Sylvia took my call and instantly put my mind at peace. She made provision to meet with me first thing Monday morning which was unexpected. She would have seen me during the weekend but for other bookings she had in place. Once I arrived, she walked me into the studio and made sure I was comfortable. Took time to understand exactly what I needed and we began right away. Studio was well lit and exceeded my expectations. Every minute of my package was maximized and I actually would have paid more for the quality of service, professional know how and undivided attention I received. She knows her way around her cameras and is not shy to advice me to improve my look if the image was not going to look right. We really appreciated the check-in calls leading up to the wedding where he took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Tony is great at posing and giving instructions to look stylish instead of awkward and to create some natural-looking variation between photos. He took a variety of photos ranging from individual to large group (~30 people) as well as from formal to fun. I was heartbroken -- not just because I missed the chance to document my pregnancy, but because everything felt so overwhelming at the time. But what truly blew me away was the kindness and care Sophie showed. She continued to check in on me and my baby as time went on including throughout our NICU journey. A year later, I reached back out to book a baby session -- and it turned out to be even more special. The whole process was seamless. Michael was great to work with when it came to scheduling and confirming everything, and the building was easy to find. I took his advice and had the Uber go to the building across the street and it worked like a charm. Dapheney and Philipp were so wonderful when it came to hair and makeup. I felt gorgeous and just told them to do their thing based on what they thought would look best. (And as a bonus, I got to look hot when seeing a Broadway show that night.) I felt like an old Hollywood screen siren. Raya was professional and INCREDIBLE. I used some of her costumes and she helped me feel way more comfortable than I ever thought I could in my skin. She knew the right lighting and angles to bring out my best features, and did I mention it was so FUN? I didn't know I could pose like that. I was able to see all the photos within a day and was blown away by her skill. My boyfriend was so impressed too and had a hard time choosing his favorites because there were so many good ones. We hope to do a session as a couple someday in the future when visiting NYC. If you're thinking about doing a session, book it! This is a present you'll give yourself and it's so worth it.
