    This is how the front of my house was for 2 weeks

    Early September 2015 we contracted Sunshine Windows and paid them $29,000 for hurricane Windows and doors, for our home which we were renovating extensively. It is now early February 2016 and the job is still not finished and much of what they have finished is shoddy and has parts missing. We are senior citizens and on a fixed income but we are happy to pay for honest quality work. We have been treated like garbage and left without windows for months because the salesman ordered the wrong size. To make matters worse they told us that yes we could get Windows installed on our 1949 house, then when they came to install they said they couldn't install 5 of them. We had to pay an extra $11,000 to modify the front wall or they would not install them. We still can't install the guest bedroom windows so we are stuck with 2 large windows we can't use. We lived all through our holidays with no screens because they forgot to order those too. Today a crew came out to install the 2 other windows which had been ordered in the wrong size initially, and they had to attach them with an ugly bracket with screws because these were so late our house was already finished by the time they brought them. On top of all that there were FOUR nice men but not even ONE spoke even one word of English. My husband does not speak Spanish. I had to interrupt my work to go and translate. We even physically went to the huge manufacturing plant to see a supervisor and ask for at least SOME financial relief for the $11,000 disaster with having to modify the wall and the fact that it has been 5 months since they have our money. We were told NO and that it's not their fault. These people do not care about "the little guy" . Stay away.

    After having a really hard time finding an appropriate company to change the glass of my windows i found THE ONE. I really recommend it. I am the pickiest person you can ever meet when it comes to my house and when it comes with a service that I'm paying for. I contact the service department and talked with someone named Ernesto. He was really profesional and help me a lot understanding the mesures and installation process. I booked the service and they came on time and did a really good job. They took their time to change every single window and unfortunately I couldn't see the process because I had to leave but when I came back everything was done and extremely clean. Not even a finger print in any of the windows that was installed, either the track was clean. I really recommend this company that is located hialeah. For a reference to get there is located in front of sunshine window. And if you need someone really helpful and very patient that takes his time to explain you everything since the beginning I recommend you to ask for the same person I did.

    How this company is still in business is beyond astonishing. I placed an order for a door and was…read moretold it would be 4-6 weeks. After waiting 11 weeks, I was delivered the wrong door. I called the company to inform them and was told they would try and find my door and have it redelivered. I happen to be celebrating my sons first birthday in Disney world while all this mess was going on. The company called me when they found my door and offered to redeliver it the next day. I advised them I was out of town but would try and have someone at my home to accept the door. They did not give me a time frame for which the door would be delivered. The following day I get a call from a driver telling me he's thirty minutes away, unfortunately, I had to inform the driver that no could be present at my home at that time to accept the door. He advised me to call the company and inform the secretary. I hung up with him and immediately called the company and to my complete shock was told in an extremely rude manner that if no one could be available to accept the delivery at that precise moment they wouldn't know when the door could be redelivered. Additionally, I was practically blamed for accepting the original delivery and not measuring the door while the delivery was being done. I was appalled when I found myself explaining to them that I was home alone with my infant son at the time of the original delivery and couldn't find a tape measure to measure the door in the precise moment it was being delivered. After several phone calls between myself and my husband with the company, while we were at Disney world trying to celebrate my sons first birthday, we were left with no resolution to a redelivery day. In a state of frustration my husband then asked if they could send it the following day or the day after and they flat out said no so he asked for a refund given they were making it impossible to redeliver the correct door after waiting 11 weeks. The day we were returning from Disney, in a final attempt to find a solution, I contacted the company and spoke to the owners daughter Melissa. I asked if she could please find a day and time that was convenient for them to have my correct door delivered and she flat out told me they would not be delivering the door but instead refunding me because they refuse to deliver the door. They were however sending someone within the next two days to pick up the incorrect door that was left behind. After waiting 11 weeks when I was originally told 4-6 weeks for a door and paying it in full, now this "business" was not only refusing to admit their wrong doing in delivering the wrong door but refusing to bring the correct door. I hope to save someone the nightmare it has been dealing with this company that has absolutely no sense of customer service let alone etiquette.

    Called to make an appointment to get an estimate I gave all my information last week and still yet…read morehaven't received a follow up. I called just now and lady who answered flat out said "this is not how it works" we take your information and our sales team follows up when they have time. I work in sales and one point is when you have an interested client you always follow up immediately if not you loose not only a potential client referrals you completely loose credibility. My two times calling this company to get an estimate and ask for an appointment not only was unprofessional but a bad taste on how they handle incoming leads.
