Horrible customer service. The tech messed up my friends nails and would not fix them. My friend asked for a gel fill, the tech said she thought she said dip. The owner was very rude, she wanted my friend to pay for a full set. We had to go to another place to get them fixed. We will never return or recommend. read more

Got my feet and nails done at this place recently since my go to was not open on a Sunday. Had no trouble making an appt. The place is modern and well equipped, with a large number of stations and workers. They do have a good variety of colors which was nice. As to the nails themselves - the woman who did my nails overall was nice, however, not out of this world. I had to ask her to scrape my feet with the scrapping tool, otherwise she would not have done it. She minimally rubbed my feet with the yellow sponge they use to remove dry skin/callouses. She also used no exfoliator on my legs prior to massaging some lotion. Getting a pedi is an experience - for me it fell kind of flat. My nails came out fine, but again, nothing out of this world. The prices are average - $27 for a gel mani and $26 for a pedi. Probably would come again if my typical place was closed. read more

I'm new to the area and selected Suntree Nails because of the reviews on Yelp as well as its proximity to my home. The salon is a busy one with numerous pedicure chairs and nail stations. The employees were personable. I was surprised that the only nail polish (gel and regular) they offer is DND including their new line DC. I opted for the deluxe pedicure--hardly. I'm not sure what set this service aside as deluxe except for the powder added to the water. Maybe paraffin. As far as nails go. What a travesty. I have acrylic nails that needed a fill and I use regular gel polish over that. I had my nails done on a Thursday and by Tuesday, one had peeled and one had chipped and peeled. It happens. I went into get both repaired and they accommodated me with no charge as it should be. By Friday of that same week, two different nails began peeling. On Saturday, both nails had peeled and broken. Lastly, I needed an eyebrow wax. I am a woman in the over-60 age group, therefore the skin on my kids is very fragile. I went home with three(!) abrasions and woke to three scabs. I found this place looking online to get a mani-pedi and I wasn't so impressed. The salon is really nice but the service wasn't all that great. First of all, I got the mani-pedi package and it was suppose to come with a drink and I never got the drink. I have had better mani-pedis before so it wasn't anything special. Disgusting! Never in the history of me getting my nails done have I ever received something so horrible. First off, I walked in and they took forever to even greet me, that was their first mistake. Second I simply ask for a set of French tip acrylics and they proceed to do the complete opposite of a good job. The lady who did my nails (didn't get her name) was rude, didn't speak to me the whole time besides asking me what length I wanted. I don't normally pay attention to what their doing because I like to think I can trust a nail salon when I give them $50+ to do what I ask. As she finishes my first hand she holds it up to show me and I was appalled at how awful it looked. I asked her why the white part was so long and she says "because your nail bed is small" I have been getting French tips since I was 16 and this has NEVER been a problem nor have I ever had the white part that long. So I told her I didn't like it and to please fix it and she proceeds to tell me it would cost me extra! This is by far my favorite nail salon in the area (and I've tried a ton). Suntree Nails is new, so the space is very clean, modern, and downright beautiful. They have a good amount of workstations and although they always seem busy, the manicurists work quickly. I'd recommend making an appointment although they will accommodate walk-ins. Nice selection of polish colors, including gel choices. I've had several different people do my nails here and have left impressed each time! Great pricing, too. read more

Well all I have to say is the person who said they were rude here, must have had a bad day or gave off a bad vibe! My mom had a stroke in 2010, she hasn't been able to speak and slight mobility issue, they pampered her 110% did a great job on her feet and nails! Helped her pick her colors even with the communication barrier it's seemed flawless and seamless! It's very clean here and pleasant! Everything looks new been to a few places down here with my fiancée and dealt with issues browning clear coats a lot of language barriers and chatter. Not the case here I can actually take a nap and not be concerned if they will take care of my mom! Amazing place! Little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for! That I'm a believer in! Went in the other week for the first time. Got a pedicure and a gel dip manicure. Called to get pricing before I went! They were really busy because of homecoming but the wait was not long at all. Services were good, and I actually really like the work they did on my nails! My only issue was that the price I was charged was not was I was told on the phone. I mentioned this and they told me that I was wrong and that is not the price they told me, basically calling me a liar. That did not sit well with me, at least own up to your mistake. My wife had eye lash extensions. She showed photos of what she wanted. The manager did the work herself. After extensions were finished, I was told they can do what was requested but this is more natural looking. The next morning eyelids where swelling and turning red. Many of the lashes natural lashes were stuck together and the one on three prebonded lashes used were low quality. The work was done so poorly that we used a different salon to remove the lashes. read more

Beautiful spa. They took me on time for my appointment. I highly recommend getting a pedicure. They give you two massages and use hot stones for the basic pedicure which is $26. I used to like Suntree, but find the service slipping to the point where I will not return. The last several times I have gone there--always with an "appointment"--I have had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to see anyone. After 25 minutes this last week, where I had been seated and had my feet stuck in a foot bath with no one in attendance, I just got up and left. Mai answers the phone and "schedules" for the entire salon, but when you arrive, she acts like you don't have an appointment! She says "I'm sorry" a hundred times, but continues to do the same thing over and over. I'm done with their business practices. They stink at management. PERIOD. Went there with my wife as we were both in desperate need of nail care. Were really impressed with both the ambiance, service, professionalism and cleanliness, My wife had acrylic finger nails and regular pedicure...both were fantastic. Her technician did a great job on her fingernails and spent a lot of time cleaning, prepping and shaping. Hands and nails look great and her "problem toe" feels so much better after being expertly shaped. I had the deluxe pedicure; my technician spent a great deal of time (THANK YOU Ms. Kim) debriding dead skin, cleaning cuticles and shaping nails. The massage, hot wax and warm towel treatments really restored my awful looking and feeling feet and legs to a healthy and comfortable state. I have seen lots of patients with awful infections and skin problems because of unsanitary spa practices and the staff here is METICULOUS. All during our treatments staff were cleaning, sweeping and disinfecting - BRAVO! The place is spacious, comfortable and the beautiful wood-work wall sets a great environment, massage chairs are high-end, comfortable and work great. After making appointments for 11 oclock I was taken back for my appointment 10 minutes late. 30 minutes later they finally were ready for my mom. At the end of my manicure I went to go wash the blood off of my fingers but I couldn't because they didn't even have soap. I have gone here twice for a spa pedicure now based off the stellar reviews. First the pros: prices are great, the place is clean, great staff, and they are accommodating at fitting walk-ins in from what I have witnessed. Now the cons: two times now I have experienced something here I have never experienced anywhere else. My nail polish has rubbed off days later. Weird. Both times I have selected Essie or OPI brand nail polish, I have given ample time to sitting my toes under the dryer, and wear flip flops the days following. Soooo when it's time for me to wear my closed toed shoes at work days later, my socks leave impressions on my polish and rub off the polish as well. These are breathable regular socks, and no my shoes aren't too tight. The polish is gummy days later. In under a week my pedicure is destroyed. I went to another salon and the tech there told me it's likely due to the nail polish being old. Plus, she even commented on the gumminess while removing the color. So while it's nice to get a pedicure there, it won't last long. Like I said, I have had pedicures all over the country and have never encountered gummy polish rubbing off days later. Maybe bring in your own polish and clear coat. read more
