I had a disappointing experience and would not trust them with my pups again. Before booking, I clearly communicated via email that my Pomeranian needed a trim (not a shave due to alopecia concerns) and even referenced a "silhouette cut." I was shown example photos, which I confirmed were exactly what I was looking for. Based on that, I booked and paid for what was advertised as a full groom or trim. Unfortunately, the service provided did not match what was discussed. I did not have the opportunity to fully inspect my dogs immediately after the appointment, as I had to leave the house right away, but upon reviewing them later that evening with my husband it was clear that, aside from a basic hygiene trim (potty area and feet), there was little to no visible trimming or shaping done. I also never mentioned the feet area as she stated, but I did mention potty areas. This felt inconsistent with the quoted service. My husband and I were appalled. As you can see in the photos, it looks like he wasn't groomed at all. Additionally, after the grooming, my dog experienced significant irritation in his belly/private area to the point of visible redness and discomfort, which has never happened in 6+ years of regular grooming. He's been whining everyday since the grooming. When I reached out to address these concerns, the groomer maintained that she delivered exactly what I requested, which was not accurate based on our prior written communication. I specifically asked for a trim, I specifically asked for the potty areas, and I specifically referenced a silhouette cut. I was also informed that refunds are not offered, though the tip was returned. While I appreciate that gesture, it does not resolve the larger issue that the service did not align with what was communicated or paid for. After continuing to fight for a partial refund, she then blocked my number. She also blocked me on Facebook so I'm unable to post a review there. Overall, this felt like a clear misalignment between expectations set and the service delivered. I would recommend future customers get very specific, written confirmation of exactly what will be done if you decide to book and make sure you IMMEDIATELY inspect your dogs afterwards. I'm out $150 because of it, and now have to get my dogs re-groomed. After reading the other 1 star reviews, it appears I'm not the only one who has had an experience like this. I have never in 6+ years of groomers ever encountered a situation like this, and it feels so unethical. read more

Absolutely the best experience imaginable. My parent's two large rescue dogs came from very abusive backgrounds and have some pretty extreme phobias. Due to a recent surgery I couldn't wash them and they desperately needed it. The 55lb boxer is terrified of strange things and wouldn't enter the grooming bus. Manda stayed outside the bus petting and loving her for about 15 minutes then picked her up and carried her on! Our 45lb Cattledog is petrified of anyone she doesn't know. It takes her months of constant interaction before she allows someone to touch her. I kinda expected that we'd just introduce her to Manda and maybe get her bathed next time. I walked her on the bus, then Manda sat and talked to her for about 10 minutes, gaining her trust and was able to give her a bath. I am a loyal customer forever. read more

I started this mobile grooming because I have a tiny dog and she was getting stressed going to the groomer so I was trying to lower that stress by Using a mobile groomer being one on one. I paid for a full groom, which was supposed to include Nails ears, anal glands, teeth, bath, brush, blowout haircut. When she brought her back to me, it was one of the worst haircuts on a poodle I've ever seen. She took off her tail puff, her palms on her feet were awful, she left uneven hair around her lip, and under her belly. she never pluck the hair in her ears, or did her anal glands. She said that she was screaming when she went near her ears and that her anal were not full. I explained to her that my old groomer always said that her anal are always full. Every time I bring her in. I immediately made an appointment with the vet to make sure that she didn't have an ear infection that day and her anal glands were completely filled, and they pulled the hair in her ears, and not a peep was said as I sat there and watched the vet. So now I paid double the price once for the groom and then for the vet which I should not have had to do. I called her back to tell her that and asked to be reimbursed and she said she doesn't reimburse anybody nor give credits. I would never recommend this groomer after my experience read more

They tried to groom my dog. My pet was not having it. They said they would be back on Friday-as she was doing another pet in the neighborhood. She was going to be stopping by so my dog would get used to her. She stated it would not be a problem. She said she lived close by She never came by on that Friday or called.
