I was happy to try their tallow fried fries since no one fries with tallow anymore... that was shattered when I tried one and they were soggy and uncooked. I returned them. They were out of the wagyu barbacoa which was my original pick and went with the ribs, baked beans, and Mac and cheese. My husband got brisket and baked beans and Mac. We also tried the stuffed jalapeños with brisket. Overall the flavors would have been ok (trying to be kind here) but everything was ice cold and very, very greasy and to top it all off when I ordered two root beers (they were not cold) I asked for a cup with ice, the young lady told me she'd have to charge me for a cup and ice... So, you purchase two bottled beverages from their establishment and they won't give you a cup with ice? What the heck. I am giving two stars because the young ladies who were working in there were kind and its not their fault no one has trained them on how long to leave fries in the fryer to fully cook or that when someone purchases a bottled beverage they should be able to get ice and a cup with it. I blame management and leadership on that one. Also, work on keeping the food hot when served. Over all this place was a total disappointment and I was really let down. Hope they improve on keeping food warm, not trying to up charge on an already overpriced meal and better training for the young people that work there.
