These guys are true pros! I brought in my 1999 Mercedes SLK to get the back and side windows…read moretinted. Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. He was professional, responsive, patient with my questions and made sure I was kept informed from beginning to end. That level of communication made me feel very comfortable trusting the team with my new vehicle. The team did a great job with the Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. I was especially impressed with how Brian handled a warranty clarification afterward. There was some initial confusion regarding the warranty term however Brian addressed it promptly, provided an updated receipt confirming the correct 12-year PPF warranty, and gave me written confirmation of their 12-year workmanship coverage for installation-related issues such as edge lifting, contamination and bubbles. I really appreciated the accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. When you're investing in protecting a new vehicle, the quality of the installation matters, but so does knowing the company will be there if you need them afterward. Great workmanship, strong communication, and excellent customer service from Brian and the entire OC Tint Solutions team.
