Usually go to the original location when in the area. But decided to check out the new spot. I typically always get one of the Hulk smoothies (She Hulk- most popular, Super Hulk or the Purple Hulk). They have fresh blended juices, sea moss, and other items as well. Parking is readily available, it's in the same shopping center as Cardenas. Service is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Ambiance its very clean, their blenders are clean and there a few tables to sit inside. read more

It's hard to want to come back here after not having such a great first experience.. First of all the hours are wrong on Yelp. On the door it says open until 7pm but on Yelp it says closes at 5:30pm. I came here excited for an acai bowl! I asked to add extra ice so the acai was thick, because typically places make them soup-y. The cashier said she'll just add less juice so it's more thick, awesome ok. I get the bowl and as soon as I pick it up the content inside swishes around like soup. The 3 strawberries were not even cut? They were just whole, frozen strawberries. But for the fresas con crema we got, strawberries looked more fresh and were sliced :( Ok back to the acai bowl, the granola was just a skinny sliver. Maybe like 5% of the bowl on the top. The overall taste of the bowl was just not there. I'm so sad it wasn't that great but I get it, the bowls aren't their specialty and they just opened with new hires. I ended up going back inside and asking them to just blend it all and put it into a cup. They already knew I was asking for that because it was sooo soup-y and not thick at all. Just a warning for my acai bowl lovers. I'm sure everything else here is good but I'm going to come back after they get more experience. Sucks to leave a bad review but hopefully this is helpful to those looking at this spot for an acai bowl. read more

First, they didn't have nothing in their menu. I asked Caribbean smoothie they said they can't make that right now. Then I asked for a carrot Juice, they said no juices today. The lady was all over the place wasn't paying attention I ended up asking for a chocomil NO whip cream and they gave me the whip cream. Not to mention, old lady in charge was getting angry at all customers for getting more than one sample and instead of saying nicely only one per customer she simply yelled " put it back" at a little boy who grabbed two samples. first, there was no clear sign stating only one per customer. For started it's unbearingly hot inside. The customer service sucks. I wasn't even paying yet when the worker started to take another man's order, extremely rude. If you like Jamba Juice, this is not the place for you. Sunshine Smoothies makes real fruit smoothies without the added sugar. I come here when I am feeling peckish, but don't want to eat an entire meal. I have had the She Hulk, the Caribbean Splash, the Fuzzy Naval, the Straw B, the Regular Passion, the Berry Max and the Chocomilk. You really can't go wrong because all of the flavors are wonderful. I tend to stay away from the one loaded with veggies because they come out more watery than the ones with fruits. The banana smoothies are thickers, but heavy in the banana flavors, so sometimes I order one of their specialties and ask them to hold the banana. I have also tried their coffee blended drinks and they bagels. The coffee blended drinks are also literally coffee mixed with milk, syrup and ice. Not sweet, but they will give you a nice buzz to keep you awake during the day. The bagels are always perfectly toasted and come with a tube of cream cheese. They are a nice and easy snack if you are grabbing something quick before heading to work. The employees are always friendly and I have never had an issue with my orders so I can wholeheartedly say that this is my go to smoothie spot when I am in town! read more

I think they started out as a stand on the Vallejo waterfront side... glad they have a storefront now! Got here at 8:10am or so and there were no customers... i ordered the bagel combo that came with a large drink, cream cheese and bagel, and chips or banana. Basic warmed/toasted bagel and cream cheese... went for the bag of chips, and a Purple Hulk. The drink is very refreshing. I was a bit concerned that the beets would overpower the other fruits and veggies but it is the perfect end taste to a delicious beverage.
