This is a neighborhood gem - professional & customer friendly photography printing and framing shop. Highly recommend printing digital photos with them - the customer can upload any number of digital photos through their website and easily select photo size & number of photos to print for your entire gallery. The process was a breeze. After you submit the print job and pay online, you will get an email notification when the print job is complete for pick-up. Quality for "Lustre" photo prints came out as I was hoping for - good colors, not glossy. This is hands down the best printing shop on the upper west side. Not just their equipments are professional (way better than the drugstores and FedEx Kinko), but the store has an open layout that you can get close and see how they adjust your photos and they are willing to hear your input. You walk into any other store and they will never let you talk to their staffers who are actually processing the photos. I had some passport photos printed here and was initially skeptical that they might be using the same kind of Walgreen or Kinko printers for the small prints. But I was pleasantly surprised that both the photo paper they use and the printing quality are all professional grade, and they refused to charge for the extras I asked for which made me feel extemely guilty to walk away with a dozen prints for just 5 bucks! It could barely cover their cost... As a photographer, I used to print at Adorama (now Printique), never realizing there's a store in the neighborhood that's just as good as the big commercial operations. This should be the go-to store for anyone who care about the quality of their photos - be it standard 4x6, 5x7 or large customized prints. It's in everybody's interest to help keep the shop in business and it is absolutely the best we could hope for! read more
