After asking some questions, I was thrilled to schedule with the Gorilla Squad. They showed up on time, told me what they could and could not do and got right to work. A few prep items to save you time: 1) Empty your trunk. 2) Empty your ash trays, change drawer, door cavities and any pouches (like those behind the seats) 3) Remove all charge cords, aux cords and miscellaneous stuff. GG will move all the items, but it is easier if you do so, which allows you to keep these items organized. But what about the work? I had some scuff marks on my side that I was worried about, they made it clear they may not come out. Guess what, it came out and looked fantastic. But so did the rest of the car, in fact you could not tell the difference between the good parts and the bad parts. When I opened up the doors, the interior looked brand new. The Dashboard and wall panels were cleaned all the stains I thought I would love with (think 3 kids) were removed. Very satisfied, plan on using them again. On a Budget: Ask for an exterior wash only. Want to splurge: Have multiple cars ready for a full detail, they can do up to three in a day.
