When headed over to ride soaring over the world and knew the wait was about 65 minutes to ride the rides. We needed some grub to get us through the day! We loved that this was a food court that had many options! I'm personally a picky eater so it's a lot easier when there are a variety of foods. We both had a croissant sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. It's about $9 and was very tasty! They use a type of white cheese for the sandwich. The cinnamon roll was nice and warm when I bit into it! This made me happy because it tasted fresh! Cinnamon rolls are about $5. Overall, if you are looking for something quick to grab and eat in line, then this is the best spot to go! It's also located right next to the ride. You could even buy food and bring it line to the person that is waiting for you. read more

This place is like a cafeteria and you choose what you want. There's lots of options, and a few vegan choices as well. We decided on the jackfruit gyro but we should have went with the vegan korma for the price. There was barely any jackfruit and it was mostly lettuce. The coconut milk tzatziki sauce was very good thought and it was a refreshing snack. We also tried the vegan Oreo mousse which was to die for. It's a little small for the price but so worth it, we might get another one for the road. Overall, this was a nice affordable snack but I'd try something different next time. There are also other food choices inside the Land Pavillion if you don't want to fight to find a table. Overall, I'd just recommend this Quick Service for the dessert. My wife and I were in Epcot today when lunchtime came around. The massive Quick-Service restaurant next to the big store was mobbed, so she suggested we go to Sunshine Seasons in The Land. It was a lot closer than the World Showcase places. I had the salmon. Under $15, with mashed potatoes and ratatouille. Excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, not overcooked. The sides were really good. My wife had an Asian chicken dish, quite good and very generous portion. The quality of the food for the price, particularly the salmon, was startling. What's keeping them from a 5 star rating, realizing of course that this is Quick-Service and my expectations are scaled that way, was nearly $5 for a fountain drink. All this value for the food and I feel cheated on the drink. I ordered a water; that's free. read more

Nice Surprise! As longtime Disney Annual Passholders, we very carefully pick dining locations because the quality, selection, and pricing varies so much. We were in The Land with friends to ride Soarin and decided to grab a quick bite. Usually, Sunshine Seasons is our snack and coffee stop but we grabbed lunch. Out friends, each had the Rotisserie Turkey Club ($10.99) the focaccia was firm and perfect for this sandwich loaded with turkey bacon jam, Jack cheese and avocado dressing went well with the sandwich. It came with a good size side of pasta salad and was one of the better values. My husband had the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Jasmine Rice ($11.59). Not a huge portion but decent, the stirfry was good OK with a nice amount of chicken and fresh vegetables. I opted for the Vegetable Korma ($8.99) a wonderful vegan option with plant-based chicken and cashews. The dish was a little heavy with peas and shaved carrots but it was light and full of flavor. For the price, it was a great value and it was nice to see some interesting, healthier options. This review is for FAST DINING in EPCOT. This place is perfect when trying to keep a tight schedule. What a great place to encourage the kids to eat healthier? After getting off the ride "Living with The Land" or enjoying the beautiful sites "Soarin" has to offer, this place is a fast dining place located on the bottom floor. Finding seats can be difficult but tables are constantly being clean and turned over fast. The menu has a wide variety of selections including salads with lettuce grown from their sustainable farm that is able to be viewed during "Living with The Land" and their private tours. Needless to my daughter thoroughly enjoys the salads here. We came here on New Years Eve since we missed our reservation for Asherkus. We enjoyed two cupcakes the caramel apple and the peanut butter and jelly. Both were visually appealing and tastefully delightful! Also the bathrooms in this building were the only ones without a line out the door on New Years Eve which is a huge plus when you have a 6 year olds bladder in the family. read more

