Oh heck no!!! The groomer was kind and attentive, she did a great job. But... the receptionist this morning, Monday at 9 am was awful. I waited in my car by front door as it was my first visit. I went in when called and another customer came in behind me and I waited patiently for awhile but this other customer was booking several dogs. I asked the rude receptionist how long it was gonna be before I could pay my bill as I was holding my 20+lb dog and he kept slipping out of my grasp she said in a condescending manner that she had to finish the other lady's booking and I could put my dog in the car. #1 it's against the law to leave a dog in the car (running or not). I stood there and watched them negotiate the different appointments and dates!! Finally I took my dog to the car and told her to call me when she had a chance to take my money. She called, I went in and I informed her that this was my last visit and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Don't go here. I have tattoos and have owned many shops and I feel like she was discriminating against me. I will never go there and I will refer people to other groomers. I feel sorry for the groomers who are there. Customer service is key!!! This is in return to to your response on my review. I was the first one that came in the door that day. I was before the lady that I had to stand there and wait for 15 minutes for and yes, you're your front end person is very very rude. I did not hang up on you. I said goodbye and have a good day. I was tired of hearing your rhetoric. This is a "he said-she said " experience and I believe you have a standard response for anyone who is not satisfied with your services. I've been taking my shepherd here monthly for years. I always tip. I brought my other dog in for a trim and file. I complained and asked for a refund on the file ($5) part because it wasn't done and I had to do it myself when I took him for a nail trim recently. They barely trimmed the nails too. I sent pictures and they refunded the entire total. I thought that was the end of it. I go to schedule my shepherds monthly appointment and apparently they fired me as a client??? For complaining once about a poorly done nail trim? I never cussed at anyone. I wasn't rude. I just sent pictures and asked for a refund of the nail file since I shouldn't have to pay for what wasn't preformed. I even apologized for being frustrated. My shepherd costs almost $100 to wash and deshed. He is in their terms "such a good boy". I have had him come home still wet multiple times. No biggie. I'll just ask that they try and dry him more next time. My dog gets several ear infections because they didn't put cotton balls in his ears. I didn't complain. I asked they put cotton balls in his ears next time and really try and keep them from getting wet. I have had him get brush burn. I've had him still shedding because they didn't brush enough. I still NEVER complained. Never asked for a refund when I should have. I should have handed them his $500 vet bill for one of his raging ear infections they gave him. I was a loyal regular client with an easy dog. Fired for holding them accountable. I work with dogs professionally. I will be making sure every single client I have and every single dog professional stays away from this place. They also have an ever revolving door of groomers and receptionists.
