She mapped my brows, did some color matching, and talked about expectations the day of the appointment. I felt very well-informed and comfortable in her hands and with Boss Gal in general. My appointment was the following week and it went as smooth as expected. And speaking of expectations Kayla provided me with an overview of what the next week or two would look like from the appearance of my brows to the healing process and everything else. On day two they were super dark, but as she advised they would soften over time and they did! Four weeks later was a touch-up and it was exactly what I needed. My brows look natural and match my face shape and hair color flawlessly. It's so nice to just wake up and get up and go, to not worry about penciling in my eyebrows and accidentally wiping one off! I paid the extra fee to have the owner, Destiny, do my brows herself. No messing around. I walked in and she was ready. The space was clean, and I dropped into some casual conversation with her and her coworker with ease. They were both free when I walked in, but both chairs filled within a few minutes. I explained where I was going/my needs, and she did her thing. My brows are a little uneven as far as thickness, so for the first couple of days I added a little fill to the one, but after a couple of days they evened out and still looked great. The shape was perfect, they were the right shade, and gave me the POP I wanted. I went in the ocean multiple times, salty hot springs, hiking in the Mexican sun, endured a myriad of pillowcases in hotels, plus had my sleep mask and several different hats on, and we're still looking pretty good now that I'm home from my adventures. I would definitely consider microshading there in the future. Destiny's vibe might not be right for everyone, but the Browtique was it for me.

I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. As much as I hoped they would fall a little so I could get them redone, the lashes stay intact for the most part! It was the experience during and the results that really bummed me out!

I too, own a salon and I have NEVER left a bad review....but I sent this same pic to the owner 2 days after (knowing NOT to cleanse lashes) and ALL of (the few lashes I had) my lashes fell out. I reached out to owner and she tried to fit me in to fix them but only offered me a time that wouldn't work (Saturday) and said that that's ALL she can do... So I got my lashes done on a Wednesday, they all fell out that Friday ...and unfortunately I had an event to attend Friday... I did hair Saturday morning then attended the wedding Saturday, followed by a different bridal party that Sunday...so long story short I booked my apt Wednesday, the small amount of lashes I did have fell out....and I wasted all my time and money