We decided to grab a quick breakfast here before going on Soarin. First there is only a few options to choose from. A kids sized meal with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and some kind of bread. There's a egg sandwich and a vegan wrap with tofu that if you ask them to make it with out the tofu they can't because it's pre made. When we were there they were switching over to lunch. The kids area was all ready set up and some one wanted Mac & cheese for their kids. I got the kids pepperoni pizza meal meal. The pizza itself could have been fresher but this is a high volume restaurant so it's all pre-made. I got pasta salad as both sides. I actually enjoyed the pasta salad. My mom and sister weren't as big of a fan. I would get that again. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean. Well, it's not. I always go for the Asian food (see my pictures added) but it's never good! They are edible and not bad---but not good. Maybe it'd be better if the food were deep fried. As unhealthy as it is, I like my Chinese food nice & deeply fried. :P The desserts, however, are quite good! This place is amazing for the amount of seating and I also I love looking around and being able to see a bunch of different attractions. Everything that we ordered were so good. My favorite was their Chicken Stir Fry. It was so tender and tasty! EPCOT parking: We opted for the preferred parking so it's closer to the park. Counter-service food options in this part of Epcot are somewhat limited. We were pretty hungry after not having breakfast, arriving at the park and doing a Fast Place + of Soaring, so we decided to share the Breakfast Panini with Bacon, Roast Pork, Cheese, Eggs, Cheese and Breakfast Potatoes. We decided to divide and conquer, in an attempt to have hot food to eat. (Not an easy fete at these cafeteria style counter service places where you wait in line to order, wait in line for your order, then wait in another (and usually a lot larger) line to pay, followed by a stop at the condiment/utensil station, while your food cools off. So while Husband was waiting for the gal to make a giant round panini, then slice it up and serve it up, I was getting his coffee and my tea. This was not the easiest thing to share, but it was very good. Loved the herbs on the bread. The roast pork, cheese and the herb bread were the stars of this show. Potatoes had a bit of peppers and onions which added a nice touch, but they were cold by the time we got to sit down and eat them. We paid out of pocket for one of these plus the two drinks and it was around $14. Not bad. read more

For the price, we could have went to a casual sit down eatery that had less chaotic seating options. The food is a notch above your typical cafeteria food but nothing really amazing. read more

This is hands down the best place to get a reasonably healthy meal in all of Epcot. It's set up as a "food court" type layout with different stations serving up different types of food (think Asian stir fry, roasted chicken vegetables, etc.). There's also a nice assortment of "pre-made" easy to eat prepackaged foods like hummus, sliced fruit, tuna salad and desserts. I think everyone could find something they'd like to eat here, making Sunshine Seasons a real crowd pleaser. Note that seating can be limited, especially at busy dining times; the dining area is inside the Land pavilion and has great air conditioning with plentiful bathrooms, making it a great place to rest a bit on a hot or rainy day. The best tip here is that if you buy a fountain soda, they'll let you refill it for free while you are dining! Just keep your receipt and you can go back as many times as you want. read more

If you are looking for my favorite quick service/food court dining experience on Disney property, you've found it. Located on the bottom floor of The Land pavilion at EPCOT, this multi-stationed food court offers dining options to appease any appetite. I absolutely love this place! They have options galore, it's located indoors so you can escape whatever weather the day decides to throw at you and when you compare the pricing to other locations throughout the parks, this one is quite affordable. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, though my go-to meal is the Tamarind Vegan Stir-Fry, all I can say is YUM! As a side note, this is one of the only locations that outside of the resort dining areas that (to my knowledge) you can go back and refill your drink during your meal. I will agree with other reviews I've read for other quick service dining locations in EPCOT, you are in EPCOT! With all the amazing dining experiences to be found you should go explore them. That being said-sometimes you just want a quick, sit down meal, that won't cost you as much as you'll be paying for said experiences. When that is your goal, Sunshine Seasons is the way to go. read more

Classic EPCOT eatery located inside The Land Pavilion in the Future World area of the park. The food is a step up from your typical theme park food and offers healthier options for those with certain dietary restrictions or preferences. Last I dined here on 11/29/2020 for lunch. The location is in the lower level of The Land Pavilion where most of the attractions are. The restaurant is basically a food court, and there's separate stations serving a few different types of cuisine. Nowadays instead of ordering your food at the counter, you're now required to mobile order via the MyDisneyExperience App. Overall this transition to mobile order makes it an almost seamless experience. Just present your order to the host in the front, grab your food, and find a table! The food here is quite good. I ordered the salmon with cheddar grits and succotash. The fish was prepared very good. It wasn't flaky or bland and packed some great flavors. The grits and the succotash were both incredible. The portions are hearty and the prices are decent. Would highly recommend dining here if you're unable to snag any reservations for EPCOT's signature restaurants or looking for some good food in the Future World area. The only downside I would say is that the dining area is almost always packed and is very loud. read more

