It was a decent massage but the experience as a whole wasn't amazing. Midway through my massage someone came in and told me that my masseuse has a friend arrive and she was gonna step out for 5 minutes. She gave me a pillow and had me lay there for about 15 minutes.. some other random person came and massaged me for the last 5 minutes before the main one came back. The later when I tried to tip and I was tipping $14 for a 60 min massage ... they made me feel bad and said usually we get $20. It was too awkward so I just gave them the money but truly for my odd experience over 20% for a tip was not necessary. read more

Pretty descent place but don't expect for them to speak English because they don't. The treatment and massage is great. The lady is always kind and makes me feel comfortable. Called first to find out how much and was told $50 an hour and that they had some male masseuses. Got there and no male masseuses and the price was $60. So, chalking it up to a little miscommunication on the phone, two of us got the hour massage. One massage was all just being walked over with the lady dangling from above and her feet right next to my neck and face. Not fun. My friend said he was so uncomfortable because the lady was trying to get him aroused he felt violated. Then when leaving, the one lady told me that my friend didn't tip enough. She insisted on another $10. So unless you want this kind of treatment I would recommend you avoid this place. read more

Horrible service which at one time was decent for the price. Place used to be $50 an hour. Now its $60 for 50 min. Today I was shorted me about 30 min of service and demanded a tip! I mentioned if I pay for 60 min I expect min 55 min plus 5 min to change. Nope she insisted on 30 min massage time because she had another customer that showed up. Rude service to a paying customer that showed up on time and paid in full. Managed to get a partial refund but still insisted on a tip for rude service. Should have called police and clear the entire place. Never had this issue with Tina which always offer 55 minute service and never leave the room several times during the session. read more

What a good massage! I chanced upon this place last month when my regular massage location was closed. I was not disappointed. The lady that did my massage was very friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I was amazed at how much effort she dedicated to modesty for her clients. This is a major thing for me since it is such a vulnerable place to be naked with someone else touching you. I was also very pleased at the effectiveness of the massage she gave. This lady knows the anatomy of the muscles and nervous system. I have already recommended her to someone else and I can guarantee she has a repeat customer in me. read more

Hadn't had a massage in a long time since my favorite place recently closed. I was really looking forward to a deep tissue massage. I was there last weekend with my boyfriend. He picked this place despite the reviews so we went. We had an appointment for an hour but when we got there was told they only had time for 45 minutes. Should have said that when I called for the appointment :( The deep tissue massage is $10 more than the others also, which is understandable, if that's what you get. The lady I had was nice but no way was it deep tissue. It was like someone was just rubbing lotion on me! No attention to the neck or legs. It sucked. Won't be back read more

The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is because my first experience there (with Lisa) was pretty good. Unfortunately, my second massage was performed by another woman who is typically at the reception area. She was not very friendly and did not seem to know what she was doing. I don't think she is a trained therapist and some of her technique was questionable. I still tipped her fairly well ($15 for a $50 massage). As I went to leave I started to thank her when she said "okay, bye" and walked away. For the same price, I would recommend Massage Square Spa on Alicia Parkway in Lake Forest. I had a deep tissue massage and i would say that it was the best massage i have ever had .It was a wonderful massage experience. The Staff who did the Massage was so dedicated in her massage and i felt very much relaxed . I have been to so many massage spa's but i can say that this massage center is unique and very good. She scans the muscle knots and releases them through different massage technique. The place is clean ,Quite and very calm .I would definitely recommend to any one who needs a real massage to get rid of their body pain.
