Stu was working a bigger job and Conner came out to take care of our carpets, he is very courteous and professional. Came in and got right to work. Quick and efficiently he got up all the trouble areas from the previous owners cat and high traffic areas. Complete night and day difference. The solution they use smells great as well. I seen their YouTube video of them getting up motor oil from someone's living room carpet, thought that if they can get that up and make it look like new then my carpets would be a piece of cake. He did a phenomenal job and my carpets look, feel and smell amazing. Scheduling was easy, Stu is easy to work with over the phone. I have used CitruSolution for several years now because, in my opinion, they are the very best at carpet and upholstery cleaning! Chris, is the Owner, and he uses a very unique method to clean the carpets and the results are AMAZING! Our carpets are off-white (2 rooms) and are nearly 16 years old. He uses a machine with a scrub brush that completely and thoroughly CLEANS my carpets, and they look brand new after he is done. Not like any of the general steam cleaners out there that are in and out as soon as possible. Chris is very thorough and does not rush through anything at all. He cleaned my carpets and my reclining Microfiber sofa and my matching reclining chair. He spent a total of 2.5 hours at my home and the results truly show! The owner of this company is very nice and really seems to believe in the product. That being said, I let them know that I had had kitchen work done and I needed a deep cleaning for all the dust and dirt that was put into the house. We did not have any stains, but we did have some fairly dirty looking entryways into the bedrooms and around the edges of an area rug (normal wear and tear). A polite young man showed up just slightly after the arranged time. He went right to work. He sprayed a spay on top of the carpet and then ran a buffing machine over it. He worked for a little over an hour and a half on 2 rooms, a chair, and an area rug. After he was done, it did not look much better. I asked him to try a little better and he used a rag on a few spots. It looked a little better. After he left, I decided to vacuum myself. I figured there would be no dirt left. My Hoover Wind tunnel picked up half a barrel of dirt in the bedroom alone. I called the owner. He came the next day and spent another hour and a half trying again. He used a rag on some spots until they looked ragged. I still feel that things look pretty dirty and the powder from the kitchen work blended with the liquid and made the carpets feel crunchy. I am still vacuuming up lots of dirt. I have probably vacuumed each room 5 to 10 times since. I was hoping that the cleaning would get rid of all of this dirt under the rug. For this reason I can not recommend this type of cleaning for carpet that has dirt underneath the rug. I wish I had known that this type of cleaning was not what I needed. If you have spots, this may work for you, but I don't have too much faith in the process. $200 was a lot to pay and I'm still doing work myself. I have since had people tell me that there are several steam cleaners in the area who will do your entire house (carpet and tile) for $300. read more