The Sunshine Seasons used to be my go to place for a snack. They used to offer a grilled cheese/tomato soup kids meal. It came with a cookie, drink, and snack as well. However now the kids menu is very strict and is pricey for the type of food. I think my kids meal was close to $8.00 for tiny portions. I had the kids meal salmon, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. It was absolutely awful and lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were not very good at all. The salmon was very plain and extremely tiny. The macaroni n cheese had a weird taste to it and texture. I would suggest grabbing a kids meal somewhere else. The adult meals here are pretty pricey and I would rather eat in the world showcase at that price point. read more

The portions are large, filling and the food is of high quality! Once you pay, you must hunt for a seat. The seating area may seem hectic as it shares space with the Soarin' Ride and a few other restaurants and rides but seats are constantly opening up and the staff are on-point, ensuring all tables are cleaned immediately. There are several different counters with different types of food, so it's easy for groups to find something for everyone. There is even a bakery where you can get dessert. It pains me that I came here twice in our one day at Epcot. But it was thunderstorming so hard that we were rained in at The Land, that we didn't really have much of a choice on a quick-service meal. If you find yourself stuck here as well, the ONLY thing that is worth getting here is the pulled pork sandwich. AND the pumpkin bisque if it's in season when you go. It's at the same station if it's there. Unless you can't eat pork, trust me--get the pork sandwich. Then you'll actually have an enjoyable meal. They give you large portions of the meat and it's actually quite tasty. Sauce is good, bun is good, the pasta salad side was not so good, but the main course is good. Ok, so maybe you can't eat pork, or you really hate pork at all costs. The dishes that are edible is pretty much any of the kids menu items (because if you can't make mac'n cheese right, you shouldn't be in the food business at all). Mongolian beef is spicy but ok as well. Don't get most anything else that is Asian, it's overloaded with vinegar. I couldn't even finish it because it was so vinegar-y and I actually love vinegar. But this was WAY too much. It was gross. The stir-fry was vinegar and oil. You really couldn't taste much else. I also don't know why I thought getting theme park poke was a good idea but I must have not been thinking. I'm just glad I didn't get sick afterwards. Maybe the vinegar helped fight off anything that could've made me sick. I hope that I will never be stuck in The Land while hungry again. read more

Located in my favorite pavilion (The Land), Sunshine Seasons is like 5 quick service locations in one, offering great quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner (all at a great price). After taking that morning trip around the world on Soarin', make sure to stop here for breakfast. They serve a wonderful combination of pastries, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and tea. Or pop over for lunch or dinner and enjoy rotisserie chicken, pork, seasonal fish, sweet-and-sour chicken, Mongolian beef, or a terrific sandwich or panini. On my most recent trip, I ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken with jasmine rice. I always love the sauce, which serves up a great mix of (you guessed it) sweet and sour flavors and spices. The chicken is also tender as it marinates in the sauce and the jasmine rice is a great compliment to the protein. Pair it with a soda, iced tea or adult beverage (and perhaps a dessert) and you'll be plenty satisfied! The other great element of Sunshine Seasons (aside from the great Disney service of course) is the ambiance. The seating area is large and spacious and is positioned right in the center of the pavilion between Soarin' and Living with the Land. Plus the ambient music piped in provides a calming and pleasant experience. Strongly recommended in Epcot! read more

There's a kid are with about 6 choices, obj to salmon. Nice sandwiches are one area.i chose an ahi tuna noodle salad for 11.99. Pretty tasty but just average in size. The best place to eat in EPCOT if you didn't listen to the Disney operator or your travel agent and book dining reservations. It's cafeteria-style with healthier options than fried everything and burgers. That's not to say you can't find Disney desserts that can toss you into a sugar coma, but the roasted chicken, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and more are, at Epcot, basic American fare. Unlike the Chinese pavilion takeaway and the or the wonderful Fish & Chips in England, this place has two huge things going for it: Indoors, and AC. That, in the sweltering summers of June to August, or the monsoon months of August to December, is gold. The dividers may seem a bit catlike pen to some, but they keep down the noise.
