I previously reviewed and said this was the best massage. I went again tonight and the massage was fine but my issue was there is a giant mirror in the last room on the left. After my massage I felt weird about it so I decided to look behind the mirror and it was a window with a bunch of stickers on it. I was still half undressed and someone opened the room door as I was looking behind the mirror. The door was opened 2 times while I was changing. Staff should not be coming into a room that a customer is changing in! Behind this mirror/window is the masseuse break room... I feel uncomfortable about this. I really do not know if they can see in the room or they just covered up this window gap and there is no ill intention. But the fact I don't know makes me feel strange. Once I walked to the front desk, a few people from the break room came out and -they didn't go into the room the other person from my party was in- they kept going into the room I was in and then turning to look at me. It could be coincidence but it left me feeling weird. Was I not supposed to look behind that?? If you are having customers undress it is really really weird to have a mirror/window leading to the break room... And also no one should be coming in after the service is completed and a customer is still undressed. I hope someone can clear this up because I do not feel comfortable returning as of now. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but massages are too much money to waste on a mediocre one. The massage providers were chatting with each other excessively during our massages (couples massages in same room). My massage felt very repetitive and unskilled, almost as if the massage provider was zoned out. My massage provider did not seem to hold much understanding of how to relieve muscle tension, aches, or knots. It was basically just an hour of getting rubbed in back and forth motions on my back and legs mindlessly. read more

Probably the worst experience ever. When I called, the girl's English was so bad. I asked if there were any openings and she asked what I wanted. I said a massage and she said what time. I said anytime tonight and she said oh no 9 is too late so I said um, ok I can come earlier than 9, what do you have open. So she said 8 and I said yes, then I asked can I request a female masseuse and she said oh no we don't have any men here so can you come still? I said yes, I want a female and she repeated so I said I would like a lady yes its fine and it was settled. Then I get there and the front desk gal tells me to wait and points to a half visible couch behind a privacy screen so I sit there awkwardly before being summoned to the back. I lay down and literally wait for 10 minutes, watched the clock. Then a lady comes in and says hi, very friendly and just starts working. Asks me nothing about pressure or preferences. Then after a minute she leaves to talk to someone. Comes back and leaves the door open while massaging me and talks to her colleagues standing in the hallway about how tired they are and other chit chat. Then leaves again and says she needs to collect money from someone. Eventually whatever is happening out there gets settled so she comes back and actually does close the door and gets to work but she uses her elbows the whole time and I tell her it's too hard so she lightens up but still is just dragging her elbows on me. She also doesn't remember what she's doing so she does random things on the other half of my body and also doesn't know timing so its like 3 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side. Towards the end, she sneezes on the cloth between my legs. I suppose its better than on my naked body. She also starts stretching me and I say no cuz I have a shoulder strain but she doesn't understand me so she keeps going and I basically pull back to avoid her ripping my shoulder off and she just laughs and says oh you too tight. I will never go back here. Ever. read more

Recent visit to "Best Massage" was this past week. I wanted to confirm that the quality and professionals working at "Best Massage" was again not been disappointing. The therapist have their state licensed and are experienced professionals which have the training and skills to relief any shoulder, lower back or foot pain. Also, the therapist are very knowledgeable and experienced. After working all day walking around the manufacturing facility, my feet have a lot of pain. Visited this place for the first time after being recommended by my co-worker. This place is under new ownership as described by other reviewers. Everything is new from the sheets, towels to the bathroom sink. The place smell clean as it's a turn off for me if that's not the case. After a full 1 hour of massage, I'm all relax. My masseuse was Monica and she did a fantastic job in releasing my shoulder tension. Excellent experience!! there's one masseuse here that provides good deep tissue massages, but she's only there a few times a week. the rest of them are meh. one masseuse kept burping during my massage and another one kept sighing..? the owner also hassled my partner to tip more while she was massaging him, which is a super weird time to bring that up & also he tipped 30% already so what was she expecting..? walls are super thin so i heard that whole exchange from the room i was in, which was 2 rooms down. oh and she also makes you pay & tip before the massage. beds are uncomfortable and creak a lot. read more

I have been going to this business for about a year now and figured it was time to leave a review. I have had multiple therapists and all of them have been professional and very good at what they do. You will never be disappointed with any of the therapists. If I were to pick a favorite it would have to be Monica. She is very strong and gives the best deep tissue massage that I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable and the rooms are clean. I would suggest having a therapist walk on your back. I visit Best Massage about every 7 days or so in order to relieve stress and tension. I came in on a Saturday night at 7 for a massage( it was a stressful day) and the place was empty. It was Saturday so I was hoping it would be! I saw they closed at 8:30, and I didn't have an appointment so I was hoping they'd take me. Helen greeted me and she took me right away! She introduced herself and asked my pressure on the massage, checking in throughout to make sure it was still ok. She was great! I was so relaxed and all my stress kinks were disappearing. I've been having a lot of shoulder pain and decided to trust Yelp reviews about this place. I called for a noon appointment, but the lady on the phone asked if I could come an hour before or after. I was disappointed, but told her I couldn't and that I'll try again on another day. I really wish the conversation ended there... Instead, the lady offered to move noon client's appointment to a later time. She never asked me to wait for her to confirm, so I assumed the client was someone she knew well and was flexible with time. I was so thankful and excited! When I showed up, however, receptionist told me no one was available! She went to the back to talk to someone, then came back to tell me her manager made a mistake and wanted me to come back in an hour!!! I was so disappointed! I'm not sure how great your massages are, but please don't make empty promises you can't deliver. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I spent $50 for an hour long full body massage & the masseuse was the worst! Normally I don't care if you can't speak English (my own mother doesn't speak English so it doesn't bother me) but thats not an excuse to act unprofessional. I will start off first with the negatives.. I am a huge ambience fan and let's just say you aren't going to get the atmosphere of a day spa. Also, my massage was interrupted by a few phone calls, and other interruptions as the owner Helen was giving me my massage. With that being said, this was the best massage I have ever gotten... The best! I really didn't care about all of the interruptions because the massage was amazing. After the massage she told me that my problems were in my lower back, neck and shoulders. Yup! Exactly right.... and everything was fixed. When I went to work out the next day.. I was stretching and trying to stretch the pain spots and I couldn't find them ... they were gone. She even got out the pain spots in my palm! Tell me, how did she even know they were there? I didn't say anything... Craziness I know but the best massage ever. Excellent massage, and usually available on short notice. Took care of back, neck, and shoulder issues that even caused migraines. Feeling much better now and (unfortunately) haven't had to go back. If you are expecting the Burke Williams/ Day Spa feel you will be very disappointed however if you want your aches and pains gone this is the place! There's only one woman (Owner/GM?) I have come across who speaks English. She massaged me my second time. Due to her being the only one that spoke English my session was interrupted about three times by another masseuse and guest coming in front door (you can hear the bells on the door). I tried cupping on my first session. Not sure if that helped my back but it sure did look like I was brutally beaten. It didn't hurt however I wouldn't do it again. Full body massage plus cupping and tip was $100. Today I went for the third time and it was the best one yet. I believe it was Lucy that took care of me today. I got hot stones and it was awesome.
