Great hole-in-the-wall affordable massage spot! Been here a handful of times and had consistently good experiences. They emphasize cash-only, but I believe they do take card. This spot is not bad and considering the price, you've found a great spot. It's not the best massage, but the price is cheap. The massage therapist did a decent job, and english was very limited. I would come back here for a massage, and would figure it's probably about a 75% chance it will be great, and 25% is will be alright. For the people that were told to tip... come on... the people here are working hard, you should tip! thats standard practice when you have things done. We payed before the massage of course and asked to add a tip and was told not to and then later got followed to my car over a tip? The man was literally at my car as I was trying to leave laughing in my face and complaining about a tip which we said inside we won't give because he was being incredibly rude. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional the man who was asking for tip laughed in my face multiple times when I was trying to explain to him that we tried to tip. I've been going to Zenith for at least 10 years. That already says alot. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they change masseuses every three months so it's a bummer when you find someone you love and they leave. And although I love them I'm sure the language barrier may be an issue for others. But I give this many stars because they are totally worth the money. Yes it's not a pampered and soft western experience but most of the practitioners are strong and thorough and have a good touch. Most. I recommend you start with a lower prices reflexology so you can find a practitioner who's style you like. And then you can move confidently into a longer body massage after that. Lastly Peter has been at zenith consistently. I've never NOT seen him there. Yes there is a cultural difference but he has always been professional and I appreciate him and Zenith very much. I've been going here for several years now. I don't go often, but every time I do I have always had a solid massage. All the other massage places in the area keep raising their prices. Zenith is a nice, clean facility and has the best prices in the area plus they are always able to get me in on short notice. On a side note, I hate seeing or reading about customers that tip poorly for good service. "I gave $5 for my great 90 minute massage and they didn't seem happy with me". When the therapist works hard for at least an hour, give a decent tip, they aren't making a ton of money. People have no problem paying at least an 18% tip for someone to bring you food or get you a beverage. Also, I don't understand the people that give negative reviews because businesses charge a small fee for using a credit card. First of all, it's a couple of bucks, big deal. The business has to pay a fee, they pass that fee into the customer, just like other businesses like gas stations. If it's so upsetting, there are ATMs everywhere. Sorry for the two rants but some people are ridiculous. read more

I'm sad to say that my one and only experience with this massage parlor was mortifying. I went for a full body and requested emphasis on the back of my legs and hips because I'm a runner and get a lot of tightness/soreness. I've been massaged by men and women alike, without issue, and told Peter the owner that I didn't have a preference. I was assigned a male who started the massage with a hacking cough. He coughed and cleared phlegm out of his throat through the length of the massage- of course I don't know, but he sounded sick to me which made me uncomfortable. The massage initially seemed fine, but I got more and more uncomfortable as he focused on areas that I had not requested and were entirely inappropriate. I've gotten hips and legs massaged many times and never in my life have they needed to spend so much time, touching my upper inner thighs. I'll spare you and myself all the details but needless to say it was wildly inappropriate and unprofessional. I don't know what his intentions and motives were but what I can tell you is they were either bad or he needs additional training on professional etiquette. At one particular moment I had a visceral reaction to the way/where I was being touched and asked him to stop and leave. He did not leave and insisted massaging my feet. I was so shocked and confused that I just froze and let him. I ended up leaving the massage early and ran out of there in tears, genuinely confused as to what just happened. They definitely did not know how to massage a human body and there is no way they have been certified, like the man at the front tried to point out by showing the framed certificates on the wall. The absolute worst massage I've ever had in my life. I actually got up 35 mins into the 90 min massage & walked out. The girl who was massaging me kept the towel from shoulders to feet on the entire time, after 25 mins in asked if she was not going to be using oil, she said "oh you want oil" I asked yes please & she proceeded to dump a bunch of oil on my back & lightly rub it into my back no pressure at all, I asked for pressure & she still continued with no pressure I finally asked if she could get the gentleman at the front desk so he could explain it to her. He came into the room stood in the doorway with the door wide open explaining to her to add pressure. Then she started to apply pressure but it was so hard it was really hurting me, I asked if she could do it lighter & he's still standing in the doorway raising his voice at her door still wide open & she adds more pressure so now it's just absolutely painful. I said I'm done just refund me I'm now being physically hurt by your employee. I get up wrap the sheet around me & ask them to leave so I can put my clothes on & he then comes all the way into the room shuts the door & says no it's ok I'll stay to tell her because she does understand you. I said no this is unacceptable & asked him to please leave, he finally left after being asked by me twice & when I got to the front desk he spent another 15 mins trying to get me to stay & go with another girl for a massage. I kept insisting that I would not but I kept getting pressured to stay. I got the refund asked for the receipt & left. The other person who was with me getting a massage in a different room said that they switched girls on him 2 different times & it was a weird massage with the first girl & the second girl that came in after I walked out of the front door was rough & it was a painful massage for the last 20 mins he had to keep asking her to do less pressure While I was waiting for him to complete his massage the guy that runs the place saw me waiting out by my car & came out trying to talk me into going back in to finish the massage. I asked him nicely multiple times to please stop asking me the answer is still no & only after I said please stop asking this is harassment now did he finally walk away. I have been coming to Zenith Spa for over a year now. I have been to many massage locations in the area over the years, and Zenith is the best that I have experienced. Because of the quality of massage and the great pricing, I'm able to visit Zenith about twice per month. Mary is my 'go-go' therapist, as she practices deep (very deep) tissue massage and always seems to be able to find my problem spots. She is also very sweet and friendly. Peter the manager is very friendly and professional - I don't think I've ever had a cancelled appointment, and he always calls to let me know if there's a delay or a request for me to come in early. I love Zenith! I have been going here for years for massages since I'm a fitness instructor and often sore. I personally always make an appointment with Jessie who is my fave! Her massage is better than the $200 massages that I've gotten at high end hotel spas! No it's not a fancy spa with robes and aromatherapy but I honestly would rather go somewhere like this where it's just an AMAZING massage without all the extra fluff that I don't care about. Got there after reading ok reviews wanted something quick and not too pricey well you get what you pay for . Was charged a credit card processing fee for each person , even charge for Zelle . So clearly just wanted cash which isn't practical. My lady clearly didn't know what she was doing , my nail salon gives a better massage . I had to actually tell her to stop lathering me up with oil. She didn't speak a word of English so i couldn't communicate with her . When i was finished the manager / owner was watching how much i tipped which was so uncomfortable.
