not been delivered by late Tuesday night so I sent an email inquiring. By 1:00 on Wednesday I had not received a response so I called. The person who answered the phone (I am assuming the owner) told me she couldn't get the Bird of Paradise for the arrangement in time and just received it. I told her it was too late and to refund my card. Why would I want the flowers delivered a day late??! If she would have called me on Monday or even Tuesday morning, I could have chosen a different arrangement. read more

An amazing customer service !!!! manager Kathleen was very helpful and she helped me to make an order exactly how i wanted it, and i was very picky ! and They have arranged an amazingly gorgeous bouquet of roses with a bow , very pretty ! I have called so many shops in the area and all of them were very high priced , but Sunshine Baskets shop they gave me a price with delivery almost by half of what all other shops have offered !!!!! I was in a rush to find a good florist that wasn't too expensive in order to get a bouquet of flowers for a surprise gift to a teacher. The afternoon before the delivery was to be made, she called me to ensure the pick up time and thanked me for buying from her. She was delightful. When I arrived to pick up the flowers, I was greeted by three very cute dogs who were not rough at all. The flowers were absolutely beautiful (I do not have a picture because I completely forgot to take one). She was very kind as was her husband. I will definitely be purchasing from her again. Sunshine Baskets & Gifts is a wonderful surprise for a any person looking for some help with gift wrapping during the holiday season. One would think there would countless wrapping services available in Las Vegas during the holiday season. Well, there's not. Unless you buy your gifts at a specific location that offers wrapping during the holidays OR you want a Girl Scout's weary mother handling your precious gifts, you will be wrapping the gifts yourself. And outside of the Christmas holiday there are only two business that I know of who offer a wrapping service: Alligator Soup and Papyrus. They were the only businesses offering this service during the "off season" in the whole town. So you can imagine my joy at discovering Sunshine Baskets & Gifts---they not only did a lovely job with my gift wrapping, but the owner and her husband were kind and provided excellent service. I know purists want the joy of wrapping each and every gift themselves. I have no such desires. Days before Christmas I needed MANY gifts wrapped and I had little to no time to do it. I contacted Sunshine Baskets & Gifts and the owner, Kathleen, arranged her schedule so that I could bring over 20+ packages to be wrapped. I took some paper, my credit card, and my pre-labeled gifts. Kathleen promised to use some of her own paper if mine ran out. What really impressed me about Sunshine Baskets & Gifts was their willingness to go above and beyond to make my life a little easier. I told her I was planning to ship a few of the packages and she offered to box and ship them for me. It took some trust to leave a number of gifts with a stranger (not associated with the Post Office, UPS, Fedex, or any other such entity). But I took the risk. And I'm glad I did. The gifts arrived on time and according to my family, they were all beautifully wrapped. And I was very pleased with the rest of the gifts that I picked up the next day. In all, I spent about $100 for the entire service. With paper, decorations, labor, shipping, and boxing during the craziness of the Christmas season, I felt like I was very fairly charged. This is not a huge operation. This is two considerate people who care about providing good service. I was happy with the workmanship and I intend to use their services in the future. read more

I made two orders today for the first time. The lady Kathy emailed me to confirm my online orders, which i believe may have been an automated email. I emailed her back to say I was charged tax twice. She immediately responded by calling me to apologize and thanked me for the business and letting them know about the glitch. She immediately processed a credit and was on top of it immediately. As for the product and deliveries....A+. I was notified by email for the completion of each delivery and the deliveries were prompt. I purchased a gift basket from this company for mothers day. I request the basket be hand delivered on sat may 9. I called on sat may 9 asking for delivery time and spoke to Kathleen who told me that it would need to be delivered on May 10 (Sunday) giving me her personal guarantee. The basket never arrived on Sunday. 2 subsequent calls to the company were not answered and no return phone call was made. The recipient finally received the basket on wed may 13, four day after the date I requested and via Fed Ex instead of the hand delivery that I requested, Mind you the website states that they delivery to Las Vegas and the strip. I received an email on may 18 stating that they needed to ship the basket and that I could cancel if this was unsatisfactory. Too bad that email came 5 days AFTER the basket was delivered and 9 days after the date I requested. IN SHORT...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. read more
